Every time someone in this godforsaken fandom says "I think we've talked about misogyny enough" I want to hit them with a hammer. No we haven't.
We haven't even talked about the deep "Ruikasa&Akitoya Vs. literally everyone else" imbalance enough but imagine all of the people that get pressured into writing specifically for male/male ships simply because otherwise they won't get any appreciation.
Yes it's a cowardly thing but when you see Ruikasa having over 4000 fics and Ichisaki having like 5 in total obviously you're going to be discouraged. Obviously you'll be biased into creating Ruikasa instead of other ships.
And as someone who depends on appreciation in particular to do any work at all obviously that's going to have a lasting consequence. Some people spend 4 hours crying in front of a screen just for 3 people to like their work and leave, it's understandable if they lose passion for creating at all, you guys killed them.
It's even in how we handle m/m ships. You go into a fic that's tagged Rui&Tsukasa(platonic), someone in the comments always goes "okay but when do they kiss". You go to an action-packed longfic, someone always ends up going "okay but when do they kiss".
Fuck you guys. Actually. This is a silly piano tiles game about Hatsune Miku, we should be one of the MOST CREATIVE fandoms in history and somehow people still get mad over two boys not kissing immediately after getting introduced. It's so fucking difficult being a content creator in this fandom because you always end up having to take the same route. They meet they tease they kiss. End of story. "Oh you're doing something "lame" instead? -1 kudo. Bring me my yaoi next🖕"

Post-Match Review: Brighton v. Manchester United
Cruel loss, it could’ve easily gone the other way; the starting lineup cost us. Rashford and Casemiro need to make way for Garnacho and Collyer, it’s just not debatable anymore. As soon as De Ligt is fit, Maguire needs to make way so we can truly implement the high press with better control in midfield. The defensive lapses continue to be an issue and need to be addressed immediately.
I’m not interested in the Bruno substitution complaints because we’ve left him on for entire games on numerous occasions and lost/dropped points when we shouldn’t have. I’ll point at Ten for the starting XI. For the subs, I’ll just say that I would’ve pulled Casemiro instead of Bruno. But it really doesn’t make a difference if we’re going to defend like that. 😬
Brighton looked good as always. When I look at their bench, their speed, their tenacity, and their fitness levels, I see the level United have to get to if they want to challenge for the league again. Congratulations to Welbeck for scoring his 100th goal today and to Mitoma for getting the assist. Van Hecke impressed me; he’s a bit reckless, but he looks solid and decisive at the back. I’ll be keeping an eye on him. 📡

akechi was dead. he died. maruki was defeated and he was back to being dead in their world.
keywords: their world.
the metaverse was not done with akechi goro just yet. he was spat out in another world, maybe a few years younger than he would've liked to be. he was given a supposedly different identity which he thought was bullshit.
his name was akechi goro and he was put into the foster system after his mother killed herself and his father couldn't be found. with no other family members being found, he was put into the system. he was currently being fostered by a less than ideal couple.
see, bullshit. it was essentially the same life he had before except no metaverse.
that was until he found a strange file on his phone. 'Untitled' it was called. normally, he could contain his curiosity. normally. the sound of shattering glass was all he heard before his vision was blinded.
he was transported into the interior of what looked like a gothic mansion. it was eerily quiet. his footsteps echoed across the halls. the mansion was devoid of people yet he wondered if anyone else was wandering the halls as well. his question was answered soon enough.
one of the door opened and out came... hastune miku? she immediately caught sight of him and lit up. she picked him up in a hug which he tried to escape but alas, no one cane escape hatsune miku. she brought him inside the room where kamui gakupo was reading over sheet music.
as she set him down, he could examine the two vocaloids better. for some reason they were both wearing visual kei clothing and their looks were changed to fit into the style. it fit them well but he couldn't help but be curious as to why.
hatsune miku explained what this world was. she said it was a SEKAI, a world created by his feelings and his feelings alone. usually, they are created by more than one person but ones made by a single person do happen on occasion. kamui gakupo chimed in to say that he would think it's a dream after leaving the SEKAI for the first time. apparently it was their job to help him find his true feeling.
he wanted to refuse, he wanted to so fucking bad, but he couldn't. why did he feel like he could trust them?
he was sent back before he could ponder further. true to kamui gakupo's words, he thought the whole thing was a dream.
he would not visit again until after a few weeks, where he was picked up from his old foster parent's home to the new ones, a family known as the tenma's. he'd visit SEKAI regularly after that.
