When Lyza finds a kitten in Satan's room, she's not expecting it to turn into Satan!

Satan x Lyza (om!mc)

Lyza opened the door to Satan’s room and walked inside. “Satan, I am here to return your book.”

She stopped in her tracks when her eyes fell on a tawny kitten seated on the chair that Satan usually used while reading. They looked at each other for a moment before she put the book down on a table and approached the tiny animal. Scooping the kitten in her arms, she sat down on the vacant chair and patted its head. Despite being tiny, it was far from being fragile. There was fire in those eyes and spirit in the way it held itself. It leaned to her touch and gently nibbled her finger while looking at her from time to time, as if to check her reaction.

She laughed nervously and pulled her finger back with uncertainty. Her mind wandered to the past when she used to be afraid of animals. With Satan’s help, she learned to open her heart up a little to them and even play with them whenever possible. Since Satan’s room was a sanctuary for cats, she felt most comfortable around them. Still, there was a long way to go before she could laugh at all their antics.

A sudden thought struck her. Finding a kitten in Satan's room wasn’t a new occurrence but he was not one to leave a tiny animal without supervision. It made her wonder, yes…

Booping the kitten’s nose, she murmured, “Little one. What do you think happened to Satan?”

The kitten pawed her nose and mewled in communication but since she didn’t speak cat, she just nodded and admitted her ignorance.

“Yes. I understood nothing of that… Satan speaks cat, not me!”

She brought it closer to her face to feel the soft paws on her cheek. Getting a good look at it, she whispered gently, “You’re so cute… Your emerald eyes are so pretty.”

The kitten leaned forward and struggled to reach her face. Curious at the behavior, she inched closer only to be rewarded by a chaste kiss on her cheek.

She squealed and stood up abruptly. With widened eyes, she looked at it and said in astonishment:

“That surprised me, you know? Was it because of the compliments? Then, let me tell you that I think you’re smart and a heartthrob even. You look like you’ll grow into a healthy cat too. Ahhhh, you just won me over. I wanna keep you for myself. Maybe I’ll talk to Lucifer. ...Oh my, you just flinched. Did Lucifer do something to you?”

When the kitten nodded, she sat down and deposited the kitten on her lap. Petting its head comfortingly, she cooed, “There, there. He can be quite cruel all the time. I wish you had met only Satan. He’s a real sweetheart and THE best with cats. You'd have had the time of your life just like I do when I'm with him hehe.”

The kitten turned happy eyes towards her and smiled. “Mrowwwww.”

She was about to smile when white light enveloped the kitten and it transformed into…

“Satan?!”

The demon looked startled and a little embarrassed to be found out.

“Lyza, I can explain.”

Before more words could be exchanged, the added weight made the chair tumble back so that Lyza was trapped between the chair and her boyfriend.
