Listen, being a hypochondriac really is helping me improve my life
#nervous about hemmerhoids?#stop loitering on the can and get up more often during the work day and during video games#concerned about gall or kidney stones?#greatly uptick water intake and general exercise#not to mention trying to lose weight and eliminating late night eating entirely#like#I’m having to confront that the machine I’m living in will eventually start breaking down#and even with all this it may completely fuck me over#but if I can in some small way save fifty year old me some trouble and pain#it really is that simple#oh god and not to mention trying to make my very bad habits less bad#(which I won’t go into here)#but like#objectively still bad but god it feels better to have even a modicum of strategy#it should be done every day to other day?#girl I used to go months without doing so if it’s once every week or few weeks I have returned order to my life#idk#venting about health stuff#i haven’t been to a doctor in two years and at this point feel lazy about it#god I need to go to a dentist t
