"spread your legs for me."
Talia did what Wolffe asked of her and spread her legs open to show him her glistening pussy. Making out with him and being aroused just by a simple touch had made Talia wet quickly.
Wolffe bent down and licked his lips as he looked at Talia's core. "So wet for me. Been thinking about this all day. Couldn't wait to get back to you ." Talia bit her lower lip as she watched Wolffe.
Wolffe quickly abandoned his gloves as he threw them to the side and kissed her inner thighs. He nipped, sucked, and kissed his way up her thighs and Talia whined a little as he got closer to where she wanted him the most.
"Wolffe. Please." Wolffe smiled against her as he places a kiss on her stomach above the naval. "Patience, Cyare." Wolffe places a few more kisses over her stomach and finally made his way down.
Wolffe places a few kisses on her pussy and licks her once before digging in. Talia gasps as she grabs Wolffe's hair and watches as he eats her out like a starved man that hasn't eaten all day.
When it came to Talia's pleasure Wolffe only cared about focusing on her first and he would prove it day in and day out. Talia threw her head back as Wolffe continues his assault on her drenched pussy. "Oh fuck. Wolffe.." Wolffe spreads her open a little more as he holds her down and plunged his tongue inside of her.
Talia grips his hair so hard that surely she would pull some out. But wolffe didn't mind the pain. Wolffe uses his tongue a few more times before pulling away and Talia whines at the loss of contact. Wolffe throws a leg over his shoulder and places kisses on it then goes back to worshipping Talia like the goddess she was.
Wolffe slowly slid a finger inside as he latches onto her clit and sucks on it as he slowly thrusts his finger in and out. Talia Clenched around it and Wolffe groans against her. "So perfect for me, mesh'la. Can't wait to have my cock inside of you." Wolffe adds a second finger and soon Talia was reaching her high.
"Wolffe..I'm gonna.." Wolffe picks up the pace with both his fingers and tongue and Talia was getting very close. "Please.." Wolffe could never deny her of what she wanted.
Wolffe curls his fingers as they hit that spongy, sweet spot of hers and picks up the pace a little more. "Come for me, mesh'la." At his words Talia was seeing stars as she came in his mouth and fingers. She arches her back and moans his name as she rides out her orgasm.
Wolffe helps out and once she comes down he pulls his fingers out and places more kisses on her stomach. Talia runs her fingers through his hair and wolffe hums at the sensation.
Wolffe makes his way up her body and finally kisses Talia on the lips. Talia kisses him back and pulls him closer. The two of them stay like that and eventually Talia pulls away. She goes to stand up but Wolffe keeps a grip on her hips.
Wolffe grinds himself on her and Talia gasps as she feels his hard erection. Wolffe looks down at her with a devilish grin. "I'm not finished with you yet, mesh'la."

Could you do fic for Toto Wolff with wife reader? She's a musician. Saying ''i love you'' in-between kisses and playing with their partner's hair after a busy week. Then, their child, Jack joins them when they're dancing together. Add something else to it if it's not right. Just something fluff and sweet. Tag me later. Thanks!!!

Y/n was humming a melody softly to herself as she was trying to imagine how the song sounded when she heard someone coming through the front door.
"We're back!" Her husband announced as he'd just picked Jack up from school.
"I'm upstairs!" She shouted to let him know where you were.
She sighed in annoyance because these notes just weren't matching up, and she was too tired for this.
"What's wrong?" Toto asked out of concern.
"It's so difficult, it doesn't sound like how I want it too" She complained.
"Play it for me, I'll tell you if it sounds good"
Reluctantly, she decided to let him listen to what she'd done so far and she played the recording.
It was only instrumental at the moment, she hadn't figured out any lyrics yet, that was always the most tricky part for her.
Toto looks over at her and signalled to her to stand up and walk into his arms, she did so without second thought.
She wrapped her arms around the back of his neck, and he wrapped his around her waist. Slowly swaying in each other's arms whilst listening to the song playing in the background.
He kissed the top of her head as they slow danced.
"I love you so much, my dear", he spoke in an almost whisper.
She felt her cheeks heat up from his comment despite having heard it everyday for many years.
"I love you too, my love", she replied giving him a soft kiss on the lips.
Meanwhile, Jack came running in and wrapped his arms around both of their legs. Toto bent down to pick him up, and placed him on his hip.
Jack leaned his lead into the crook of his father's neck, tired after a long day at school.
Y/n dropped her head onto her husband's shoulder and looked at her sleepy son with a smile on her face.
Toto looked back at her with an equally happy look and kissed her softly, however Jack didn't seem to like this.
"Daddy, ewwww!"

19 BBY - Coruscant
79’s was quiet. Well, as quiet as 79’s could get.
Clones of various battalions in different colored plastoid filled the booths and seats at the bar, but the dance floor was practically vacant, a more somber atmosphere hanging in the air tonight.
Rex had thought, almost three years ago now, that they would have made some progress in this damned war, but the longer it dragged on the further away victory seemed. Apart from the group he was with, Rex didn’t recognize any clones in the cantina. The generation ones were something of a myth now, something the shinies stared at as they whispered tales of rumored feats, hoping to live up to the status one day themselves. Rex could see why, as he sat at the booth with the Commanders; they all looked like they had been ravaged by war. Cody and Wolffe bore the obvious facial scars, with Wolffe’s eye particularly unnerving the shinies. Neyo’s reconnaissance helmet naturally set one on edge, with the two smooth edges and thin visor slots for his eyes. Bacara was…Bacara. Huge, and gruff, his face in what some took to be a perpetual grimace, covered with a full beard. Bly was the least intimidating of the bunch, but the lines on his face alluded to his age as well as an air that portrayed some inexplicable and unspeakable knowledge.  All of their armor was scuffed by blaster marks; the tally marks of campaigns and missed encounters with death.
It was rare for them all to be on Coruscant at the same time, as they usually mounted campaigns in the farthest reaches of the Republic, but leaves overlapped this night. There was a strange calm lately in the war, like the smooth swell of a wave about to break; you could see the threat of water about to burst but nothing could stop it. The troops all felt it, perhaps this group the most. They had been around so long, they now knew these nights on leave were little more than a false comfort. A brief escape from the beckoning of fate, because how much longer could this stand still go on?
Even for a lower energy in the bar, the drinks still flowed and the bass pounded on a level that threatened to form a headache in his ears, Rex couldn’t help but recall the last time he was at 79’s a far busier night than tonight.
It came to him like flashes of the strobe lights in the cantina; the loud laughter and the music, the way Tup had slyly grinned, Fives’ head tilting back in raucous laughter, Talia’s eyes sparkling at him as they danced together, the way she blushed when he leaned in to kiss her. Rex grabbed his glass and took a gulp, trying to bring himself back into the present.
The burn of his whiskey did little to numb the ache in his gut, the emptiness he felt at all times since he last saw Talia. The fight in her quarters had replayed in his head about a million times as much as he wished he could block it from his memory.
The hurt expression on Talia’s face lingered in his brain, the way her eyes welled with tears and her lips pursed in anger. The last thing he had ever wanted to do was hurt her; in fact, he had almost lost the resolve to do what he had to do as soon as her voice started to crack in the moment. He’d had half a mind to step back on his words, tell her he didn’t mean any of it. But there was that voice in the back of his head, reminding him that they would only hit this point again. That, just like this war, there might be points of calm and even what might bring him happiness, but something was bound to crash and end it all. He made the decision to end it. For their own good. That didn’t mean he was happy with it.
Rex had never been so dedicated to his work as he had been in the past few weeks. Maybe early in the war, when he was a shiny hellbent on following protocol, but now it gave him an excuse to occupy himself. The work kept him busy and prevented his mind from wandering. It delayed the flashes of everything that had happened on Turia from playing in his mind.
Sleep was evading him as of late, half his dreams were spent still digging through rubble, or waiting outside the room of the medical station, where no good news came. The worst dreams were the ones where Talia was standing and staring at him, her beautiful features hauntingly so as the argument repeated. In some, she regarded him without a care, reminding him that he was beneath her anyway. In others, the scene replayed like it had in real life, with Rex shutting the door and walking away, hearing Talia crying from the other side of the door.
Rex felt guilty, like the ache in his chest wasn’t something he was allowed to feel. After all, he didn’t feel the burn of the blaster shots he had fired. He was the one who ended things with Talia, he should be a man enough to come to terms with that. But it didn’t ease his own pain. And Talia’s reaction, and the words she had thrown at him still lurched his gut every time he thought about them.
Is that what you really think or what you were bred to? It wasn’t the first time he had similar words tossed at him. Normally they came in prejudiced tones from someone talking down to him, or occasionally from a brother trying to encourage him to see things a bit differently. But never from Talia. Those words were venom spouting from her lips, the same lips that had spoken to him so sweetly, curved in that mesmerizing way that his eyes couldn’t help but flick to them before he would steal a kiss. He didn’t know they had the capability to be cruel.
What was worse, in a way, was that he knew Talia had not meant to hurt him. But she had been so careless to say it, it flew off her tongue so easily. Was that all he really was to her, just another clone bred for war? He couldn’t believe that, not from her, but it didn’t make it sting any less.
“Credit for your thoughts, vod?” Cody asked, his brow raised as he elbowed Rex in the side. Rex shook his head out, trying to clear his thoughts as he returned to the table.
“Just tired is all,” Rex shrugged off Cody’s questioning look; he knew Cody saw right through him, but wouldn’t say anything with the present company around. Cody frowned and glanced over at the bar.
“That girl over there has been staring at you,” Cody mumbled, “Could be a good idea to get out some stress.”
Rex glanced over at the bar, sure enough there was a woman sitting at a stool at the corner of the bar, long, curly brown hair falling to her waist. She kept tossing glances over to the table, offering Rex a sly smile when he made eye contact. He could see she was attractive to some, and maybe if Rex were a younger man he would have gone for it. But things had changed, and the woman sitting at the bar wasn’t the woman he would be wanting to go home with.
Rex just shook his head at Cody and returned to his drink, “Not interested.”
Before Cody could make another attempt, Bacara huffed a deep laugh across the table. “What, not blond enough for you Rex’ika?”
Rex glanced at the commander across the table, his brows furrowed as he tried to read the teasing smirk growing on Bacara’s face. Rex was used to teasing remarks about his hair from vod, something that came from naturally standing out when the Kaminoans were usually sticklers for uniformity. Bacara shrugged and leaned in, “Heard you had a little fun with a certain general here a while back.”
Rex’s blood ran cold as he processed Bacara’s words, but he maintained a straight face. “I don’t know what you mean.”
“Rumour has it you and General Riva got a little bit close on the dance floor,” Bacara shrugged, his eyebrow wiggling as he took a sip from his drink.
“It’s a bar, people dance sometimes.” Rex answered bluntly, his jaw clenching. Beside him he could feel Cody shift, releasing a slight sigh.
“Come on, nothing to be ashamed of Rex’ika,” Bacara teased a flash of white teeth peeking between his beard. “I haven’t worked with General Riva much, but when I have, she was pretty attractive and if you could get with that-“
“He wasn’t getting with that,” Wolffe grunted from the other side of the table. All heads turned to Wolffe; Rex met Wolffe’s for a second before the commander rolled them to meet Bacara’s. “I was there, they were dancing. I know you don’t get enough action to tell the difference, but that’s not ‘getting’ anything.”
Bacara’s eyes narrowed as he glanced at Wolffe, flicking his eyes to Rex then back to Wolffe. He huffed and leaned back, crossing his arms and raising an eyebrow. “I heard they made out on the dance floor.”
Wolffe snorted a laugh, “I think Rex’ika had a little too much to drink and got carried away with himself. He could never hold his liquor, isn’t that right, Rex?”
“Yeah,” Rex gritted out, a bit too bitter at first. He dropped the tone and fixed Bacara with a cool gaze and leveled words, “You know how it is when you have one drink too many, one thing can lead to another-“
“Ehh, whatever, I’m just messing with you,” Bacara waved off, already bored with the conversation since it really didn’t give him the information he wanted. “Should’ve known you didn’t have the balls to pull something like that.”
Rex worked his jaw but kept his mouth shut. Wolffe shot Rex a quick glare that simply read ‘you owe me’ while Cody pinched the bridge of his nose before tossing back his drink and returning to the conversation.
Fuck, Talia was the last thing Rex wanted to think of right now. And having his own carelessness flung in his face just stung, a reminder of why things had to end the way they did. How many people were talking?
Rex leaned back in his chair, and even with the group already on to another topic of conversation he still felt eyes on him. Rex glanced up to see Bly carefully watching him, a curious, almost pitying look on his face.  The perk of sharing a face with his brothers meant it was easier to tell the emotions they wore; even though each brother had his own way of expressing himself, a brother could see things on another’s face that natborns could miss. Still, there was no way to really read the thoughts inside Bly’s head, but Rex was suddenly brought back to something else from that last night at 79’s; a conversation with Wolffe about Bly and General Secura. Was Bly staring at Rex so pensively because, even if Rex had brushed it off, Bly had a gut feeling about the truth behind Rex’s denials? Rex wanted to ask Bly if he and Aayla were making it work, how they were making it work? But Rex also knew that he could never ask, and that even if Bly and Aayla were together, the answer would only be complicated. A clone and a Jedi. Two paths that were smooth when walking side by side, but once they crossed the road became rocky.
One drink turned into another, and soon, Rex’s head was foggy and the lights blurred a little bit as he turned his head. The boys got a bit rowdier, and a few of the girls who worked as dancers in the bar had come over to join – Rex wasn’t sure if they had been called over or if it was just such a dead night in the bar they had to resort to a more personal way of attracting clients. After so many years, Rex recognized some of them, and had even had conversations with them on similarly slow nights such as this. But he wasn’t in a chatty mood tonight. Something his brothers didn’t seem to notice or mind, only Cody casting a frown at Rex every now and then.  At one point their voices rose in greeting and Rex’s gaze finally lifted from his focused gaze on the melting ice in his glass, but his stomach turned.
Two figures in Corrie guard red had entered the bar, their footsteps leading them in the direction of the booth as they were hailed. Thire and Fox. He couldn’t stay here.
He mumbled an excuse under his breath and began to slide out of the booth, as he stood, he caught Cody’s eye once more that night. Cody just nodded at Rex, a look of exhaustion on his face. Rex made his way to the bar, on his way passing the guard members; he was sure Fox stopped for a moment, maybe even said his name, but Rex couldn’t hear over the music in the club and the rushing blood in his ears.
Rex slid into a stool at the bar and clenched his fists, trying to steady his breath. He didn’t blame Fox, not really. The only thing he could fault him for was not setting his blasters to stun. Rex knew how things were in the heat of the moment, and he couldn’t begrudge a brother for a judgment call on the field. Hell, he knew Fox was accustomed to grieving a close brother now since the recent events on Scipio and Thorn’s death.  But Rex had a hard time meeting Fox’s eyes, or staying in his presence too long knowing he had been the one to kill Fives.
The last time they were here, he and Fives had been in almost this exact spot, squeezing their way through the throngs to order drinks from the busy bartender. Rex couldn’t remember what they had been talking about, but Rex knew that at some point in the conversation, his eyes had caught on Talia as she stood at a nearby table, chatting with some of her men from the 412th. Her smile was wide, her hair a bit wild and astray from being in the club, her cheeks flushed, and Rex couldn’t take his eyes off her. There had been the comforting warmth in his chest, a soft grin on his lips before he’d been nudged in the gut. Rex straightened and glared at Fives, who was wearing an all too smug smirk.
“Have you told her yet?” Fives had asked, nodding at the bartender as she handed over his and Rex’s drink.
“Told her what?” Rex had been confused, not sure what Fives was getting at, grabbing his glass and leaning back against the counter, his eyes once again instinctively flicking to where Talia stood.
“That you love her,” Fives stated quickly, nuding Rex’s arm once more as his eyes lit up. “That your galaxy revolves around her, you would do anything for her, or something along those lines; that's what they say in the holos anyway.”
Rex shook his head, ignoring the nervous twist in his gut as he avoided what Fives had pointed out, “Things aren’t as simple as they are in the holos, Fives.”
Fives rolled his eyes at that, “But what are you waiting for? And, you can’t tell me you don’t because you’re a horrible liar.”
Rex did laugh at that, even if he was annoyed at his brother’s pestering. Rex sipped from his drink, knowing he couldn’t just ignore Fives completely. He fixed his brother with a look and glanced back at Talia, then back to Fives. Rex had known then that Fives was right; time wasn’t something they were graced with, Rex didn’t take it for granted because he had seen too often what time cut short looked like.
“Fives,” Rex’s voice lowered, a frown creasing on his lips as he fumbled for words. He looked at Talia again as he continued, “If something were to happen to me…if i didn’t…you would keep an eye out for her, right?”
“Don’t talk like that,” Fives’ grin had disappeared, that determined look he often had falling on his face. “You’re Captain Rex, you're basically invincible.”
“If only,” Rex added in a huff. “Just promise me-”
“I said don’t talk like that,” Fives insisted, he sighed and nodded. “You know I would, but I don’t like to think like that. We’ve lost too much. We’re going to make it out of this mess, and at the end of this you, Tal, and I will probably be back here at 79’s celebrating.”
Rex had sat at this bar so many times with Fives. Sometimes he drove Rex crazy, but he was also one of the people Rex trusted most in this galaxy. And now Rex couldn’t help but feel like he had failed Fives.
A drink slid in front of him, another whiskey on the rocks and Rex glanced up curiously; a server droid had dropped it off so he couldn’t even clarify that he didn’t order it before someone tapped his shoulder.
“You seem stressed, figured you could use a drink,” the stranger said, a human woman with pale skin, freckles speckled on her nose and kind brown eyes. She had long golden hair, sleek and shiny as it framed her face. Rex nodded in thanks. The woman took the seat next to him, holding her own drink, something bright pink and fruity looking, she held it out, clanking it to Rex’s and took a sip.
Rex sat in silence, watching the replays of a bolo-ball match before she spoke again, “I’m Naobe, by the way.”
“Rex,” he stated, glancing at her again. She was completely facing him, the dip of her neckline showing the curve of her breasts. Rex’s eyes darted back up to her face. She offered him a coy grin.
“So, do you come here a lot, Rex?” Naobe asked, a light giggle in her voice as if she were making a good joke.
“When I’m not shooting clankers,” Rex answered bluntly, something Naobe seemed to find more hilarious than her own comment as she laughed out loud.
Rex raised a brow at her but was jolted with familiarity. She had a dimple on her left cheek like Talia had. Rex tried to ignore it, the little innocuous detail that probably belonged to half the people in the galaxy, but now he was just flashing back to another moment with Talia, her head bent back and laughing, how she would smile, and that dimple would come out.
Naobe was insistent, continuing to make conversation with Rex and he did warm up; she was friendly, and even without the aid of alcohol he would find her attractive. Maybe that’s why he didn’t care how she shifted closer to him, her foot nudging his, her knuckles grazing the back of his as he held his glass, her hand resting on his shoulder. When the lights of the bar turned brighter, signaling the end of another night she mentioned her place nearby. Rex offered to walk her home; it was the gentlemanly thing to do.
As they go to the apartment doors, she offered to invite him up for another drink. Why not, Rex thought, it’s a long walk back to the barracks anyway.
In her small apartment, it was clear she had little intention of finishing the drinks she poured for them. Rex didn’t stop her when she straddled his lap, taking her shirt off and leaned down to kiss him. It felt good to touch her, to hold someone. He wanted this. A chance to work out the stress that had been building up. He just had to ignore that strange sense of guilt gnawing at him.

Talia awoke in darkness, the weight of the room enveloping her, the unfamiliar surroundings stealing the air out of her lungs. She lay in bed, her limbs tight and still asleep, her skin clammy as her heart pounded, gasping breaths leaving her body. Slowly her reality came back to her as her eyes adjusted to the shadows in the small room, even without light there was an unnatural glow to the white of the surfaces. She steadied her breath, trying to block out the images tattooed in her mind from her nightmare; the rocks falling in, the flames scorching her skin, the child crying as she tried to hold on, the rain from Turia continuing to pour and seep through the cracks of the rubble.
But the rain pelting against her window wasn’t the constant drizzle of Turia, and the terrain wasn’t the lush forests that bled into mountains. It was the torrential downpour of Kamino, no green or plantlife outside, just the massive waves breaking against the structures of Tipoca City.
Talia slowly pushed herself to sit upright in the small bed, her sheets all messy from her restless sleep. She glanced out the window, watching the streaking water droplets race to the bottom of the rim, her breath calming as she watched the rocking and swaying of the waves. They almost looked like mountains with how high they rose, with the seafoam bursting as the waves broke being their snow caps.
It had to be early dawn, by the eerie glow across the sky from behind the cover of clouds; the grey clouds mingling with the deep blue of the ocean as they met on the horizon. One time, Rex had told Talia that her eyes reminded him of early dawns on Kamino. Talia had never liked her eyes, feeling they weren’t remarkable blues to stand out, but dulled by grayness.  But Rex had made them sound more beautiful and precious than gemstones, telling her how they reminded him of home. Talia shut the blinds and started to get ready for another long day.
The 412th stopped over in Kamino as a convenient stop when they needed repairs, and it gave them a chance to integrate some new troops into their forces. The Kaminoans were eager for Talia to meet with them; they didn’t have a Jedi trainer on Kamino at the moment and it seemed they were hoping the Council would send her to fill the spot Shaak Ti had left vacant when she had returned to Coruscant. But Talia struggled to think of worse scenarios than being trapped on a planet with men who shared the face of the one who broke her heart.
It had been a jolt to the gut, walking down the halls the previous day and hearing his voice echoed along the walls. But to Talia, the worst pain was knowing it wasn’t him; everything felt like a shadow of Rex - close but not quite right. And what hurt her most was how little the Kaminoans seemed to regard the clones when they talked about the future of the army. The Kaminoans clearly saw them just as property, an order they were producing for the Republic. They asked Talia for her thoughts on how the clones acted in battle, had her examine training sessions, she even sat in on an instruction for a group of cadets. Young boys, the age where they should be playing and having fun, sitting in a room staring at screens all day to study warfare. Talia understood the need for training; as a Jedi she had learned how to fight and defend herself from a young age; but there was more to Temple life than just the lessons. There were trips to other planets, holidays at the Temple, and goofing off with the other Padawans; there was fun.
The Council had thankfully been clear with the Kaminoans that Talia wasn’t there to stay, but they had their own plans in mind for her future. Talia had returned to Coruscant after Turia. The 412th had shore leave and it gave Talia a proper time to heal from her injuries. But Talia had had little time to relax, from being summoned to talk with Master Plo about how the Council felt it was a good idea for her to think about training a Padawan. I took every bit of Talia’s restraint to not laugh in the Master’s face; her, with a Padawan? How could she bring a Youngling under her wing and train them with all she knew when it seemed her only knowledge was failure?
Talia assumed it was the Council trying to prod her into a different direction, give her a sense of maturity like they had done with Anakin when he began to train Ashoka; but look how well that turned out for the parties involved. Master Plo spoke of Talia’s future path in the order, how a Padawan could be a good step for her to continue her own training and eventually become a Master. Plo had always had high hopes for her, yet Talia felt like he was just another person she would let down.
Talia felt stuck. Torn between wanting to withdraw from the war effort because she couldn’t handle the back and forth of victory and death but she was unable to stand by and do nothing. She was too devoted to Storm, to all of her men, to leave them in the hands of another. Sometimes she wondered if she would be better off alone, working as an investigator for the Temple like she had always trained to do, disappearing for months at a time in a position where she had her excuses to ignore the Council’s constant badgering. But the idea of being on her own for too long terrified her; she knew of some Jedi who went years without contacting the Order, who lived in such remote corners of the Galaxy that it was like they didn’t exist. Would that be her future? Or would she train her own Padawan, rising through the Temple hierarchy and potentially sit on the Council one day? What scared Talia most, was how she couldn’t see anything she understood in her path. She was not blessed with keen foresight like the Temple Seers, but she did have visions from time to time.
The ones of Maul were what haunted her the most, but it had been months since she had seen the burning eyes of the Zabrak. She was now thinking Dooku’s taunts were nothing more, some tool he had used against her to try and bring out some sliver of fear in her.  Perhaps what she had thought of as visions were really nothing more than nightmares, her mind playing tricks on her using dark memories of her past. Another dream she had, one that had recurred ever since she was a child was one she couldn’t explain; each time she had it, it came more clear than before, the edges of her mind less blurred, the detail crisper and even though it wasn’t real she couldn’t ignore the sense of foreboding it held.
It always started the same. Talia was floating, up in the air of Coruscant outside the Jedi Council chamber. There was a meeting, but she couldn’t hear what the Masters were saying, their voices muffled and lost to the wind. The sky darkened and one by one each Master faded into shadow until the sky was black, the only light in the room from a blue saber, with a hooded figure wielding it.
Talia never truly understood it, at first looking back and thinking it was a warning sign for the start of the Clone Wars. But she still had it from time to time, the eminent feeling of danger prickling her skin every time she awoke after it, even though the dream itself wasn’t frightening. The only thing she could ever understand from it was that feeling she had of always being on the outside, out of reach for what the Council was planning.
Talia glanced at the chronometer, she had too busy a day ahead of her to dwell on dreams, but still had enough time in her morning for a training session.
One good feature of the Kaminoan facilities was the amount of training rooms. Most were large and sprawling, meant to handle large drills and exercises among the cadets. But a few smaller rooms existed, better meant for close range and hand-to-hand training. Talia knew she could have called Storm in, but she felt he deserved more than to be poisoned by her down mood. Gone was the panicked chill of her dreams; now, a burning anger festered in her body.
Talia took her wrath out on an innocent punching bag, hitting it until her knuckles were raw, kicking it, and even launching it across the room with the Force in an attempt to channel her rage. What frustrated her the most, and added to the fire, was that she really couldn’t define her irritation by one specific reason. She was frustrated that she had been fighting a war for almost three years now that it seemed no one could win. She was pissed that she had lost more men than she could possibly remember the names of, and that at this moment she was in a facility that cranked out more of them to fill the places left vacant, as if they were replaceable parts of a machine. She was mad at The Council for letting this war go on as long as they did, for getting involved as much as they were, for not seeing it coming in the first place.
The anger cooled with each blow against the bag, but it didn’t cease. It just festered, a chilling wrath that seeped into her bones. Because it wasn’t just anger; Talia was also afraid. She didn’t know what her life would be outside this war. She couldn’t see it; she just saw the clouds of death approaching. That prickling feeling that she would be lost like so many others, another body in the mass grave of lives claimed by this maddening war.
Talia summoned the bag back with the Force, only to smash it back against the wall. She called it, and slammed it away again, each time grunting and letting that cool rage simmer. Faces flashed in her mind; all the men and villagers that were slaughtered by Maul, Sergeant Church before he was gunned down by droids, her Master being shot down on Geonosis by the very template for all the clones she cared about.
Talia screamed, a guttural and anguished yell escaping her as she pulled the bag back to toss it away again, but instead of flying across the room the bag was struck by blue bolts leaving her fingertips. The room glowed from the lightning expelling her body, her arm rigid as the energy surged through her. Talia grunted, forcing her arm back down and the lightning ceased. Her knees hit the cool floor, her other hand lowering to catch her fall as Talia fought to catch her breath, staring at the hand that just shot the lightning.
She hadn’t been able to recreate it since her captivity by Dooku, not that she had tried to; the Council made it very clear that it was forbidden, a power she had only used when channeling the fear and anger inside her. Talia turned her hand over, expecting to see some sign of injury but it looked the same as always, not as if unimaginable power had just struck from it. A power that terrified her. But it felt good to use, to expel that negative energy and rage from her system.
Like the last time, Talia felt a bit weak, but she pushed herself up; the bag was a bit singed but still useable. Talia summoned it back and took her stance; it wouldn’t hurt to practice this a bit more really; no one from the Council was there to know anyway. And a part of her wouldn’t care if they did find out.

Chapter summary: Talia goes on her first mission with the Wolfpack
Tumblr media
Chapter 4
A month. That’s how long you were already with the 104th, aka the Wolfpack. Wolffe still hasn’t seen you and despite what the others say he’s beginning to think that they were making you up. While he could’ve pulled up your file to see if you were real he honestly didn’t give a crap. Like he told Boost and Sinker a month earlier: he didn’t care about a nat-born. He only wanted to focus on the task at hand and that was helping the Republic win the war. But what he didn’t know was that today was his lucky day. He will finally be meeting you for the first time today.
Tumblr media
During the first month that you were with the newly named Wolfpack you mostly kept to yourself. Other than Jax, who you saw on a regular basis, you didn’t really talk to anyone and that included Boost and Sinker. The only time you would talk to the other clones is when you were treating them. If they were making small talk with you of course you would talk to them but other than that you would work quietly while you patched them up with the occasional question being asked. It wasn’t like you were scared of them either. In fact, all of them were pretty nice. While you had gotten used to being around this many men again you were still wary and cautious. That was the one of the many reasons why you hated what happened to you. You didn’t trust people, especially men. You knew that they wouldn’t hurt you because if they did they would be punished which you hope will never happen. That was why you still kept your guard up when you were around them and hopefully one day you won’t let what happened to you in the past get in the way. That was what you thought as you got your med pack together for the mission that you were going on with your battalion. After you finished you walked out where all the ships were kept and you double checked that you had everything one last time before you walked over to Jax who was also checking his med pack and joined him on one of the ships once he was finished. The two of you talked as everyone got on the ship and as soon as everyone was on board the ships and the supplies were on the ships took off and all of you headed down to the planet.
Tumblr media
As the ships descended to the surface you took a deep breath. Jax looks down at you with a worried look. “You okay, Lia?” You smiled a little at the nickname as you looked at him. “I’m fine. Just a little nervous.” That wasn’t a lie. You really were nervous. You usually spent time in the medbay and took care of the men that Jax sent your  way while he was with everyone else but since it’s already been a month for you he had decided to finally get you out of there and bring you along. “Don’t worry. You’ll do great. Besides, you don’t have to take care of my brothers this time.” You nodded at his words and took one more breath as the ship you were on landed. You clutched the strap of your med pack as everyone got off and soon followed behind Jax to set up your makeshift med center.
Tumblr media
“We have a communications center set up over there and a communal kitchen up there.” Wolffe tells this to the village leader as they walk around. All around them clones and villagers alike were cleaning up the destruction from a battle that had unexpectedly hit the village when they accidentally got in the way. The village had gotten destroyed and half of their population was wiped out. Those that survived were determined to get back to normal. “Thank you, commander. My people and I are very thankful for your help. We will forever be in your debt.” Wolffe bowed his head as the leader walked away and sighs. He looks over at Boost and Sinker who had been behind him. “The sooner we get this over with, the sooner we can get off this planet.” The three of them continued walking and Wolffe looked around to make sure that everyone was doing their jobs. So far everything was going just fine so he contacted the general. “Sir.” A few seconds later he gets an answer. “Yes, Wolffe?” “Everything is going according to plan.” “Thank you, Wolffe. I will see you in a little bit.” “Yes, sir.” Wolffe breaks off the connection and continues his walk through.
Tumblr media
“Alright sweetie, you are all set.” The little boy that you were taking care of looked at his bandage on his arm then at you with a smile. You smiled back as he jumped off the bed and ran to join his friends. You looked over at his mother who had brought him to the makeshift med center. “Make sure you change his bandage daily so that it doesn’t get infected. Here, I’ll give you some along with a couple of bacta patches.” You grab the supplies and hand it over to her. “Thank you. So much.” “You’re welcome.” The woman walks away and you let out a sigh as you clean up your area. Jax walks over to you to hand you some more bacta patches. “You did good. With all of them.” You smiled a little at his words. You felt like you accomplished something today with all of the people you helped so far. You take the patches from him and set them down as you look up at him. “It feels good. But I wish we could do more.” Jax hummed at your words. “I know but for right now we can do all we can to help them, even if it’s something small.” You nodded your head as you got back to work. Jax went back to work as well and as you finished cleaning up another parent came in with her children. You patted the bed and the children jumped on it to sit down. You put on a fresh pair of gloves and looked at the children with a smile. “Now, who’s first?”
Tumblr media
“Everything here pretty much sustained damage but with our help I think they should be back on their feet in no time.” Plo Koon took in Wolffe’s words as they walked. “Yes, I believe you are right, Wolffe. We should get started right away.” “Already on it, sir. I have men helping move the rubble out of the way and we are also starting to rebuild some of the homes. We also started on the town square which had sustained the most damage.” The kel dor nodded his head. “Very good. Have the men check in with you on the progress they are making and report it back to me.” “Yes, sir.” They stopped in front of the med center. “And the locals that are in the med center?” “Many of the people were killed. Jax reported that half of the population is gone. The ones that have minor injuries have already been released and the ones that had more serious ones are still in there.`` Plo Koon let out a hum then turned to Sinker and the two shinies that accompanied them to talk to them about something. Wolffe looked around at his surroundings and was satisfied with everything. He then turned to look in the med center to make sure everything was going good in there. He saw Jax talking to one of the locals that was lying on the bed in front of him and continued looking at the other locals in the tent. Some had already been treated but decided to stay to mingle. Others were lying in bed with others surrounding them. He knew all too well what it was like worrying for your loved ones. He worried for his brothers every time they went into battle, knowing that some of them wouldn’t come back. Wolffe looked around a little more and then his eyes landed on you. You were currently with a couple of small children and their mother as you took care of them. So Boost and Sinker didn’t make you up and neither did the shinies. You were real. You had long brown hair that was  currently up in two side buns and brown eyes. The smile you gave the children reached your eyes and your height? Maker, you were tiny. Wolffe had seen and been with his fair share of nat-born women but none of them were like you. Wolffe continued to stare at you and you must’ve sensed him staring because you looked up and saw him. The two of you stared at each other until Wolffe was pulled away from an incoming message and you had been asked a question by one of the children. But Wolffe knew one thing: he just had to meet you.

Chapter 5
After you finished up with the two children you sent them on their way with their mother and a few pieces of candy for each of them.
As you cleaned up you thought about the clone that you had seen earlier. You were wondering what he looked like under his helmet that he had never taken off. You knew that he looked like all the other clones but did he have a different hair cut? Did he have any tattoos or piercings? These were the type of questions that you wanted answered. You could just ask who he was but you didn’t want to intrude on this guy's personal space.
As you thought about all of it you were so in the zone that you didn't notice Jax had come up to you until he tapped you on the shoulder. You jumped a little and Jax took a step back. "Whoah, it's just me."
After you came down from the heart attack that Jax didn't mean to give you you looked up at him. "Sorry." " Are you alright, mesh'la?" That name again. You had been called that quite a few times not just by Jax but by other clones as well. You had wondered what it meant but right now you didn't want to ask. Not that you minded being called that anyway. You actually kinda like it when they use that term of endearment. It makes you feel special when they call you by that name.
You nodded your head. "Yeah. Just…thinking." Jax gave you a smile. "Must be thinking pretty hard then." You returned his smile. "Yeah." "Anyway, I just wanted to tell you that you can go ahead and take a break." "Thanks. I'll just finish up and then I'll go take my break." Jax nodded. "You did really well today." "You think so? I was really nervous." "I do. And there was no need for you to be nervous. I had full confidence in you." You blushed a little at his words. You couldn't remember the last time you had been praised like that. "Thanks. I..feel better knowing that." Jax laughed a little. "Glad I could make your day, mesh'la."
After your little conversation with him Jax walked away and you finished up at your station. Once you were done you packed up your med pack and put it under the little table you had set up for your station then once you had everything put away you went on your break, knowing that you would be here on the planet for a little longer.
Tumblr media
As you were taking a walk around the village you bought some food from a couple of vendors and ate while  you looked around at everything. Even with all the destruction that happened the place was still very beautiful. It actually reminded you of the village that you came from and you couldn’t help but feel sad. You were never going to go back there but it’s not like you could anyway. While it had been years since you were in your village you were pretty sure that everything was gone by now. Besides, who would want to go back to a place where nightmares and terror were built on? You shook yourself out of your memories and threw the rest of your little kebob onto the ground for a couple of dogs to eat once you realized that you were no longer hungry.
You continued your little walk and as you came around the corner you ran into general Plo Koon and the man you saw looking at you earlier. You stood at attention and saluted your general. “Sir.” “Ah, Talia. At ease, little one.” You put your arm down and stood in front of the two men. “It is nice to finally see you out of the medbay. Are you enjoying it?” You looked up at the kel dor. “Y-yes, sir. It’s a nice change of pace.” You could feel the other man staring down at you but you didn’t make eye contact with him.
Your barriers had gone up the moment you ran into the two of them so right now you were being very cautious as you didn’t have a clue of who he was. You were also trying to hide the sadness in your face but with a jedi around you were certain that he could feel it and if he did he didn’t mention it. “That is good to hear, young one. Will you be joining us more often?” You nodded your head. “I believe so. I think Jax wants me to get more field experience.” While you couldn’t see it you could tell that the kel dor was smiling behind his mask. “We will be happy to have you join us anytime, Talia.” You gave the general a small smile as he turned to the man standing next to him. “Have you met my commander yet?” “No, sir. I..I’ve been busy.” This time you did look over at the man who you were now guessing was his commander. “Well, I guess now is a good time to introduce you two. This is commander Wolffe and Wolffe, this is our other medic, Talia.” You held your hands together in front of you as you looked up at him with an innocent look. “Hello.”
Since Wolffe was still wearing his helmet you couldn’t see the way his jaw was clenched as he saw how beautiful you looked up more in person. After what felt like an eternity Wolffe manages to unclench his jaw to break the silence between the two of you. “Ma’am.” You gave him a little smile before looking back at Plo Koon. “I best be on my way, sir. It was nice seeing you again.” “Likewise. And if you need to talk to me about anything, you can always come find me, my dear.” “Thank you, sir.” You saluted both of them and hurried on your way back to the medbay.
Both of them watched you walk away and Plo Koon couldn’t help but feel that there was something special about you. It was just like when he first met you. It was the same feeling that a jedi gets when they feel a new youngling’s power. But you couldn’t be. You’re a little old for that. Or could you be? The kel dor stroked his face and Wolffe looked over at him. “Something wrong, general?” The general shook his head. “Nothing is wrong, Wolffe. I will be back. I have to make contact with someone.” Wolffe saluted Plo Koon and watched as his general walked away.
Tumblr media
As soon as he made it to the bridge on the ship Plo Koon contacted the rest of the council and told them what he had felt with you. “Are you sure she is one of us, Plo?”, Obi-Wan asked. The kel dor stood with his arms behind his back. “Yes, I believe this young woman has the powers of a jedi, Obi-Wan. I have not seen her use them but I feel that she is strong with the force. I felt it the first time I met her and today I felt it again when my commander and I ran into her.”
Mace Windu looked at him. “If what you say is true and this woman does have the force then it is already too late for her. She is too old to be trained as a jedi. If we had found her when she was younger then it would’ve been possible for her to be trained.” Yoda looked at Plo Koon. “Keep an eye on her , you must. Bring her to us next time you are planet-side, you will. We will see if she is truly one of us.”
Plo Koon bowed his head. “As you wish.” Plo Koon hung up the call and stood there at the holotable for a moment. If you truly had powers of a jedi then yes it would be too late for you but Plo Koon had a plan. If you were a jedi then he could at least teach you how to protect yourself with your powers. But first he would have to watch and see if you had any powers at all.
Tumblr media
Wolffe couldn’t get you out of his head. For the rest of the day you were the only thing on his mind and no matter what he did you were all Wolffe could think about. He was so fixated on thinking about you that he didn’t notice that Sinker and Boost had joined him at the table he was sitting at for dinner until a roll was thrown at his head. Wolffe snapped out of it and snarled at his brothers for throwing food at him.
“The kriff was that for?” Boost snickered as Sinker looked at their commander. “You were daydreaming, vod. You had us worried for a second when you didn’t hear us calling you.” Wolffe rolled his eyes. “I’m fine you di’kuts.” “If you say so.” The three of them eat in silence until Boost speaks. “So what were you thinking about?” “None of your kriffin business,” Wolffe mutters through a fork full of food. Boost leans over to Sinker and whispers something in his ear and the two of them silently agree with each other . Wolffe glares at them. “What are you whispering about?” Boost sits up straight and they go back to their food, acting like nothing happened. “Nothing.”
Wolffe lets out a long sigh. “Please, enlighten me with whatever the two of you were just agreeing on. I am not in the mood to play games and if you don’t tell me right now the two of you will be on latrine duty for the next week.” Wolffe’s brothers paled at that thought and cleared their throats before talking. “Well, we were just thinking..that..maybe..you were possibly..” “Thinking about Talia”, Boost shouts as he finishes Sinker’s sentence. Wolffe sat there silently and didn’t say anything. Both their eyes go wide. “You were, weren’t you?” Boost elbows Sinker in the arm with a shit-eating grin on his face. “I told you our vod was thinking about her.”
Both of them laugh as Wolffe stares at them from across the table. “I was not thinking about that natborn.” Sinker catches his breath before speaking while Boost continues to chuckle. “It’s not the end of the world, Wolffe. We’ve all thought about her so don’t worry about being the only one.” Wolffe is now glaring at the two of them but his brothers don’t care as they continue being a pain in his ass. Wolffe ignores them as he finishes his food then stands up. “You two di’kuts are getting latrine duty.” “Oh, come on!” “No fair!” Wolffe walks away from them as they try to get him to come back but he continues ignoring them as he heads back to his tent.
Tumblr media
Later that night as Wolffe lies on his cot in the darkness he thinks about what Boost and Sinker said. They were right: he had been thinking about you. He didn’t know what it was about you. You were still on his mind even now. Whatever it was about you, you had completely entranced him and he had just met you earlier that day. It was like you had put all of them, including Wolffe, into a trance and now they couldn’t escape. But was that such a bad thing? Wolffe wasn’t sure. But what he did know was that he had completely misjudged you just from a few simple comments that shinies had said about you in passing.
You didn’t seem like a bad person and now he regrets not introducing himself to you in the first place. He was just as curious about you as everyone else was and it made him feel sick to his stomach.  Wolffe groaned as he covered his face with his pillow and lied there for a while with his thoughts.
If he didn’t talk to you soon he was going to go mad. Maker, he felt like a shiny straight off Kamino. Wolffe sighed as he placed his pillow back behind his bed and lies back down. Wolffe didn’t know how he was going to make it with you around. But he did know one thing: he didn’t want to lose you. So he came up with a plan to talk to you tomorrow if the two of you weren’t busy.
As soon as Wolffe was satisfied with his plan he rolled over onto his side to try to get some sleep. He continued lying there for a little while longer before the stress of the day finally caught up to him. Wolffe closes his eyes and is soon falling into a deep sleep, dreaming of you and the coming day.

Fun fact: Talia and Wolffe are the definition of the grumpy and sunshine trope
While Talia is all sunshine and rainbows Wolffe is a very grumpy commander as we all know. Talia's bubbly personality wears off on Wolffe and while he is still very much a grumpy man when Talia walks into the room or he spends time with her Wolffe becomes kinder and a better person
Thanks for coming to my Ted talk

Chapter 1
There it was. The Triumphant. You looked at it for a moment before getting on and headed straight for the medbay. After their old ship had gotten attacked and blown up with only the general and three clones surviving, the 104th had to start all over. You had felt bad for them so when you heard that they were looking for another medic to join their batallion you took a leap of faith. Now here you stood in the brand new medbay looking at all the shiny new equipment that the republic had provided for you and whoever you would be working with. You looked around at everything and all of it made you excited to be here. After everything you've been through finally led you here. You deserve it. You were looking at one of the pieces of equipment when a clone came into the room. "Excuse me ma'am?" You turned around as he had startled you a little bit and you quickly composed yourself. "I'm sorry. I didn't hear you come in." The clone put down the supplies he was holding and walked up to you. The clone had pink hair and a nose piercing that you were sure made him stand out. Then again many clones changed things up once they left Kamino. "Civilians aren't allowed in here." You stood your ground as he stood in front of you. "I'm your new medic actually. I just wanted to look around." The clone looked surprised. He obviously wasn't expecting someone like you. "Ah. My apologies. I just wasn't expecting a..um." "a woman?" The clone rubbed the back of his neck in embarrassment. "Yeah. Sorry." Now you were embarrassed and started to feel insecure. He quickly realized what he was doing and started to apologize. "I'm sorry if I'm making you uncomfortable. I knew I was getting another medic. I just didn't know it would be a female medic. But, I'm glad you're here. This battalion could use a feminine touch. And I'm sure once you meet them the others will like you too." You felt a little better at his words but you were still a little embarrassed. "I'm..sure I'll like them too. Umm..do you by chance know where the barracks are? I just wanted to drop my things off and get settled." "Right. Of course. I can actually show you where they are. And here. Let me take that for you." He points to your bag and you hand it over to him. "Thanks…" "Jax." "Jax. That's a nice name." "Thanks. Come on. I'll show you where you'll be staying."
Tumblr media
On the way to your quarters Jax showed you around and explained what the 104th does. "So basically we perform relief and recovery missions. We go in after a battle or disaster and we help the locals get back on their feet. We provide food, clothing, medical aid and whatever else they need. It's nothing special really." "So we won't be fighting or anything?" "For the most part. But if another battalion needs assistance and no one else is available then the republic sends us." “Right. Sounds easy enough.” As the both of you continued walking you ran into general Plo Koon. Jax stood at attention and saluted him while you stood by. “Sir.” “At ease, Jax.” Jax relaxes but stands just a little bit straighter. The Kel Dor spots you next to Jax and you become a little nervous. One: this the general and you weren’t sure if you should address him or not, Two: you’ve never seen a Kel Dor before but you have read about them, and three: you hated when people stared at you. Especially when it’s someone you don’t know. Being a jedi he must’ve sensed your uneasiness because he gave you a reassuring look. “It’s okay, little one. There’s no need to feel afraid or nervous around me.” You cleared your throat before speaking. “I’m sorry, general.” “There’s no need to apologize. Might I ask for your name?” “I-it’s T-Taila, sir.” You silently cursed yourself. You really had no need to be nervous of the jedi but you just couldn’t help it. Your past has made you very wary of new people. If he had sensed that you were becoming more uneasy he didn’t mention it. “It’s very nice to meet you, Talia.” Thalia gathered up her courage and acknowledged the general. “It’s nice to meet you too, sir.” The Kel Dor turned back to Jax. “Were you showing her where she’ll be staying?” “Yes, sir.” “If I may, I'll take her there.” “Yes, sir.” Jax saluted once more then handed you your bag and went back to the medbay as you followed the Kel Dor. The both of you stayed silent as you walked to where the civilian quarters were and you were honestly thankful for it. You reached a room and you stopped in front of it. “Here you are.” Plo Koon opened up the door and you stepped inside. You quickly looked around then turned to the jedi. “I don’t understand? Shouldn’t I be with the others?” “My dear, you are the only woman on this ship and you deserve to have your privacy. This is your room. Do with it what you please.” “T-thank you, sir.” “You are quite welcome, little one. I’ll leave you to get settled.” As soon as he left you turned back around and looked at your room. It had a simple bed, a desk for you to work at, and a private fresher. It wasn’t much but then again you didn’t need anything fancy. You set your bag down on the floor by your desk and plopped down onto the bed. This was your life now. You would be assisting in helping people who have gone through a traumatic experience get back on their feet and quite frankly you wouldn’t have it any other way. You lied down as exhaustion caught up to you and before you knew it you were fast asleep.

First meeting
Pairing: OC Lana x Rex
Summary: Rex and Lana meet each other
Warning: None. Cute first meeting and two people being awkward around each other
A/n: Lana and Rex are my second favorite couple next to Talia and Wolffe
Tumblr media
"I can't wait to see Anakin again. It's been so long since we've seen each other." Lana gives Padme a smile as the two of them wait for the transport ship to arrive with the returning troops. They had snuck onto the landing bay and if anyone saw them and they chose to ignore a senator and her aide. "I'm sure he can't wait to see you as well, Padme."
Lana and Padme were basically sisters and did almost everything together since they were children after Padme's family took her in. Lana was by her side when Padme was Queen and when she became Senator of Naboo Padme asked Lana to be her aide and of course she said yes. Lana was even there when Padme and Anakin Skywalker secretly got married not long after the war started. They really have been through everything together.
The transport ship bringing Anakin and his men back arrived and Padme waited until all the men dispersed before running to him. "Ani!" Padme ran into his arms and Anakin swung her around in a tight hug before setting her down and kissing her.
Lana smiled at the couple before looking away to give them a bit of privacy. Seeing Padme so happy and in love sometimes made Lana wish that she had someone like Anakin to go home to at the end of the day. Anakin was the sweetest man and with him being a Jedi it reassured Lana that Padme had someone to love and protect her.
"What are you doing here?" "I wanted to surprise you so Lana and I snuck down here." Anakin chuckled as he looked over at his wife's adoptive sister. Anakin was grateful for Lana. She always stayed with Padme when he had to leave for a mission and it gave Anakin a peace of mind that Padme had someone to stay with her.
"it's nice to see you, Lana." Lana turned to him and nodded her head in greeting. "You too, Anakin." Lana stood back as Anakin and Padme continue their conversation so that they could have their space . Since Anakin was back now Lana would be heading back to her empty apartment and the thought made her heart ache a little.
As she stood there Lana felt someone tap on her shoulder and she turned around to see a clone with blonde hair and the usual brown eyes looking down at her. From the color of his paint on his armor she immediately knew that he was one of Anakin's men. She also couldn't deny that he was quite handsome.
Lana quickly realized that she's staring and blushes a little as she speaks. "Yes?" "You..uh..I think this belongs to you." The man holds up her blue head scarf in his hand. "Oh. T-thank you. I didn't even notice it wasn't on me." Lana takes the scarf from him and puts it on her head.
The two of them stand there and stare at one another quietly. They stay like that until Padme and Anakin walk over to them. The man stands up a little straighter. "Everything okay?" Lana looks at Padme. "Fine. He was just returning my scarf." "Ah. Got it." In this moment Anakin decided to play matchmaker for his captain. "This is Lana. Senator Amidala's aide. Lana, this is captain Rex."
"H-hello." Rex looks at Lana. She was the most beautiful woman he's ever met. He clears his throat as it suddenly became dry. "Ma'am." Even though plenty of clones called her that it suddenly felt different with the clone captain. Lana blushes a little more and Rex does the same. Anakin and Padme watch the cute encounter before Padme takes Anakin's hand in hers.
"We should probably go. I have to get back to the senate building and I'm sure you have to return to the temple. Obi-Wan and the council will certainly be waiting for you." Anakin groaned but agreed with Padme. They kiss each other one last time and say goodbye to one another.
Lana and Rex were pulled out of whatever spell they were under. "Thank you. For returning my scarf I mean." Rex cleared his dry throat again. "Of course." Padme starts to walk away to where they stashed their speeder. "I should probably go. It was nice meeting you, captain." Rex nodded. "You as well...ma'am." You gave him a small smile and started to walk away.
Rex turned and watched. Lana turned one last time and looked back at him before tucking her hair behind her ear and turning around to follow the senator. Once she was gone Rex let out a breath he didn't know he was holding until Anakin placed a hand on his shoulder. "I'll see you in a few days. Enjoy your shore leave, Rex." Rex saluted Anakin and Anakin walks away.
Rex turned back in the direction of where Lana had been walking. She was truly the most beautiful woman he has ever met and in this moment he knows that he just has to see her again.

Chapter 3
The next day you wake up earlier than you intended to. You hadn’t meant to but you were still plagued by nightmares of your past. You tried going back to sleep after that but after tossing and turning multiple times trying to get comfortable you sighed as you finally gave up. You got out of bed and got in your Gar issued medic clothing before heading to the mess hall for breakfast. As you were walking you quickly realized that you forgot where the mess hall was. You stopped in your tracks as you  became nervous and debated just skipping and going right to the medbay when a couple of clones came around the corner. You gasped as one of them accidentally bumped into you when you went to turn around to go back the other way and made you fall to the floor. The clone that bumped into you grabbed your arm and helped you up. “I’m so sorry, miss. I didn’t see you.” You look away with nervousness.  “It..it..it’s a-alright”, you say without making eye contact. Even though it had been a while you were still afraid of being taken to either their commander or the general and being punished for something that wasn’t even your fault. But you certainly felt like it. “I..uh..I should’ve watched where I was going.” “No. It’s entirely my fault.” You cautiously  looked over at the two clones. One of them had gray hair and the other had most of his hair shaved with only two strips that were dyed red. The one that bumped into you held out his hand for you to shake. “I’m Sinker and this is Boost.” You looked over at the other clone as you took Sinker’s hand in yours. Boost nodded his head in acknowledgement. “Ma’am.” “Talia”, you say a little lower than normal but they obviously heard you. “Nice to meet you, Talia.” You let go of Sinker’s hand and take a small step back to look at them since they were taller than you. “Do you..uh..know where the mess hall is? I..uh..kinda forgot where it was.” Both of them smile at you. “Of course. We were heading that way anyway. You can join us if you want.” "oh. Um, thank you but I don't want to intrude." "Nonsense. We'd love it if you joined us. Besides, we could get to know each other. If you like that is." You thought about Boost's proposition before answering. "I guess I can sit with you for a few minutes." Sinker gave you another smile. "Great! Follow us." You walked alongside them but still kept your distance as the three of you headed to the mess hall.
Tumblr media
When you entered the mess hall you were grateful that there weren’t many people around. You follow behind Boost and Sinker and get in line to grab your food before sitting down. You sit across from the two men once you grab a table and dig into the mush that was considered eggs. “So Talia, tell us about yourself.” You shrugged your shoulders as you focused on your food. “Not much to tell.” "oh come on. We want to know everything." Sinker elbowed Boost in the arm and gave him a warning in  Mando'a before he looked at you. "Don't listen to him. You don't have to tell us anything if you don't want to." You gave  Sinker a little smile before going back to your food. At least he understands. The three of you sat in silence for a few minutes before you realized that you were going to be late for your shift and it was a good thing too because the mess hall was starting to get busy. You grab your tray as you stand up and look at the two men. "Umm..thanks for letting me sit with you I guess." "No problem. And you're always welcome to join us." You nodded your head before walking away. As you walked out of the mess hall Boost and Sinker watched you. "Shy little thing, isn't she?" Sinker rolled his eyes at Boost's comment. "Leave her be, vod. She'll open up when she's ready." Both of them go back to their food as Boost talks again. "Can't wait to see when she meets Wolffe." Sinker snickers. "Oh yeah. He's gonna love her."
Tumblr media
When you got to the medbay Jax was already there prepping for the day. He looked up and smiled when he saw you. “Morning, Talia. Sleep well?” You nodded your head. “Slept fine.” Jax didn’t say anymore as you started helping him. You concentrated on gathering supplies for yourself and making sure that you had everything to perform the physicals that would be given before you started stocking the cabinets. By the time you were done it was time to start giving physicals. Luckily, they would be given throughout the day so that you and Jax wouldn’t be overwhelmed. The two of you had also split the clones up in two groups since there were so many so now you would have an equal amount of patients. You put the last of the supplies away and took a deep breath as Jax came up to you. “Are you ready for this?” “As ready as I’ll ever be.” Jax gave you a smile. “Great. I’ll go start bringing them in.” You gave him a nod as he walked away and took one more deep breath as the first group of clones were brought in.
Tumblr media
The new guys, shinies as Jax called them, were entranced by you. Many times throughout the day Jax had to yell at them to stop staring and flirting with you so that you could work. Even the ones that were his patients wanted to talk to you and while you were flattered you hated having all the attention on you. During one of your breaks Jax apologized for his brothers’ behavior and had to explain that they came straight from Kamino so none of them had never seen a woman before, let alone a human one. There had been no need for him to apologize as you were used to men doing that and much more but you would never tell him that so you accepted the apology and the both of you got right back to it.
Tumblr media
“Have you seen the new medic?” “Oh yeah. She’s so pretty.” “And tiny too. I wonder if all nat-born women are like that.” “I bet-”. This is what Wolffe heard as the shinies walked by where he was standing and he groaned. ‘Great’, he thought. Now not only did he have to deal with inexperienced men but horny ones too. If this was going to be a problem he’s going to have to get her transferred to another battalion so that his men could concentrate. “What’s up, boss?” Boost and Sinker join Wolffe not long after the shinies walk past. “Kriffin shinies.”  "what they do this time?" "Nothing. They were just talking about the new medic." Sinker and Boost faces light up when Wolffe mentions you. “Oh?” Wolffe looked at them with an annoyed look. “Not you too.” “Come on, Wolffe. You would like her.” Wolffe rolled his eyes. “I don’t care about some nat-born. The only thing I care about is my men and if getting rid of her is the best option then so be it.” Boost and Sinker look at Wolffe who stared back. “What.” “She’s not bad.” “Yeah”, Boost adds. “We may have only interacted with her for a little bit but she’s actually really nice. I think you should give her a chance. Don’t take what the shinies said about her to heart.” Wolffe thought about what they said about you before sighing. “Fine. But if she keeps distracting all of you she’s on the next shuttle back to Coruscant.” Wolffe went back to what he was doing and his brothers did a happy dance behind his back. Wolffe sensed their happiness as if he had eyes in the back of his head. “Stop that!” Sinker and Boost stopped and quickly saluted him before walking away while doing their happy dance once again. Wolffe rolled his eyes once again before focusing on his work once again.

At the end of the day after all the physicals you performed you made your way back to your room. The door slides open and you walk inside. You kick off your shoes and take off your uniform before making your way to the refresher. You took a quick shower and once you were done you got in your pajamas before finishing up your night routine. You then walked out and plopped down onto your bed with a light thud. You crawled under the blanket as the stress of the day got to you and before you knew it you were fast asleep.
