Their job is to make sure time flows smoothly for everyone else throughout the universe.

They have a variety of time powers that they can use. I would ramble about that, but I already have those described in detail on their toyhou.se page. All you need to know is that they can control time.

They like to stop time and go sight-seeing throughout the universe while everything's frozen, though they frequently stop by Westerfield, just to see Purmni.

They also have a big fascination with clocks and time-keeping devices in general. Sometimes, they'll see someone frozen in time who's wearing a watch, take it off, pick it apart, and put it back together, just as good if not better than when they found it.
