This was one of my favorite days to do-- though I might be biased as a lover of both planes and toys >W<

Octransfur 2022 - Abstract - 12 Sizzlipede TF

"So it activates for plushies, too... This is gonna be difficult..." ---------------------- Today's Octransfur repost (Day 26 - Ability) was a personal pic where I wheeled out my Ditto form (Ability: Imposter, naturally) and teased a pal.

This one also features another one of my favorite tropes: The mirror revealing a "true" form. It's another relatively straightforward way to imply TF if you're not feeling up for figuring out a mid-TF form at the moment, in addition to its regular uses~ Click here to check out the timelapse for this pic~

Today's Octransfur repost (Day 21 - Reality) was a comm for GamerGuys on FA. This pic was an absolute joy to put together. It might not surprise you to learn that I have a soft spot for Mudkip and PMD, haha~

And here's the last of the Octransfur reposts (Day 31, Trick), a slightly self-indulgent picture featuring a form I keep meaning to get back to. After probably over-extending myself for the whole month, I just went ahead and did a little something for myself, with a familiar form in a familiar place. (Props to those who know where this pic takes place~)

"This isn't what I meant by that!" ----------------------- Today's Octransfur repost (Day 22 - Science) was a commission for NanoSpace. This one's another example of one of my quick and dirty ways of making a TF pic out of something that's almost a regular pic. Just a dash of context and torn clothes, and suddenly you've got a TF! The image used for the background was pulled from Wikimedia Commons. "Hey, I bet you that I can scare him out of that Pokédex~" Turns out that becoming a ghost-type doesn't change your affinity for (or fear of) the dark. ---------------------------------- Today's Octransfur repost (Day 11 - Spirit) was a commission for Lightfox. Drawing dark scenes can be quite a treat-- and it plays well with my sorta sketchy shading style too!

One little detail I'm happy with were the abstract paintings alluding to all the characters' pre-TF forms. I often have trouble filling out the background, but it's nice to be able to fill it with relevant info~ Click here to check out this picture's timelapse~

It might be a bit of a stretch, but with enough plushies, travel anxieties just drift away. Just be careful where you fall asleep-- your dreams might turn into reality.

Today's Octransfur repost (Day 10 - Holiday) is another drawn-into-reality piece. I decided to take the definition of holiday to be vacation, but really I just wanted an excuse to draw something on a train (and turn a ton of my friends into plushies)~

"Doesn't bringing a TV kinda defeat the point of a 'feral immersion' trip?" "Look, I might be feral now, but I'm not missing the Grand Prix." ---------------------------------- Today's Octransfur repost (Day 16 - Snow) features Blitz the Arctic Wolf. This was a fairly self-indulgent day-- since I'd been meaning to go fully feral for a while by this point, and "Snow" is as good an excuse as any to become a snow leopard again~

This particular concept (a feral vacation) is one that I'd love to revisit in the future~

"Oh! It worked~! I knew planes could be electric, too!" --------------------- And here's Octransfur Day 2 - Charge. For this one, I got inspired by reading about a new electric plane prototype that had just done a test flight. TV adds 10 pounds... and a free mandatory makeover to match each show you jump into~ --------------------------- Today's Octransfur repost (Day 13 - Image) features Borealis and Xyron. I went to great efforts to imitate the style of TV, including grabbing the appropriate symbols and a closed captioning font~

"Honestly, I've kinda come to expect stuff like this to happen at hidden ruins." ---------------- Today's Octransfur repost (Day 18 - Hidden) was a commission for NatureFury. The reasoning for this day was pretty straightforward: I was given a Shaymin character, and the Shaymin Village could reasonably be called hidden.
