i just spent like. two hours reading magnus archives vampire au fic. i meant to be researching forensic linguistics, but, whatever, i’ve got like another week for that presentation
#i forgot how much i can like vampire stories i think#like the vampires were one of my favorite things in the mortal instruments#i've been reading stuff off my bookshelf all summer so its been like. treasure island. moby dick. kidnapped. faust#not to mention rereading the wayfarer's series twice#what i really need now is just some ya vampire story. idk which one though#hmm i read some of vladimir todd in high school but not the rest of it. i know shivani liked it. i feel like jeff (may i call her jeff)#said she did not#i may ask jeff (may i call you jeff?) for reccomendations#or maybe this mood will pass#oh actually lol i forgot i did reread the reformed vampire support group several weeks ago#i highly reccomend it#but anyway i want more of the 'i'm a monster' no you're not i love you 'i want to drink your blood' *i wince and grab at my neck as i read#the following sexy bloodsucking scene#so basically someone needs to write more tma vampire fic#i say as though i didn't see the magnusquerade and decided nah i don't want to read all that#okay i did read several of them#but there's 53 of them and i'm really looking for just the most basic vampire tropes ever thanks
