Of Baby Ghosts and Pure Mayhem...

“I have no flipping clue where these babies came from or how long they’ve been here, but now we have baby ghosts to deal with! I literally had to stop one from making a flambe out of a bush!”

Arlyn could only sigh, running a hand through his own hair and looking to Apollymi, as Nuriel continued to rant on about all the accidents he had to prevent the baby ghosts from doing.

“They’re all over the castle, Lady Apollymi.” Arlyn explained. “All of the mages and those that specialize in dealing with ghosts are...dealing with them as best as they can. Nuriel and I aren’t speciailized in interacting with the dead, nor is Lady Tahirah, so this is a bit more complicated than we hoped for.”

Out of all the strange happenings in Melodia, did it have to be baby ghosts? Though Arlyn and Nuriel were technically Tahirah’s parents in a way, neither of them had ever raised a kid from an extremely young age and/or infancy. 

“I was thinking, however, if we can find something that might be able to soothe these baby or child ghosts and gather them together in one area of the castle so they don’t cause so much chaos, that might be helpful.”

“Wait—” Nuriel suddenly froze, eyes widening in horror. “Have you seen Tahirah? I haven’t seen her since we were told to get all the mages to deal with the baby ghosts!”

“...For the love of music, I haven’t! We need to find her!”
