#beef bourguignon stew ?!#stew meat bacon red potatoes carrots onion garlic#cook bacon sear meat til golden add to cooker w the raw veg#deglaze pan w a cup of red wine (ideally good and not a $6 bottle from aldi lol) add 2 cups chicken broth#1/4c soy sauce 1/2 tomato sauce let that simmer once the wine has reduced#add half cup a flour whisk til smooth add to beef and veg slow cook for 8 hours: Holy Shit#oh ya rosemary salt pepper thyme and some paprika too :-)#my kitchen might be pathetic but my cooking skills are Insane#cannot wait to move in the summer
