and number two even if they DID take the smaller ships like... do you understand how long it takes to sail from Nassau to the colonies??? 4-6 WEEKS. OVER A MONTH. even in a big ole well stocked ship like the spanish man o war it’s QUITE A JOURNEY. trying to make that in little baby boats (piraguas are LITTLE FISHING BOATS) simply WOULD NOT CUT IT.
