This is my friends Jeff Robles Makaira 20000 monster spinner. Dwarfs my 10000 unit. My unit’s max is 55lb. The 20k & 30k is 65lb each. I’m not looking at that part since I don’t rely on max drag to land a fish. On large fish yes max drag does help. But I rely heavily on the amount of line at my disposal. I’d rather the fish tire itself out by taking long runs. This size will be my 2022 project. Will be using the new 12ft 2022 Solaris SSX next year when it comes out. Rated for 6-16oz! 70/30 configuration. For myself I plan on using only 2 rigs that can handle salt spray all day. For myself.
