Hi Peahen mom, hope your doing alright today. Here is a question, I read the DI5 incident part involving the lovely horrors. Some of them got bitten right? So how are they fairing right now?

After that night, most of the lovely horrors were unsure of what will happen now. They got no information about these 'things' roaming the streets right now. Even when the doctor was trying to figure something out, nothing came up.

Matt, being told of this, was informed by the same doctor to keep a eye on the ones that was bitten. However, he said everyone will be kept watched by someone else. Like him keeping a eye on Ryu. Willie for Shrika, Jason with Gin, and Chuya with Sid.

"I can understand that but we don't know what some of your teammates, same with Gin and Ryu were bitten by or has. We just need to insure they won't try to attack anyone-"

"I assure you doc, my team won't. Besides, I'm sure the ones that is watching them will keep a eye on them. No one will get hurt unless none tries to harm them." Matt simply said with arms over his chest. He knew his team would be fine so they would be kept in a room to be watched over. For now, they would work on trying to find something out.

~~~~~~Later into a week~~~~~~~

Matt was keeping near Ryu who was asleep right now. He was curled up where he slept, not having the trench coat on him while he looked to have some slight fever. Matt, being worried hopes he was alright but he did notice the red veins he saw a few days ago were gone. He didn't know what it was but maybe it resulted in the bite. Right now, he was keeping a eye on him to insure he had enough food and water.

"............"

In a moment, a knock was heard but he looks seeing Jason come in.

"Hey, Matt. How is he?" he asked.

"..Still sleeping. He's gotten weaker over the last few days...but he's alright....though why ask?" he said.

"...Gin was worried so she asked me to ask you if he was okay. Though, she is alright too even after being bitten." Jason said.

"Hmmm.....well, you can tell her he's alright. He's just been asleep so far so nothing else. I'm waiting for him to wake up but nothing yet." Matt sighed then looks over to him to see Ryu turn again showing his back. Matt wonders if he was just chilly now but he looks out the window seeing the moon again. Geez, what the hell is going on now? And what of the others back at NYC? Is this happening in New Jersey as well?

"Uhhh Matt?"

"Nothing. You should go back and be sure Gin is alright." he said but he nods to leave the room heading back. For now, Nothing else happened. He did get reports from the others who was bitten.

Willie reports Shrika was awake but she was tense but scratching where she was bitten. Very annoyed right now but okay.

Chuya reports Sid was okay but she didn't talk as much. She seems to be either wanting time to be alone but he gives her privacy if she wishes. The area he said was not as swollen now.

And Jason reports Gin is okay but she is awake and just twitchy. She seems slight feverish but is alright even so. However, Matt was unsure about it. That is till he along with the others who was not bitten is called by the doctor to say what they have found out.

"DI5 Infection?" Matt, Jason, Willie, and Chuya said at the same time confused while seeing the doctor sigh and nod.

"Yes. From what the reports given by another doctor over at ADA, it seems to be called that. It came from America or to say in short New York City. It's under emergency lock down right now so no one gets in or out. I don't know much but Akiko has passed on some info to insure about what is going on." He explains.

"Okay so what do we do? Is their a way to get rid of it?" Pete said with Yumeno being beside him worried.

"Not really I'm afraid. A cure is being worked on but nothing is adding up or to say some of the ingredients are missing. Some healers from NYC is trying to figure this out but nothing yet. But we do know this is man made for demons only...." he said.

"Hold up, demons? You mean this is only for demons? So it's like some attack?" Willie said.

"In a way. Right now, the ones bitten are infected with this so I insist you keep a good eye on them and be sure they don't do anything to attack anyone else. I know they wouldn't attack others in the building but it's a saying...I will give you some information later on regarding this infection. For now, you all should check on them and see if anything happened." He said seeing the group worried.

"Thanks, we'll do that." Matt said turning to leave with the others. Now he was worried. DI5 infection. Did this mean his mate along with the others got this for real? He didn't know why but he had the feeling of wanting to kill whoever made this! But it got him wondering...did this mean Ink and the others are in a hell of a mess? Maybe when he can he will go and check it out.

"Matt, what are we going to do? Just finding this out is concerning. And we know Sid and Shrika got bitten.." Charlie was concerned now but Matt sighed to think.

"It is. Though, Gin and Ryu also got bitten. For now, whoever you are watching, keep on them. I don't need anyone from the mafia trying to hurt them but I know they won't. Their more scared of what is happening outside. For now, just keep a eye out and tell me anything that might have changed." he said.

"Understood.." they said before they part ways heading to the rooms of the others. For now, Matt was heading up but is back in Ryu's room. He was seeing him still asleep but he hopes Ryu was alright. Sitting by him, he ran a hand through his black hair seeing him shaking.

"Just hang in there Ryunosuke..you can beat this." he said to him before keeping on guard.

Later that night, everyone was asleep this time. Even the ones that was watching over the ones bitten. So far, Matt was sitting against the bedboard sleeping quietly while he knew he would sense someone walk in but no one did. The sky was dark; not a single sound being heard. So it was peaceful for the killer. However, beside him Ryu was not there. It seems he was awake but looking to Matt.

"........."

Though, he didn't seem to be himself. His eyes were hidden but he was crawling near him while examining him. Knowing the smell he caught was lingering from him. He knew it was something he wanted; he needed it. Even if he was gripping the pillow, he suddenly grew really really hungry. Looking at him, he slowly lets the pillow go while he was reaching to trace a finger against his neck where he would bite him but he was really hungry to eat something. Even if Matt is asleep he didn't want to wake him but he couldn't help it.

"......" He only keeps leaning in, ready to at least eat something. His lips parted showing a pair of extra fangs there for him. Ryu was only ready to bite as the fangs poke his neck.

That's when he got flipped and pinned down. He winces from that but Matt was awake holding his mate down. He looks to him but saw that Ryu was shaking now.

"......So it was true then. Seems this Di5 thing is real.." He mutters seeing Ryu struggling but Matt keeps him down while seeing him panting. "Easy Ryu. Easy......" he said to calm him down but he sees Ryu only obey him slowly while trying to relax. That's when he got a message from a few to answer it.

"Yeah?"

'Sir, something is wrong with Mistress. She was fine a while ago but now she's trying to attack m-*ducks from a few blades* Easy Mistress please calm down!'

"Shrika?" Matt said.

"Yes, she was resting up near the window but when I was getting her some water. She started attacking me." Willie was holding Shrika down using his telekinesis but he was worried. He saw her trying to move but she was slightly drooling a little with her eyes darkened. But he noticed the extra fangs.

"...." Matt was trying to think of this but he did hear some shouting near by hearing Jason's voice. "Gin easy! It's me! I'm not going to hurt you!" he seems to be trying to calm her down too.

"Gin, lower your blade. It's me, Jason. I'm not going to hurt ya!" He said ducking from the swings but he saw her panting feeling feverish as she was trying to tackle him down but he was dodging but making sure she didn't hurt herself.

Matt blinks wondering what the hell is going on?! He even heard Chuya's voice.

'Sid, what is it!? Why are you-Woah easy now! Calm down!'

"Shit!" He ducks from the purple hands that tried to crush him but he saw Sid was not having it. He had to get close to her but he would grab her using his gravity. But she was pretty quick making him try even harder to try calming her down.

Seems the DI5 infection has got to his teammates, and to his mate. He looks back to Ryu who was quiet again but he seems to have tried to get free but Matt tightens his hold making him wince.

"Easy now..just calm down. It's alright Ryu.." he speaks in a quiet tone even if Ryunosuke was baring his fangs at him. Though, his voice was rather soothing for the hellhound that he was slowly calming down only to wince now. Seems he was fighting himself that Matt had to quickly knock him out but not too hard too hurt him. When he was out again, he begins restraining him to keep him from hurting himself and others. Matt even told the others to do the same.

Within a hour, Shrika, Sid, and Gin were restrained but they were knocked out in the rooms. Matt saw the others were hurt but they would be alright.

"So it was true then. Damn, now what do we do?" Chuya said.

"We keep a eye on them. We don't know much yet about this DI5 infection but..we will in due time. Just stay with them and keep a eye on them." Matt said.

"..We understand but what about-"

"If any tries to do something, I'll know. Mori said it was fine for us to stay with the one we were with. For safety reasons. I don't need someone getting killed and then blaming us or others. Right now, it's not the time to panic." He saw the others quiet but looks down worried about Ryu but he didn't show it.

".........Matt?"

"You guys head back to the rooms......and just keep a eye on them." With that, he turns to head back to Ryu's room. Chuya saw this with the other two but turns to check on Sid. Willie with Shrika. And Jason on Gin.

When Matt gets back to the room, he sees Ryu asleep again but his wrists were bonded again. He wouldn't do too much to hurt himself or another so it was fine. When he sat down, he looks worried about Ryu to touch his cheek seeing him move a little against his hand to nuzzle it. For now, Matt will keep him safe. And the others will too.

Right now, another day has passed or so but Yumeno was sitting by his big brother Pete who was looking at something. His other big brothers Lex and Cobin was silent as well seeing other Port mafia members walking by or some speaking privately about what happened. Though, he could hear them.

They were worried about the infected in the building and what the head leader would do. Mori told them not to worry and everything was fine even if some was still nervous.

"The DI5 infection? That's what some of the team members of the Lovely horrors have?" he asked on a video call with Yukichi Fukuzawa, leader and President of ADA (Armed Detective Agency). He sighed looking at him from the TV but he knew that since the infection came from New York thanks to another from NYC named Mr. Henderson telling him. Matt was with Mori at the time during this meeting.

'Yes; as of right now. New York is on lock down and more of those things have been seen spreading all over New York. We even got word it's spread to Philly as well. Right now, I'm giving the info to you so you and the ones in Port Mafia knows what is going on and if any is infected with a list of what is going on and what they will go through.'

He did remember he sent a e-mail with the info on it but he was looking at it while looking to know Matt was curious. Whoever made this virus or whatever it was was going to be dead if he found out. Even if they were here with Port mafia, he wanted to make them pay. He wanted whoever made this to pay.

"I see. Well, is their any other added information I should know of because of this..illness?" Mori asked.

'Not that I know of but right now, the ones in NYC is working on a cure for it. So far, we have negative results.' Fukuzawa sighed but he looks to the two. 'I already got Akiko working on some way or help with someone in New York City to see if they can find a cure to this. But of right now, whoever is infected has to pull through this. I know some in New York and Philly are heavily infected right now. But..I'm hoping it stays contained so it don't spread even more.'

"I see....well, I'll be sure we take a look at this and know more about this so called DI5. You'll keep up updated yes?" Mori said seeing the other nod before the call ended. Now, he got some bigger view but looks to Matt.

"Seems we got something about it now.....this should be something." he said looking at the screen seeing the e-mail but Matt was quiet, seeing Mori open the file but reads it.

Thanks to this, that was hours ago but he got copies and gave it to the others that was watching over the others that was infected. But Matt hasn't come down in hours due to watching over Ryunosuke. He, Sid, Shrika, and Gin were sick and he couldn't see them. However, he hopes they are alright. Charlie was with them as well but noticed Yumeno since it worried her too.

In a bit, he snaps out of his trail of thought, looking to see Pete worried but he only hugs Bennett in his arms. "You okay little brother?"

"...N...not really, Big brother. I'm worried about the others. They haven't been seen in a while..I'm...I'm scared something bad happened to them." he said.

"...No, nothing's bad happened to them. Their just not well right now. But they will be alright." Pete said but he didn't want him to worry too much. They were strong and will pull through. They always did when it comes to situations as dangerous or deadly.

"Your big brother is right Yumeno. I'm sure in due time they will be alright. They just need rest." Cobin said with Lex nodding to agree with him. Hearing this, Yumeno looks to them but slowly nods, understanding.

"O...Okay.." he mutters as the three were looking at one another then at Yumeno worried. Was it due to the rumors spreading in Port Mafia of the Lovely horrors infected? Great, that was just great. They didn't need this right now but maybe they will see everything is fine.

Chuya was with Sid but he saw her resting right now after given some food. So far, he noticed the tear was being fixed up by him with thread and needle. Even if she said she was fine, he kept a eye on her. But what worried him was the veins on her shoulder. So far, she said not one word.

"Sid, are you going to be okay? Do you need anything else?" he asked but she remains quiet to sigh.

"No, not at the moment..the headache medicine helped a bit but thank you." she said simply to him even if Chuya sighed. He knew she was tired but he didn't push it. He got word Gin was alright or sleeping right now with Jason who was watching over her.

He even heard that Willie was just done helping Shrika sleep but he was still worried about her while making her comfy. When he was finished, he looks seeing Sid noticed the fixed up tear.

"Thank you.."

"Of course. Though, if you still need anything just tell me. I'll go ahead and-"

"Wait. I am still fine but..I...."

"Yes?"

Chuya was worried and yet, he looks to see that he was worried about her. Even now, he only looks seeing her remaining quiet. With a sigh, she looks quiet.

"Nevermind. I'll just rest up is that okay?" she said but Chuya nods to let her rest.

"Alright. I'll let you rest. I'll get something to eat later on." He mutters but he only goes to do something real quick. When he was gone, Sid remains quiet but when he was gone, she grips her pants shaking. Her eyes were closed at the time but opens them panting softly.

'Too close....this is not like me.' She thought but she felt weird and almost sick. She wouldn't let this take her down but hopes it was going to be okay. 'I will stay strong form this I have to be..' she thought but she shook it off.

Willie was quiet at the time but seeing Shrika sleeping even if she was wincing. He didn't like seeing her like this but this made him more worried. Running a finger through her hair, he only was worried. He never seen her like this even if he saw her sleeping.

"......."

He might have to work on another situation to ensure she was stable and okay. Even if he attacked her that night. She didn't mean to due to the infection trying to take over. Even if she winces again, he keeps holding her against her.

"It's alright Mistress, I'm here.."

She knew he was near but only curls up against him. This was still a rare sight to see even for Shrika. However, he didn't mind it. He would still help her even if it means going to the extreme for her. He would do it for her. Hearing a weak groan, he keeps rubbing her back but keeps her as close to him as possible.

Matt on the other hand explained this to Ryu who was silent hearing the situation. He didn't know how this would effect him due to being a undead vampire. That might make things hard.

"I see and you heard nothing from Ink and the others?" Ryu saw Matt shaking his head no as he was sitting down looking outside. Even with the sun out, it didn't feel like any other day today.

"Hmmm....Matt-"

"I Don't know who made this stupid infection but when I find out who, I hope Ink and the others can get them back. I would have done it myself if I had the chance. Damn bastards or whoever doing this." he was not happy and yet, Ryunosuke sighed to take his hand holding it.

"Calm down, Matt. Yes, it was something no one expected not even us. However, I'm hoping whatever is happening is taken care of. Besides, I don't know what it will do to undead vampire like me or to my sister Gin since she's one herself." He looks ahead but using his other hand, he covers where the infected bit him. The veins were gone but they were not red but a dark black. Maybe a mutation? Shaking his head, he looks seeing Matt holding his hand but hugs him.

"????"

"Even so, if you need anything Ryu just tell me. I'll be sure you get it." he said but Ryu blinks to smile gently.

"Don't worry I'll do that. Don't worry. For now, me and the others are still in lock down because of this. However, I don't know of the infected roaming about. We haven't gotten any news yet but..I hope it's soon." he said simply that Matt looks at the window holding Ryu. He even felt a slight nuzzle into his neck.

"Yeah....same here."

The spreading just won't stop will it? Knowing the horrible outcomes from New York City, Philly, New Jersey, and now here...within the city of Yokohoma, Japan. It was grimly dark right now with no living soul in sight. It seems alright right now, unless you avoid and ignore the bloody bodies laying everywhere. Some being brutally killed, some drained of blood, others eating alive or worse.

Many had either moved to fight off these infected, to some staying inside and not leaving until it was safe maybe during the morning or daylight. Right now, some infected were trying to get inside Port mafia where head leader, Ogai Mori has ordered his members to stay indoors and only leave if needed be.

He's already heard so many got lost within the slaughter of the infected but right now, theirs still some inside. Right now, they even had the lovely horrors safe in the building. They were told of this accident but no one knows how in the world it came from New York to Japan. Unless a infected came over and spread which seems like a right option.

Right now, Matt was telling his team to stay safe but he knew they would be alright. Even offering to go help with gathering things if needed to bring back. Which explains what is going on right now. The sound of screeching is heard followed by some running.

"Come on, hurry! This way!" Ryunosuka akutagawa was leading a small group that was sent to get some food and water. Right now, he was killing a few of the infected demons hissing and trying to give chase. Their blood spills everywhere when killing them only for their heads to be cut off.

"Come on brother! We gotta go!" Gin Akutagawa, his baby sister was stabbing one while Jason keeps watch on her back. He would use his tracking scent to find the easy path back but the blood around here was too heavy and burned his nose.

"I think we need to go another path way. We should be back soon." Sid said staying close to Chuya who was crushing the few that was close. However, he was helping her when their was some torn part within her cloak. Their was some blotches of blood seen too but she didn't say much about it right now.

"Come on, come on, come on!" Cobin said killing some as their blood hits his Mark Killer II. Right now, they carried some things back but running onto for Chuya to use gravity and slam a block behind the way they came to stop the infected from coming through.

"Is everyone alright?" Ryunosuke said.

"Were fine..but we made it back.....come on, lets hurry back inside." she said seeing everyone hurrying in. Of course Shrika keeps a eye out from the sky while landing down herself. She saw that Willie was with her, setting him down while they were running towards the main doors. But as soon as they get there.

A shout was heard, seeing something jump out at them! Gin and Ryunosuke takes them out. Rashomon stabbing a few seeing blood dripping down but Gin cuts and stabs a few too. Now everyone was fighting but Chuya was helping Sid inside the building.

When Jason and Matt rushes to help the other two, that's when they noticed a few was familiar. "Hold on, aren't those some of the HYDE freaks that was scouting out today!?" Lex said only to see them roaring out heavily infected. The guys saw these things jump down but gets in between Ryu and Gin.

"!?!?" Both quickly turns to attack but Ryu got hit to the left smashing into the tree. And Gin gets hit to the right right into a pile of infected.

"RYUNOSUKE!" Matt shouted now pissed off, rushing to help him while killing the infected.

"GIN!" Jason rushes to help her while seeing blood spilling as she was grunting, fighting back. The two were fighting them off only to see two infected bit Gin hard on the shoulder and Ryunosuke being bitten on his neck.

"!?" Matt was shocked but now really mad. 'Oh hell no..Not again! NOT AGAIN!' he shouts only to brutally kill them.

Jason roars out slashing at them to get to Gin to help her. Willie was helping to get them away but that's when one tries to kill him but got stabbed by his mistress. She was killing and making sure they stayed away from him only for two to ram into her.

"Mistress!" Willie goes to help her only to get hit back. He coughs to hold his stomach annoyed only to hear a shout from her. He looks seeing one biting into her shoulder but she stabs into it's head only for her to hit it back. "Worthless filth..how dare you!" she said but the ones still outside still fights only for the other mafia members to rush out with guns shooting the infected.

"GUYS! GET INSIDE NOW!" the remaining few heard Pete shouting as Matt helps Ryu inside, Jason carefully helps Gin inside, and Willie helps Shirika inside. The others kept on shooting the infected more and more until they move back heading in.

"So how are they?" Pete was asking a doctor who was working here in the Mafia. The ones that were bit were told to rest. Shirika was having her shoulder bandaged up by Willie.

"Their fine....for now at least. Seems they got bitten by whatever is going on out there. I don't know much about this but I'll need to look into it." he said Seeing Gin wrapping a bandage up but Jason helps with Cobin helping. Matt was also helping Ryunosuke.

"So we have no damn idea what the others were bitten by. We need to have some idea don't we?" Chuya asked helping Sid but she was quiet remaining still seeing some patching under the cloak.

"Yes. I don't know what happened out there. But we might be able to find out what. The infected can't get inside the building so we are safe for now. However, I suggest you keep a eye on the ones that did get bit. If anything changes let me know." he said to leave so they can rest.

"Well, that sucks. What are we gonna do now?" Shrika said annoyed.

"As the doctor said, we are to wait and see. I don't know what is going to happen but we need to be sure were ready for it." Sid said.

"......Well, whatever it is. I'm sure we will..we just need to keep an eye on you guys to insure that. So, just rest and we will see." Matt said seeing them nod. However, they will know as the infected as already took effect...

It's just a matter of time......
