#his parents were (reluctantly) allowed maternity leave from the circus and decided to stay here!#the gate would be a fence and there would be lavender flowers on the windowsill#sort of reminds you of erik's picket fence around his water cellar house and the lavender candles he puts by the window huh? ;)#it's even more romantic than the house in susan kay's 'phantom' and his parents adore it :)#they were forced to return to the circus when erik was 4 months old and never came back to the house :/#when erik was little he made his parents tell him everything about the romantic little house (from how it looked inside/out to the road!)#he treasures every single bit of normalcy since he doesn't remember it and replicates it for the water cellar house :')#he doesn't do anything with the road tho he just likes it because an iris is a flower and he loves flowers :)#omg i just realized that rue des iris looks similar to 'dies irae' which is a book erik reference! :o#what a coincidence! :D#poto rewritten
