hmm most of my hobbies are super generic stuff like watch anime and play video games... I guess I do very much enjoy messing around in gimp and stuff, like just today I made this as a new blog header:

the trickiest part was converting all my screenshots from the game into just the card art, thankfully ImageMagick can just do the trick if you figure out the right command:

mogrify * -crop 198x264+415+154

so I just had to count the pixels correctly and no problem, all 105 cards nicely cropped properly^^

#asks #I could have also gotten high-res art from the wiki #which happens to have like the raw files extracted before they got pixellated for the game #but I actually prefer the retro pixel look kind of #lost kingdoms #rune (2002)#gaming in the moonsink #on the offchance anybody sees this and immediately rushes to call mogrify in their terminal #make sure you back things up bc this nice and easy command does just overwrite your current files #(there's a fancy thingy you can put into convert to make it automatically make new files with names based on the original one)#(but I am too lazy for that I just copied them into a new folder)
