So last summer I broke my left foot again. It was weird because it hurt really bad after it happened, then got better, and then got far worse. Cast on, crutches for about the first week, then walking normally for 5 weeks. I even went on vacation. But after many weeks of my better foot picking up the slack, it was sore and achy and I strapped on the CAM boot for a few days before finally getting the cast off.

#TBT : From The Giddy Up, Its always been me, a fresh cap, some Coke and #ThaMoufOfMadness . This Is My 1st Televised Voiceover × My 1st National On Camera Commercial. I remember @noleashes and me went to my ADR session via my 1976 Monte Carlo. After I recorded my lines, WHILE SITTING DOWN ON A COUCH in an OPEN ROOM, I was like "Wait... you can add the voice AFTER we on set? Oh.... that's dope! I THOUGHT that was only for Movies?" Man... who knew my life would shift this much? #PraiseGOD4ItAll Shouts to the #SuperDope @eliseneal + @cocacola @burrell_comm #TalentPartners , #Circa1994 #OnCrutches #WithMyLegBraced #TornACL #RippedMeniscus #DroveMySelfToWork #OnSet #OnTheMic #iAmIsAndForeverShallBe "Rhyme To Tha Scheme Of It/ Microphone Fiending It!" Why Jodie Foster Was on Crutches at the Oscars
Why was Jodie Foster oncrutches at the Oscars?
The 55-year-old Oscar winner took to the Dolby Theatre stage to present Best Actress alongside Jennifer Lawrence, and the duo addressed Foster's injury onstage when they approached the mic.
"I'm so sorry, what happened to you?" Lawrence asked.
"Streep!" Foster joked. "She I, Tonya'd me." The jab, of course, was a reference to the Oscar-nominated film that dramatized the events of Olympic figure skater Tonya Harding’s life amid the infamous 1994 attack on Nancy Kerrigan.
Lawrence, never one to leave a good joke incomplete, deadpanned: "She tripped me once."
Though Foster and Lawrence, who worked together on 2011's The Beaver, didn't elaborate any further, ET has the real story about what led to her injury. Foster's rep tells ET that she took a fall while skiing, which forced her to use crutches on Oscar night.
Foster and Lawrence presented the Best Actress award on Sunday to Frances McDormand, star of Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, breaking from Oscar tradition, which usually calls for the previous year's Best Actor winner to present the category.
Casey Affleck, who won in 2017 for Manchester by the Sea, notified the Academy of Motion Pictures, Arts & Sciences in January that he would not be attending the ceremony, as he did not want to be a distraction from the focus on the performances of the actresses in the category amid controversy over past sexual allegations. The allegations against Affleck, 42, stem from 2010 lawsuits filed by two women who worked with him on his controversial film, I'm Still Here. Affleck has denied the claims and the suits were settled out of court.

Please click the link below to see a bunch of old photos that I am posting from my Facebook/Instagram days (sorry I am not on either one anymore and haven't been for almost 2 years). For some reason i can't post the direct URL.

**I did not take all these photos, although there are a good number of my own personal photos. Just to clarify the United States and most 1st world countries' copyright laws, once a photo or video is posted somewhere, unless it's under copyright (i.e., you can't use it unless you buy the rights to it or have written permission), anyone can do whatever they want with it as long as the usage is innocuous - used in a way that is harmless to the person and/or their reputation. Someone can photograph or video-record anyone in public literally, and do whatever they want with it, including making profits off of it! I've never done the latter, but others do it all the time, like filmmakers and those who make a living off social media. They owe the person nothing usually, unless the person sues them for egregiously using their image with financial rewards without permission and can prove that they made a lot of profits off of it. So, if you or someone you know is in these photos, well...as I say, once they're out there, they're out there for all to utilize as they see fit. Personally, I am flattered when people re-post my pics and vids! It makes me feel like I'm making a positive difference in other people's lives. ENJOY!!!!!

Best Man with a broken...something! If it were me, I'd have done no sock, let the attendees at the wedding realize that putting a sock on was not practical because your toes start to roast. I LOVE this photo though!

A "how-to" on paper. And remember, when ascending stairs - good foot UP (on the step above), pull crutches UP. When descending stairs, it's the opposite. Crutches down (on step below), good foot down. Happy crutching!
