11/13/17 @becauseanimalsmatter Diego is a male Boxer/Rottweiler mix. He is young (about 2 years old), and weighs about 55 pounds. He still has that puppy energy so would benefit from an active family with a big yard but also loves his walks and the dog park. He is very smart. He knows his name, sit, kennel up, etc. and will learn more as needed. He is also leash trained. He’s ok with other big dogs and cats but tends to let himself be bullied by smaller dogs. Something very COOL is happening to me this weekend. 🤗 I don't often talk about my successes and achievements, however, this I want to share. 8/18/17@becauseanimalsmatter Lizzie is a female bulldog mix. She is still a puppy but loves to soak up the sun and play with her humans. She came to us with 2 other siblings and a treatable form of mange. The siblings have been adopted and she is all better now but potential adopters need to know that it can come back but that it is NOT contagious at all and it is still treatable. 8/19/17@becauseanimalsmatter Lincoln is a male Great Dane/pittie blend weighing 60 + lbs. 2 years old. Lincoln was adopted as a puppy and enjoyed a wonderful life with his buddy, Tonka. However, when Tonka unexpectedly and rapidly died of cancer, Lincoln was lonely and his owner was not ready to adopt a friend for Lincoln so … now Lincoln is available for his new forever home! He is good with most other dogs. Very playful and motivated to continue his training and enjoys his walks. He would do best in a home with another dog. Needs a foster.
