Brand new migraine + hips have been going in and out of place all day = misery 😔
#have spun a couple nests at work already which is nice#but i am so tired and in so much pain and the brainfog is real rn#also realized that i yet again managed to schedule a whole bunch of shit for the same day#which is very soon and i will have to wake up super early and wont get home till very very late#auugh. etc.#also seem to be having... idk a depressive episode ? rly dont know what it is#only that i feel wholly apathetic towards everything and my brain sinks into this horrible mire of despair#whenever i give it half a chance
