in fgo / chaldea verses, cas!gil can freely alternate between his usual ( Caster ) and “Archer” form. there are only two distinct differences between his forms, appearance and the noble phantasms he has access to. the most obvious change in appearance is the replacement of violet crests on his upper arms with a ( familiar ) crimson design decorating his upper torso. moreover, you won’t see him donning any golden armour to conceal his upper body so it makes it a little more difficult to mistake him for someone else…perhaps. more importantly, in his “Archer” form, he has full access to the Gate of Babylon and all noble phantasms associated with the treasures within ( Ea, Enkidu, Vimana etc. ). along with his skills as a Caster, this makes him even more unpredictable and powerful. 

nevertheless, it is a rare occurrence saved for emergencies or memorable moments for all those involved. he will not retain Archer form unless necessary, so it is ultimately a fleeting transformation. although, don’t be too surprised if he ‘accidentally’ fools a person or two.

in hgw / other fate verses, it is not impossible for him to change forms but it does require excessive amounts of mana, far more than any average magi possesses. therefore it only becomes an option when his Master has earned his favour ( he’ll deal with the mana cost himself ), and they are somebody whose wish he wants to see realised ( not via the Holy Grail ) or who he would reveal the truths of the world to.

post meltdown incident, he had a monitor installed! it basically tracks his psionic levels, and lets him know when it's time to pay a visit to the scienceheads to store all his excess energy.

usually it's a monthly matter, but if he experiences any intense emotions it can speed things up due to his psionics reflexively interpreting those feelings as an external threat to prepare against.

he tries to mind his moods as a result.

his hair tends to puff up when he's startled, flustered, surprised.

his tell for "you're about to get a giant laser beam" is the welding sparks coming out the eyes.

in the rare moments he's completely sapped of energy, his eyes will be closer to a pitch color.

his hair has a constant static cling going on, and the more energy he has stored up the more likely your own hair is to stand on end in proximity to him.

HOLLIE NAAITE - The unsung planner of the biggest parties! At least in the sense of bringing Grand Highblood Rufioh's ( @err505 verse ) big dreams to plausible reality!

Decorations, costumes, makeup- they're all about the presentation! And delegate most of the other tasks such as catering to the rest of Rufioh's troupe. Putting all this work in is worth it, as it gives them ironclad dibs on the biggest preformed slot of the light! ;0)

They're far more subdued when not on the clock.
