Immmmm so tired
#seepy...#ive been doing a little bit better in terms of flashbacks. anxiety is still pretty high but i can relax for longer b4 it comes back#fatigue is hitting hard. not very many spoons. gonna play minecraft after cleaning up a bit#gotta make sure to eat at some point so i can take my meds later tonight w/out getting sick#been keeping hydrated tho so thats good. a lot of the time i have trouble taking care of myself but ive been doing Okay so far#ooh wait theres also spyro... & slime rancher#who knows!!#milo murmurs#i feel very at ease today. praying i didnt just jinx myselt though
