...Okay so me and @cartyrs recently have a talk of the vibe of the manga rn (see here and here for the actual talk) in which we both kind of agree the whole Undertaker setting up a orphanage that sacrifices children for blood donations for Doll (in which I ask WHY KILL THE CHILDREN AND NOT DO WHAT ANA DID AND GET THE DONATIONS VIA MEDICAL SHIT-) while building the kids up to be like OCiel, Sebastian, the other servants, and maybe Doll is a bit weird and doesn't fully make sense, but seeing the final face shown panel of Artie is straight Sebastian!

I REALLY ADORED Lizzie’s relationship with sebastian, i liked her bond with him!! i liked all the rare snippets we got with them. i liked how she’d compliment his sweets or confide in him and i liked how sebastian treated her. I mean, obviously he only acted that way bc he was supposed to but still! I lIKED IT. i liked how he normally was the one to remind o!c on how to properly treat her. i liked how he reprimanded him to smile when dancing otherwise it is rude to the lady. I liked THIS SHIT

i just recently got back into kuro after being out of the fandom so long. i remember hearing about the ciel twin theory way back when, but i didnt think it was actually canon till i got caught up and it completely caught me off gaurd. im actually invested now where the story of the twins will go and such. Its really interesting and makes you wonder how no one caught on to ociel sooner doesnt? or had suspicions at least. or there was i missed them completely.

That’s a thing a lot of people said about the 2CT before it was revealed! Whenever I made 2CT posts people would be like ‘but how would nobody notice he wasn’t RC’ and etc. I think the biggest issue is that we haven’t seen as much as we think we have. 

95% of Kuroshitsuji appears in the eyes of OCiel, within a time-frame of around 11 months and minimal insight into the past. We think people haven’t caught onto OCiel because we haven’t seen much of the world OCiel lives in; if we spent more time with characters who knew he was a twin there would definitely be more suspicion!

It should be noted that the main characters in Kuro who’ve always known about RC’s existence, and aren’t dead, would be:

The Midfords

Lau (as if he would ever notice)

Sebastian (isn’t going to reveal anything)

Tanaka (knew the whole time but chose to stay quiet)

Literally, that’s it, a few other people know (eg: Diederich, Klause) but they’re side-characters who we only see once every 3 years lmao. So my answer would be, if OCiel spent more time with his family and didn’t isolate himself they would have caught on. But he kept his distance and surrounded himself with people who never even knew there was a twin.

This isn’t very substantial evidence because CH2 was clearly written as an introduction to Lizzy, but the implication would be that she doesn’t visit OCiel very often considering that the servants didn’t know who she was in late 1888.

(And then the issue with saying the above is that she does visit OCiel a handful of times after this chapter, so why didn’t she before? I.E Yana’s probably being a bit inconsistent there but nonetheless can’t imagine Liz sees him very often.)

So yeah Lizzy is the character who knew about RC and gets the most screen-time, and as a result she had her suspicions… though never entirely considered the idea of OCiel being a fake because she didn’t spend enough time around him to notice. Also, she didn’t want to believe RC was dead. Fair enough.

I think it’s possible that Frances might have caught on? I’m not sure yet, but we never saw her reaction to OCiel’s return and then when RC came back she isnt’ present despite all of the other Midfords being there? What gives? Something’s up with her.

Elizabitch? Really? I had more faith in you to see this more maturely. We have seen one(1) line from her and have not seen what she’s heard for the past three or so months. Might I remind you SHE has suffer for more months than OCiel had. She had three with a cult, he had one. PLUS three years of being lied to. You don’t have to like her, but trashing her? Damn.

Well, first of all thank you. Next, I think Elizabeth knows exactly what she is doing right now.

First of all, she loves Ciel Phantomhive, her fiance, not the sickly little brother he has. In the chapters about Bochan’s return (in Sebastian’s cinematic record?) she can clearly feel that this is not Ciel. But she didn’t want to accept that her fiance didn’t make it. There are many instances throughout the story that she keeps doubting the Ciel she got back, if I had not posted them, I think you would have seen somewhere else anyway.

Second, I’m sure nothing but her own will kept Elizabeth in the Music Hall all these months. She knew this Ciel was not her Ciel for three years but didn’t accept the fact because she had hope that there might be a little chance that it is him or didn’t want to accept that he is dead. Then she meets Bravat, who told her (at least hinted) that he knew about her Ciel. So she runs away to find him.

Remember the time when Lizzy was crying over a sleeping Ciel? Does it look like someone were keeping her locked up? No. She was there because the love of her life was fighting for his life and where else in the world would she rather be than with him. And she later tells this to Sebastian as well (and this was the moment I realized that she probably knew the truth, but well I’m a girl too let’s let this slide).

Next, Elizabeth is a prodigy in fencing and no doubt she is intelligent as well. And if she wanted out of that music hall, no doubt she could have done it. And when living in the music hall, it doesn’t take a genius to guess what’s going on.

And now, who else is there in the Phantomhive manor. The two Shinigami who are nobody in the living world. One Undertaker. One Ciel and one who is not. Then there’s Tanaka (guess what, he is obligated to be on Ciel’s side), Sebastian, Bard, Mey Rin, Finny and Snake. And they all are servants. And this is 19th century. That’s why Elizabeth’s accusation is so strong. Servants have no say in it. If she continues this, Bocchan is going to be the bad guy. Even if Abberline believes it’s the other way around, it’s a high class lady vs. servants. And her words seal the deal.

So this is the deal breaker for me. So, unless I see her on Bocchan’s side (well he is not the one who is the culprit behind Sphere Music Hall is he) I stick with this opinion. Otherwise I will take back everything I said and apologize.

And this is not me justifying my words, but this is how I see it.

And yeah, remember this girl is not the bubbly cute thing she acts like. She is a powerful and intelligent girl who wants to be what her fiance wants her to be.
