Saw someone complain that Elayne only said she was the Daughter-Heir of Andor because the show is bad at world building and is forcing exposition.

Motherfucker this fandom has been joking about Elayne telling everyone she meets she's the Daughter-Heir of Andor for decades. It is the most in-character way she could've introduced herself.

#wheel of time #wot on prime #elayne trakand #even if they'd namedropped her last season #they'd still need to establish here who she is #and it makes sense egwene is ignorant of who she is since the two rivers folk don't even think they're part of andor #and frankly it is easier to world build in a book where you can get inside a character's head #or dump a load of stuff in the appendix at the back
