CALAMITE E INGORGHI

Il dolore che proviamo in seguito ad un evento pesante come una separazione, o un lutto, o una malattia, potrebbe essere facilmente smaltito e digerito dal nostro quarto chakra.

Immaginiamolo come il forno di un orafo.

Potente e trasformativo.

Il problema che quasi mai noi restiamo che un evento X resti solo quell’evento.

Per la magnetizzazione delle emozioni negative, iniziamo a richiamare una serie di altri eventi negativi minori, che si affastellano uno sull’altro.

Questo blocco di magneti, inizia a gravare sul cuore, che a quel punto, si stringe, si contrae, e infine, si chiude.

Questa è la differenza tra dolore, che è inevitabile e parte integrante dell’esistenza, e sofferenza, che la massa di emozioni negative che noi aggiungiamo senza che l’esistenza ce lo chieda.

Per esempio:

Il mio ragazzo mi lascia.

Evento X.

Inizio a pensare:

La mia vita è un fallimento

Sono un essere inutile

Nessuno mi vuole

Il mio lavoro fa schifo

E cosi via…

A quel punto il macigno che abbiamo depositato sul petto, ci soffoca, e ci fa cadere in uno stato depressivo, che altro non è - in questo caso- che un’inibizione dell’energia vitale che si stocca all’altezza del cuore.

(nb Ci sono molti tipi di depressioni, questa è una delle tante modalità, nel mio approccio esistono diversi sottotipi)

A questo punto effettivamente, tutto inizia a farsi cupo, grigio, asfissiante, e siccome il cuore è la sede della coscienza, si inizia anche a cadere in un profondo stato di angoscia.

L’opposto della teoria del magnete, è l’atteggiamento funeral party, come lo chiamo io.

Ricordo un amico di famiglia, che rimase vedovo assai giovane.

La moglie si ammalò e morì consumata da un male orribile.

Dopo un mese, lui era in Sicilia, a ballare la salsa in un villaggio Valtour.

Non cambia nulla: sono due facce della stessa medaglia.

Entrambi sono modi per non stare con quello che c’è.

Cancellare o aumentare a dismisura, non cambia l’effetto finale.

Un cuore che non lavora come dovrebbe, che si chiude.

Al pari, ci sono persone che dopo 15/20 anni, non hanno rielaborato un lutto o una separazione: nemmeno questo è sano.

Il difficile è lasciare che la realtà mostri il suo volto, anche quando lo fa assestandoci un pugno in faccia.

Inutile negarlo

Inutile modificare il racconto

Inutile cercare anche di capire ‘che cosa ho fatto per meritarmi questo’

Sono tutte fughe

Sono tutti modi di sviare.

L’arte è stare con quel che c’è

Senza far intervenire la mente

Rimanere aperti e lasciando fare al potente e trasformativo forno alchemico.

Se lo lasciassimo fare, scopriremmo una forza e una capacità di ripresa che non riusciamo nemmeno ad immaginare.

Questo è il senso della frase ‘ascolta il cuore, esso conosce ogni cosa’

Non è romanticismo

È alchimia.
