Day 1 - Buhl to Bend We were on the road by 1:30. So much room in this Skybox by Yakima. I was able to fit 2 suitcases and 2 plastic tubs plus and bunch of other stuff in the box. I have a hound that is a chewer so we threw the cooler on the back to not take any chances. Dogs are happy. We made a stop in Caldwell at the Centennial Dog Park. Awesome park right off the interstate but Annie did find hole to get underneath the fence. Luckily she didn't go to far. It was just starting to get dark so we did the rest of the driving in the dark. We stopped a couple of times on some dirt roads and walked the dogs. Arrived in Bend around 10 MST and found a lovely dog park called Pine Nursery Dog Park. Let me tell you, awesome dog park! Night in the hotel went awesome. Only a little barking when some people arrived late. I am the only one up this morning ready to go but am being patient because I want to take my time along the Mackenzie River.
