Duurzaamheid

We zitten nu al bijna een jaar opgescheept met Corona en de daarvan resulterende lockdown. Al bijna een jaar moet een groot deel van de Nederlandse bevolking noodgedwongen thuiswerken. Dat hele thuiswerken liep echter niet zo soepel als gedacht. Enkel redenen hiervoor waren: een slechte houding, een slechte werkplek, kramp, pijn en niet te vergeten drukke kinderen.

De zoektocht naar een oplossing

Thuiswerkers gingen massaal opzoek naar oplossingen voor alle problemen die zij ondervonden tijdens het thuiswerken. Enkele problemen, zoals een goede houding en drukke kinderen konden makkelijk verholpen worden met weinig inzet. Maar problemen als een kramp en pijn konden niet zo makkelijk verholpen worden. Hiervoor moesten thuiswerkers producten als een laptopstandaard kopen of zelfs hun hele bureautafel vervangen.  

Natuurbelasting

Zodoende zijn er tijdens de Coronacrisis in Nederland duizenden bureaus en laptopstandaarden verkocht. Er is echter een nadeel verbonden aan dit verschijnsel. Het feit dat zo goed als al deze producten niet duurzaam zijn geproduceerd. Duurzaam produceren houdt in: “Duurzaam ondernemen is het leveren van concurrerend geprijsde goederen en diensten, die in de behoefte van de mens voorzien en die kwaliteit aan het leven geven, waarbij geleidelijk de milieubelasting en het grondstof- en energiegebruik door de levenscyclus en in de keten gereduceerd worden tot een niveau dat tenminste in balans is met de draagkracht van de aarde.”.  

Duurzame oplossing

Prise de dimensions

J’ai laissé au maître d’ouvrage la prise de dimensions; Il s’agit ici d’une baie rectangulaire dans un mur porteur de la maison.

Une ossature en bois rabotés de type SLS;

Une isolation minérale de type laine de roche;

Une structure portante en OSB3;

Un parachèvement en plaques de plâtre.

Ici, un rapide calcul m’amène aux quantités suivantes :

SLS : 8 pièces de 2,4 mètres, de sections 58 x 39 mm;

Isolation : Un ballot en 60 mm d’épaisseur (la quantité minimale disponible);

OSB : 5 pièces de 2500 x 675 mm;

Plaques de plâtre : 5 pièces de 2600 x 600 mm.

Mise à dimensions et fraisage en atelier

Après avoir découpé à dimensions mes longueurs de SLS, à savoir 4 lisses et 8 montants de respectivement 1425 mm (1430 – 5) et 2317 mm (2400 – 39*2 -5), j’ai marqué et fraisé ces derniers à l’aide de la formidable Festool Domino DF500.

En fraisant avec son réglage en hauteur au maximum, les dominos s’assemblent à quasi-mi-hauteur des pièces, ce qui confère une grande solidité à l’assemblage. Les réglages de l’alésage sont effectués comme suit : 0 dans les montants, ce qui permet un collage solide; 1 pour les lisses, et offrir ainsi un peu de jeu au montage.

J’ai finalement collé ces dominos à l’aide de colle blanche dans les montants. Le serrage dû à la justesse du fraisage permet de ne pas avoir à serrer les assemblages.

Le même jeu (5 mm) est appliqué aux panneaux OSB et plaques de plâtre qui sont débités à l’aide de la scie circulaire Festool TS55. Je me suis permit ici d’utiliser une lame en fin de vie pour le débit d’une plaque de plâtre afin d’avoir des coupes droites.

Ensuite, un montage à sec en atelier permet de s’assurer des dimensions. Il y a peu d’erreurs possibles, il s’agit ici de couper à bonne dimensions, fraiser du bon côté des pièces, en respectant les marques d’établissement.

L’avantage de cette méthode est que la cloison démontée tient peu de place, tant en atelier que sur chantier.

Montage sur chantier

Il s’effectue par le maître d’ouvrage sur base des pièces marquées par des signes d’établissement, selon les recommandations de mise en oeuvre, à savoir :

Collage des assemblages de pièces en bois massif à l’aide d’une colle blanche type D3/D4 ou polyuréthane;

Tenue de l’isolation par sur-dimension : Par exemple, pour une case de 1230×580, on utilisera un panneau de 1250×600, qui serrera et isolera correctement.

Fixation des panneaux OSB par un minimum de 4 points, correspondants aux 4 coins, à l’aide de vis de minimum 3,5 x 40 mm;

Fixation des plaques de plâtre par des points espacés de 300 mm dans les deux plans (horizontal et vertical).

Viendra ensuite un enduit et une peinture.
