Ipak u drugom poluvremenu Hrvatska se probudila, individualna kvaliteta je došla do izražaja te smo na kraju lako pobijedili Bahrein, ali nismo se uspjeli plasirati u četvrtfinale. Saya pun menanggapi dengan antusias, dengam harapan agar agenda studi banding kali ini berjalan lebih baik dari tahun sebelumnya. . Pertanyaan yang muncul seputar akomodasi, konsumsi, dan acara. Saya memberikan arahan yang diperlukan. Saya tidak terlalu mengekang mereka dengan aturan yang saya buat sendiri. Tetapi mereka juga perlu tahu bahwa mengadakan sebuah kegiatan membutuhkan proses yang tidak sebentar. . Saya contohkan saja, lembaga yang dikunjungi dalam studi banding kali ini tentu akan mengadakan rapat dewan pengasuh. Memutuskan apakah akan menerima kami pada hari yang telah kami tentukan, memajukannya atau bahkan memundurkannya. Lantas hasilnya disampaikan kepada tingkat di bawahnya sampai berakhir pada jajaran pengurus yang bertanggung jawab secara teknis di lapangan. . Saya meminta mereka agar cepat menyelesaikan proposal kegiatan studi banding agar proses pengajuan dana dan persetujuan lebih cepat. Dengan begitu, tentu saja agenda selanjutnya dapat lebih cepat direalisasikan. Pun sebaliknya. . Mungkin tanggung jawab saya di OSIMA tahun ini cukup berat. Occurrence: March through June, Solitary

Habitat: Gardens, Parks, Forests

Size: 8-14mm

The head is brown-black and hairy, the abdominal segments 1-3 are red, 4-8 are brown-black, white hairs are distributed all over the underside of the head and thorax, long Antenna.

They are able to utilize Pollen sources from over 18 Plant families.

Nesting: prefers preexisting hollows, does not dig own nests and is therefore a likely guest in Insect hotels
