Most definitely this was my experience over the weekend when I was preparing a gift late at night and made a cutting error with my paper punch. My intention was to make a particular border but the punch was in the wrong setting which means it cut all the way through to make a 1 inch ribbon-like cut. I only had one sheet of a particular gold flowered paper. So instead of changing the design, I ran with it the idea and made the most of it. I shared the full reveal of that gift in today's stories. Word of mouth has been extremely powerful for this little side hustle of mine. This gift here is a perfect example, since the client found me through a recommendation from a friend and colleague. This farm-theme gift was a fantastic challenge for me, pushing me to think outside of the box (or barn - haha!) I remember the "criteria" being that this gift could be quirky. It's not the design I had originally intended but changing the idea to a round barn worked out great, I think! Finally! Sorry for the delay with this gift reveal, but I was waiting for a good time to share Baby Chloe's diaper cake and the sweet little washcloth bunny that garnered so much attention 🤗 This gift is an entirely new and different style, with two diaper wheels stacked inside.
