admitted to myself that maybe, possibly, i feel like enough shit to call off today, and lo and behold the instant i allowed myself to feel like shit i realized my body feels like a bag of pears thrown in the wriggler today

#yelling at the void #my tenacity is both a blessing and a curse #i probably COULD force myself to work if i wanted #but i really do not want to bc honestly i feel terrible #crohns flaring allergies mad #our air quality is SHIT today so i plugged in my air purifier. hopefully that helps w the sinuses #and now ive forced myself to eat and returned to bed #i should shower but that seems unlikely #i also need orange juice and meds but. sigh. we'll see how i feel later this evening
