Overwatch 2: Invasion: Lore Compilation - Mercy

I found Mercy's journal entries surprisingly depressing. She seems like she's really struggling to communicate with others, and that she's full of regrets and guilt. She's not taking proper care of herself, either.

On a lighter note, I guess they're really going full steam ahead on the Pharmercy, lol (I don't have a horse in either race, so it's just been funny to me to watch "Friendship ended with Gency, now Pharmercy is my best friend" play out in real time)

Also, the fact that she sees her younger self in Brigitte, but a version that "made less mistakes" 🥺

This lore has just reinforced to me the opinion that every one of these characters needs therapy STAT!!

So Ana’s mythic has lore 👀 and this voice line when she kills Pharah is so interesting to me that I had to draw it. Im genuinely terrible at drawing robots so if Null Sector Ana isn’t the best that it why 🤧

Invasion Spoilers

I think Reinhardt's interaction with Omnics during invasion is interesting. He has like that racism that old people have when they don't realize they are racist. Examples he thinks robots and omnics are interchangeable words, we have other characters to correct these like Lucio in the Rio fight, on the ship Rein may say something referring to the robots on the ship and calls them omnics, while Lucio will correct and say "nah, they are just mindless drones" there is a difference between robots and omnics and this story is showing us that. the mission in Canada when everyone is thinking of what to do about these things on the omnic civilians heads, Reinhardt goes up to one and tries to rip it off, when he is stopped he straight up says "What? its just a robot?" Reinhardt is a product of being in a war with these people, but it's in a strange state of having been in a time before they were people, before they were awoken by the Iris. I have to wonder how the other older overwatch characters think about Omnics. We know from Invasion that Trob fully sees Omnics as people and more than just machines, we can also see this in his relationship with Bastion, We have an idea that Jack (Soldier 76) has compassion for them but nothing really solid. I had no real direction to take this just wanted to bring it up cause i thought it was interesting.
