It's really hard for him to Truly Dislike someone! He'll had a grudge or be annoyed with people, but he also doesn't really know himself what he truly likes or dislikes other then a few key things- Like sweets, Singing, Dancing. He knows he truly likes those things... But then there are things he clearly likes but refuses to admit he likes no matter what! Like Knights, Animals, Children, and many, many other things. He also then claims he likes things he clearly doesn't actually really like all that much just to seem scarier, or because it's something he is numb too! Like hurting people- Sure he can hurt people, just as any wizard can and any person can, but he has never actually shown that much earnest, true interest in killing others unless it was some sort of stupid northern squabble like the second anni where he, mithra, bradley, arthur and oz all tried to murder each-other for ✨ Funsies ✨

Genuinely, it seems he hates bad people. Truly bad people! Especially Truly bad wizards or humans. He judges people based on how they treat others, but you have to be a truly bad person with bad intentions for him to hate you. Like he doesn't truly hate Oz despite Oz literally tried to take over the world and killed an indescribable amount of people, but that is because Oz didn't do it to be evil, he did it because of some fantastical dream he had that if he controlled everything he would have less weight on his shoulders. While Owen doesn't know that, he understands that Oz isn't evil. The same with Snow and White, Mithra, Bradley, Even Figaro.

While I haven't read every single event ever with Owen simply present or even mentioned in it, the only time I have seen him truly want to kill someone without remorse is in the December Ensemble where a wizard that was watching over a village of humans took all the children from the village and brought them out into the wilderness of the north to just die. Because the wizard didn't want to feed them because they were eating to much and they were running on food. The sheer emotions he felt seeing and hearing that they were left to die and starve and freeze to death because of such a stupid and selfish reason was awful and he tried to kill the wizard but was stopped by Rustica!! Which was really sweet! Even sweeter when Snow and White say they take the two children who DID survive such a horrific thing and allowed them to live in the town they watch over. Even if they were separated by their families, they survive and now have somewhere warm and safe to return too- Which is more then Owen ever got in his life.

That is the only time, so far, where I can say he's truly hated someone. And, of course, it involved children being abandoned and left to die when they were supposed to be taken care of and protected.
