I have not even slightly unshifted from Sabo since I kinfirmed and man. The Sabo brain is doing things to my self identity hitherto unprecedented. It’s been 4 months straight of Sabo brain. And it shows no signs of stopping anytime soon. I’m still in the process of watching my source, and I also kin Zoro, but I guess the Sabo brain is just way stronger because I also haven’t had any Zoro thoughts at all since I kinfirmed Sabo. I should once again reiterate that I haven’t even gotten to my debut in source yet. I was still on episode like… 90 or something when I kinfirmed and I don’t show up till almost 500. I am at 463. This is also unusual for me because usually I can hold off on kinfirming a character until I at least get to them in source. But that was not the case with this one. Basically, this Sabo thing is really strong and I suspect this means he might be one of my like… “core” kintypes. The ones that are extremely integral to me and my soul, essentially.

Question since I’m thinking about it: What’s the longest a kinshift has lasted for you? Does length of shift have anything to do with strength of connection to a kintype for you? - #🎩🍎

For me, if they're high kins (or IDs), they last a long time or forever. (<- avery from paperteeth! being an example.)
