"Labyrinth"-themed party supplies from 1986. The film performed better overseas than it did in the States, but I'm still bemused by its relative dearth of merchandising back in '86. I remember the comic book, bubblegum cards, and a Magic Slate. I can't recall encountering plush toys at all, leaving me to wonder how many of them made it to toy stores on this side of the pond. You could score a promotional poster featuring Jareth and the animatronic players via mail order when you bought this set, a nice theme for a birthday party or any random Friday night in your personal Underground.
