HOW TO ACHIEVE A PASTEL EYE-LOOK:

It’s all about using your existing pastel colours to create a softly diffused eye look that looks refreshing, compliments your eyes and skin-tone. STEP ONE: Choose a pastel colour of your choice, we find that green or blue can flatter anyone of any skin-tone. Start off by applying a cream pastel onto your eye lids by using the DETAILED BLENDER BRUSH 2 in patting motions. STEP TWO: Add more vibrancy by using the corresponding shade in powder using the TAPERED BRUSH 1 to ensure longevity throughout your wear. STEP THREE: An optional step to completing a soft and shimmering eye look, add a touch of glitter of your choice on top of your eyeshadow with the SHADER BRUSH 3. I'm ready for the weather to make up it's mind here in South Carolina. Warm or cool? One day it's in the 70's (this winter was a joke) and the next day, boom! 30's.
