Pavlova wraps his wings around you and holds you close as you continue to break down. He's here for you. Eternal Sugar, on the other hand, doesn't take you crying too well.

Eternal Sugar Cookie: Y/N Cookie! No, please! Don't cry!

Eternal Sugar flies over to you, wrapping her arms around you and giving you a big hug. She also wrapped her wings around you, bringing down your defenses more. You didn't like what Eternal Sugar has done to Pavlova & Sugarfly, but you couldn't help yourself. You were vulnerable, and she's here for you.

Eternal Sugar Cookie: Y/N Cookie, it's OK! Please don't cry! I hate to see your face in tears! Just stay with me for as long as you need! I'll never let you go!

She coils her demon tail around your leg to make sure she stays with you.

Pavlova Cookie: It's OK, Y/N. Just let it all out.

You continued to break down in the embrace of the two for a really long time. Despite this, they didn't let you go for any reason...

You continued to hold Pavlova Cookie & Eternal Sugar Cookie as you softly sniffled. You stopped crying, but they insisted that they stayed for a little longer. The Sugar Angels also saw what was happening and began to hug you at multiple places, causing you to begin to blush red.

It's gonna be OK. Just don't cry. Pavlova Cookie is gonna be fine. He went through a lot, but he's OK now. Same goes for you! They will support you through this. You can do it.

And as you watched from afar, though trying to seem like you weren’t, you couldn’t help but reflect on his words. The two were made for eachother, and where did you fit into that equation? Destined to be a yearning bystander, a supportive friend, just there for them not with them.

🃏🍦 - Your confession to Shadow milk was never delivered, and your hesitation, or perhaps fear, to reveal your true feelings to his counterpart, now partner, Pure Vanilla would land you the same fate. How ironic that you would fall for complete opposites and have the same outcome. Unfortunately, the happier the two became the more distant you were. Your envy disgusted you, why were you like this? Your closest friends had united, it felt selfish to even complain. It felt better to move on, as Sisyphean of a task that may be.

🃏🍦 - Well they definitely noticed, it started as Pure Vanilla coming over more. “Are you feeling well?” He’d slip into conversation. “You can always talk to me,” he sounded so ethereal now. He had really changed because of Shadow milk, he understood they were hiding something but he couldn’t coax it out of them. He offered a gentle hug, letting you sink into his soft clothing. He didn’t know how good that felt for you.

🃏🍦 - Then when you wouldn’t budge came Shadow Milk. He wouldn’t say how he feels about you becoming further from him but he would question why you wouldn’t spend every second of your day at the shoes of the most handsome playwrite/actor ever, or if you’re lying about something he’s impressed but it really was getting boring trying to figure out how you felt. He’d invite you to the spire, to cheer you up but masking it as something else entirely.

🃏🍦 - It turns out the one who actually cracked the code was Pavlova Cookie, who spotted you when you were alone and mused about your situation. How interesting it was and how absolutely heartbreaking it must be for you to be so envious yet yearning at the same time!.. You told him to buzz off, maybe more aggressive than you wanted to be. Buzz off he did but he promised to mend your broken heart, you could only dread what that meant.

🃏🍦 - Unfortunately Pavlova cookies promise/threat made you want to be more avoidant, but neither of them had visited in a while. Anxiety bubbled, what did he say to them? What did they think of you? The thought of their disgust felt almost as bad as the gaping hole in your heart. The realisation you lost your closest friends because of your feelings dawned on you and all you could do was sit in your room and cry, all the horrible feelings now pouring out.

🃏🍦 - Shadow Milk and Pure Vanilla both obviously had feelings for you as well, otherwise Pavlova cookie likely wouldn’t have came to hint at why you were acting like this. Shadow milk would have gladly made you his before he was trapped, but figured you moved on. And Pure Vanilla was in the same shoes as you, he was hesitant, he had a war to fight against Dark Enchantress cookie and you could be used against him and you may not even like him back.

🃏🍦 - It doesn’t take more than another day for you to hear knocking at your door, obviously them. You attempt to ignore it but Shadow milk kind of just lets himself in. You let yourself get out of your room expecting mocking, anger or them wanting to stop being friends but Pure Vanilla just pulls you into a hug, silencing you. You look to Shadow milk but hes just grinning.

🃏🍦 - When he moves away, he holds your hand and uses his other hand to wipe away dry tears. He tells you, “i wish circumstances would have been different, that i could have told you i loved you without the pain that comes with it now that i waited.” He kisses your forehead slowly but lets Shadow Milk hold you next when he begins to pull you away.

🃏🍦 - He wraps his arms around you tightly and grins against your cheek. “You certainly fooled me, if i wasn’t so worried about you i’d award you.” He peppers small kisses on your cheek. Pure vanilla then comes to your other side placing his arms around you as well. Hes the first to gently kiss your lips but that only makes Shadow Milk more eager when he gets his turn.

🃏🍦 - Pure Vanilla then says, “let us try it differently this time, no more envy, no more pain. We are here for you now.” Shadow Milk replies against your neck, “Im certainly not letting you go again.”

You give Pavlova Cookie some soft head pats and a hug. You softly caress his back and stroke his hair as you tell him that he's gonna be free soon and everything is okay.

You: No problem, I just want the best for you...

While you continue to hold him in your embrace, Eternal Sugar hides in the shadows, watching the whole thing, with a sickly smile.

A/N: I haven’t met him, so this is most likely OOC (Just saw like 3 YouTube shorts). Aka. I'm at the start of the game.

TW(?): he wants to leave the garden, you want to help him, reader isn’t from Eternal Sugar Cookies garden, EVERYTHING IS PLATONIC, he’s kind of a fashionista, wing grooming

-You first met Pavlova Cookie when you travelled to Eternal Sugar Cookie’s garden as a guest of the Hollyberry Cookie.

- You first saw him in a field near the entrance.

- Quietly laying between the strands of grass and flowers, his chest rising and falling slowly.

-He seemed out of it, not moving except for his fingers that were tugging out a few flowers near his hips.

-Was he okay?

-You sign to Hollyberry to continue going to the kingdom, that you’ll catch right up.

-You need to see if this cookie is okay.

- Pavlova cookie is really shy and not really talkative when you first meet him. Partly because he’s cautious when talking to people from outside of the garden, and partly because he’s overly aware of Eternal cookie’s watchful gaze. What if she becomes angered that he’s talking to you.

- When he becomes more comfortable with you, his mouth is open non-stop. As if he didn’t know how to shut his mouth.

- Pavlova cookie likes talking about anything, but if you ask him about the garden, or about Eternal Sugar cookie, he’ll be startled.

- He wants to tell you about it, but is afraid about Eternal Sugar finding out and punishing him. What if he becomes a statue? Or worse, an abomination.

- Whenever you ask those questions, he nudges the conversation in a different direction, or downright shuts it down.

- Being the bringer of happiness also means that he tends to be really busy in the gardens.

- More often than not he prefers to work by himself, but if you ask really nicely, he’ll let you tag along.

- Sometimes if he peeks into the heart’s of cookies he shares his findings with you, leading to countless hours-long conversations about cookies of the kingdom, and their respective love-interests.

- Pavlova Cookie has had the thought of peeking into your heart to help you with your desires, but finds it intrusive to do so without your consent.

- He has brought it up a few times, wanting to peek into your heart, but you always declined.

- The bringer of happiness takes it in a stride, not wanting to break any boundaries and trust that has been built between the two of you.

- He also enjoys ranting to you about the love of cookies, and the way he always helps them.

- Really often he offers you a sort of ‘counseling’ for love. Always saying to come to him if you have any issues with love.

- Your beloved doesn’t love you back? He’s already on his way to fix it!

- Pavlova Cookie also enjoys fashion. Going out with you to buy new outfits, or staying in together to pretty each other up.

- He absolutely adores it when you do his hair or pick something pretty for him to wear. He’ll wear anything you pick, even if it isn’t his personal style.

- Also lets you pick out his halo. He has multiple of them, and every morning you’re with him, he lets you pick which one to wear.

- There have been instances where he even asked you to help him preen his feathers!

- Feather grooming is a really intimate thing for cookies like him, but having grown close with you, he feels like he can trust you with such task.

- Pavlova Cookie also picks the outfits YOU wear, but with his sense of style it is safe to say you alway end up in a similar outfit. A pink or white dress with a few accessories and sometimes something on top.

- He’s also really fond of going out to eat with you, but don’t expect to actually get good and filling food. He has a sweet tooth and always ends up taking you to a candy store or an ice cream shop, buying sweets that could make one’s teeth rot away.

- He’s always surprised when you take less candy than him, but if you took as much as he does, you feel like you’d get diabetes or would just explode from the amount of sugar.

- Sleepovers are also a must have! He likes movie nights with sweet popcorn, and watching some romantic or animated movies with you!

- Even though you live outside the garden, he always ends up dragging you back here.

-There isn’t a week where you two don’t see each other.

- Eternal Sugar Cookie also seems to notice the closeness between the two of you, much to Pavlova Cookie’s dismay, but it’s okay.

- Eternal Sugar Cookie likes you, even though she sometimes thinks you want to make Pavlova Cookie leave.

- A few times you noticed Eternal Sugar talking to Pavlova Cookie asking if he wanted to leave, but he always says he doesn't. His tone seems to be deceiving everyone except you and him.

Hi Brittle! This is my first time requesting a scenario for you. But anyways, can you create an angsty one where the reader comforts Pavlova Cookie? Since I learned that Pavlova Cookie's desire is to leave the garden but he can't due to Eternal Sugar Cookie won't allow anyone to leave her Garden of Sweet Delights (I hadn't play CRK for quite some time, so this is new to me) and it is implied that the "statues" in-game were actually living cookies who defied Eternal Sugar Cookie

[Calm Sugar Angel] “Would you like another, heavenly?”

[You] “That would be nice.”

[Gentle Sugar Angel] “We have plenty, so don’t be afraid to have as much as you want!”

The angels kept continuing to feed you countless fruits as you lay back in the pink cloud. It hadn’t been that long since you’ve arrived here in the garden, at least it was what you thought. Here? It was nothing but relaxation and a stream of berries and other delights!

Who would even think of wanting to leave such a place like this!

“Well, with a beaten down and broken heart like yours, a rest like this from the outside world was needed!”

[You] “Pavlova Cookie? When you did get here?”

[Calm Sugar Angel] “Pavlova Cookie! You know this sanctuary was only made for our heavenly in mind!”

[Gentle Sugar Angel] “The Bringer of Happiness will not be pleased to see other Cookies in here, including you!”

[You] “Hey, it’s okay! He’s probably only here to pester me about my heart. I can take it from here. Peace!”

The Sugar Angels nodded to your request and fly away from the sanctuary, leaving you and Pavlova Cookie alone.

“So what brings you to me, Pavlova Cookie? Here to talk about how my heart is locked away? How I need to move on after all these years? Because let me tell you, it’s going to be eons more before I even consider it.”

“So many Cookies pining for your love and you won’t even give them a chance! It’s such a tragic way to go, love so close yet so out of reach! I LOVE it!”

“They understand that part of me isn’t ready. Maybe someday, but for now, I just like doing my own thing of helping Cookies in my kingdom and out of it.”

“Your kingdom?”

“Yeah, it’s a place where Cookies get to live their lives the way they want to live it! It’s safe and welcoming to all Dessertians! Just don’t be overly evil and we’re all set!”

“Safe and welcoming….the Bringer of Happiness told me that the Cookie world was unfair. That the garden is the only place where Cookies can be happy…”

That happiness you’ve been feeling turned into confusion at his pondering words.

“There…are unfortunately some crummy parts of Earthbread, but it doesn’t cover the ENTIRE land. There are villages, kingdoms, and nature where Cookies live worry-free lives, it’s not something only exclusive to this garden..”

“If what you’re saying is true….”

“Yeah?”

“……”

“Pavlova Cookie?”

Pavlova Cookie quickly looked around for a second, flying around to make sure the brush was well bunched together and the gate leading to the sanctuary was secure before flying back to you, taking you by surprise as he holds your hands into his.

“Please take me with you!”

“What!?”

“The Bringer of Happiness told me about you, how you bring happiness to the Cookies that live in your kingdom. It makes you and her alike in that way…”

“I…guess you can say that…but why would you want to leave, it’s safe here…”

“…..you won’t turn me into a lifeless statue, will you?”

“I’m repeating myself here, but what!?”

“That’s what happens to any Cookie that tries to leave here. I wanted to be free for so long, but I was so afraid of what the Bringer of Happiness would do to me if I tried. But with you here, I might have a chance!”

“Pavlova Cookie….”

“Please….*sniff*…I can’t live like this any longer….”

Pavlova Cookie started to cry, this knocked you out of your happy-induced stupor as your protective instincts took over. You hold the little Cookie close to you as he weeps into your chest.

“Hey, ssshhh. It’s okay, please don’t cry!”

“Don’t leave me here,…*sob*….take me with you…”

You felt conflicted…but that went away real quick with a feeling of determination as you brush his hair.

“I will find you a way out….”
