I have decided to commit to having (at least) one herbal tea a day. And, to share my love for tea, I have decided to make a blog completely dedicated to this wonderful potion of a drink.

Today I was out and about and couldn't have a hot cuppa at home. So, I figured that the next best thing (debatable, I know) was Dunkin Donuts. I decided to get something iced this morning. I looked up their tea options and saw something about an iced green tea with a blueberry flavor shot and then a peach passionfruit refresher.

I went with the peach passionfruit refresher. And boy, was it a joy to receive. The gorgeous tangerine color brought a smile to my face. And the taste...

You know those peach ring candies?

Yea, those. Now imagine that in liquid form. That's this drink. It was delightful, just teetering on the verge of being sickeningly sweet.

I quickly downed it with a smile on my face knowing it was a green tea at its core but without any earthy aftertaste. Upon my cursory research, I remembered it also contained a few B vitamins. I smiled again.

Once I finished it, I felt a slight tightness around the back of my head. I instantly remembered the reason why I don't get refreshers anymore. A headache was brewing (ba dum tss). Normal hot green tea doesn't give me a headache, but refreshers do. Then again, I don't usually ever put sugar in my hot tea at home. And this was drowning in it. So that could be it.

Either way, I loved that it was the first tea of my daily tea blog posts.

Tomorrow, I get green tea and jasmine flowers in the mail.

Dunkin Donuts Iced Green Tea with a Blueberry Flavor Shot

Not much to say about this. I like it.

It's a good light and refreshing green tea without the earthy aftertaste. I'd grab this if I was on the go and needed a slight pick me up on a hot day.

You barely taste the blueberry shot but I think it's what hides the aftertaste.

Do not compare this at all the Dunkin peach passionfruit refresher cuz it has nowhere near as much flavor.

Get this if you want a light iced daily tea with a slight energy boost and a ton of antioxidants.
