a nutty summertime "snack" for the calorie-addicted cows 🥜🐮
as if over 9000 calorie desserts weren't enough for you fatties, I have another recipe designed to widen that waist and pack your belly full of caloric, sinful sweets.
first, you have to get off your fatass and go to the store (or, have your groceries delivered, to save yourself some energy) and get the following ingredients.
1 pack of mega stuffed oreos (2520 calories)
1/2 cup of butter (800 calories)
24oz of cream cheese (2160 calories)
1 1/12 cup of powdered sugar (720 calories)
2 jars of peanut butter (or more, depending on how peanut-buttery you wanna go) (5320 calories)
3/4 cup of sour cream (if you want the cheesecake to have a little tang, but if not, do vanilla greek yogurt) (360 calories)
2 cups of chocolate chips (or more, again, your preference) (3520 calories)
1 cup of heavy whipping cream (800 calories)
1 family sized bag of reese's mini peanut butter cups (or more, again, your choice, fatty) (5070 calories)
this comes out to a disgusting, humiliating, repulsive 21,270 calories if you're so out of control that you can't help yourself, and stuff your fat face with every morsel of this cheesecake in one sitting.
I know you can't resist that type of gluttony, so here's how to make this sin:
listen to mommy carefully, okay?
first: make the crust
crush up the oreos to make the crust, either by hand or using a food processor until the oreos form a fine crumb texture. combine this with the 1/2 cup/8 tbsp melted butter. (if you want thicker crust, double this part. also adds an extra 3,320 calories) press this mix into the bottom of a pan that can be opened, like a springform pan. make sure you press it onto the side of the pan about 1/2-1 inch up, to add that delicious crust for the cheesecake. cover this and chill while you continue to the next step.
second: make the filling
get two bowls--in one, pour 1 cup of heavy whipping cream into the bowl and beat until the whipping cream forms stiff peaks. then, in the second bowl, beat the 24oz of cream cheese for 2-3 minutes on med/high, then beat in the 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar until the mixture is smooth. at this point, make sure you add in your 2 jars of peanut butter, 3/4 cups of sour cream, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract and continue to beat the mixture until it is completely smooth. then, fold in the whipped heavy cream, some chopped up peanut butter cups and chopped up chocolate chips. (for extra calories, add chopped up peanuts as well.) spread this over the crust and place in the fridge for 4 hours, or until the cheesecake has gotten firm.
third: make the chocolate topping
grab yourself a bowl that can be microwaved, then pour 1 cup of heavy whipping cream into the bowl and place into the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, until the whipping cream has just begun to simmer. once it has reached this point, pour the whipping cream over chocolate chips, at least 1 bag. make sure these chocolate chips have been chopped up, so they will melt properly. after the mixture has set for a minute or two, whisk it together to ensure it is completely melted. let the mixture sit and cool for 5 to 10 minutes, and then pour the mixture over the chilled cheesecake and place back in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
once it's set...
garnish with the rest of your peanut butter cups, chocolate chips, and, for extra calories, consider adding the following:
whipped cream
chocolate drizzle
caramel drizzle
peanuts
mini m&ms
remember, a moment on the lips is a lifetime on your hips, so savor every bite because it'll be with you for the rest of your life.

Sweet Dee
a Dieter Bravo oneshot
Tumblr media
Main Masterlist
Pairing: Dieter x gn!Reader
Rating: E 🔥💖
Warnings: 18+ only! Submissive Dieter, v gentle domming for the good of mankind, hair-pulling, lovely soft bodied bub, pet names, affirmations and positive reinforcement, “good boy” 🫠, naked D straddling his clothed partner’s lap, grinding, unwrapped PIV, Boy Whimpering™️, brief non-detailed drug use reference, immediate (not premature, just in time) ejaculation and ensuing fluids, bangable men being vulnerable and taking their mental wellbeing seriously kink, no betas or edits just vibes
———————————————————————
“Hnnghhhhh.”
Dieter moaned as you twisted your fingers through his wild hair and yanked. You pulled back on the brown and silver waves until his big brown glazed-over kicked-puppy eyes met yours, his plush pink lips drooping novocaine open.
“Say it.”
His brain was fuzz. Staticky dryer lint. Candy floss. The fluff inside a teddy bear. His throat was spit thick and he tried to obey but his words caught in a harsh gurgle. He coughed wetly, his eyebrows upturned and saddled in silent plea.
“Try again baby, you can do it,” you purred, loosing your hand from his curls to run it over his strong scruffed jaw. The other sat at the crease of his bare thigh where he sat shivering, straddled on your lap. You pressed your thumb delicately into the plump flesh of it, like you would a peanut butter cookie. A sweet, nutty thing. A confection that meant comfort, home, a warm hug you could swallow and hold in your belly.
Dieter cleared his throat and took a deep, quivering inhale, his body rippling with it. A penny in a wishing well.
“I…” he rasped softly, gravel through mucus. “…I matter.”
You patted his flank gently in confirmation. “That’s right, baby. You do.” Leaning forward to nuzzle at his neck, you hummed against his throat, “What else?”
He gulped, and you traced the slide of his Adam’s apple with the tip of your tongue. Dieter whimpered. “I’m w-worthy.”
“Mhmm,” you buzzed, open mouth pressed to his feverish skin, and gave a slight pinch to the round underside of his tummy, wordlessly encouraging him to continue.
His voice grew stronger, less wavering in his delivery. “I’m good,” Dieter recited, and it didn’t feel rote. It felt like his heart had budded wings that wriggled for freedom under the surface of beating gristle.
You wrapped your arms around his waist, letting your hands rest on the pillowy swell of his ass as you pulled him forward, scooting his hips flush to yours. He rocked against you involuntarily, his rigid, desperate cock nudging your stomach and dragging a shimmery smear of precome across your (his) t-shirt.
“Not yet, sweetness. Almost there. You are good. You’re my good boy, aren’t you?”
Dieter’s eyelids fluttered closed, his dark lashes fanning over elegant cheekbones, and he huffed out a tiny whine through his nose before nodding vigorously.
You kissed his forehead, the strong ridge of his brow, the apple of each rounded rosy cheek, the marble-chiseled bridge of his aquiline nose, the dip of his philtrum. You hovered there, warm wet breaths passed like secrets between your mouths.
“And the last one, Dieter?”
And he swore you didn’t speak it out loud but somehow conjured it into being. He felt your voice curl into his chest like a velvet ribbon, knitting all the broken bloody bits together and tying them up with a bow, like a gift. An offering.
He opened his eyes to see you already staring into him, warm and strong and unwavering and so damn certain, and he felt brave enough to answer, brave enough to say it with conviction.
“I am loved.”
“You are loved,” you smiled, beatific as you pressed your lips to his, slow and so, so tender. “You are loved beyond measure, beautiful boy,” you murmured between lazy slips of tongues.
Dieter folded his arms around you, pressing his sweat-damp chest to the cool cotton of your shirt. The fat head of his cock caught on its hem and he hissed and jumped in your lap at the sensitivity. You chuckled and pulled his face alongside yours, mouth to the small folded antihelix of his ear that you found so endearing.
“And have you learned your lesson?” you husked, words hot with promise. You rolled your hips in a figure eight, infinite, underneath him, the friction from the skin of your thighs tugging at his sac and making Dieter delirious. His purpled tip swelled, dripped from his slit down to the briar of hair at the crux of his legs.
“Yes,” Dieter wheezed, voice taut with effort. “No more bad self talk. I promise. Just needed…” he gritted out through clenched teeth, starting to feel himself come unglued. “…just needed to be reminded.”
You released your hold on him and pulled his (your) t-shirt up over your head, let his face fall into your chest like a drowning man dives into the sand of the shore. “And if you forget,” you lilted into the silky mess of his hair, “I’m right here to help you remember.”
“Mm, and you’re a very effective teacher,” Dieter chuckled tightly, pressing a kiss to your breastbone. “Thorough, strict, fair,” he muttered. He was starting to ramble, no blood left in his head, going dizzy with restraint and need and affection.
Pressing your palms to his broad shoulders, you nudged him back out of his straddle and off your lap. Dieter fell into a kneel at your feet and watched, awestruck, as you shimmied your underwear down over your hips. His thick fingers hooked the band of them and pulled them the rest of the way off your legs, flung them across the room where they landed atop the haphazard pile of the ratty robe and pajama pants you’d relieved him of earlier.
“Now lie back, pretty,” you cooed, tipping Dieter to the floor with pointed toes. He groaned, licked at the arch of your foot as he reclined, eyes shutting automatically like a porcelain doll. When he felt your presence above him, every nerve of his body sizzled.
He knew he wouldn’t last, he never did when it was like this, and you never minded. You relished it, even. “Positive reinforcement, babe,” you’d told him the first time, reminded him since. “Those feel-good chemicals are your brain’s reward when you say all those wonderful things about yourself. Makes the neural pathways strong.” You knew he loved crazy brain science. You knew everything about him. You knew him. “Plus,” you’d added, “you deserve to feel good.”
When you lowered onto his length, sliding him deep inside the hot slick core of you until your cunt wrapped snug at his root, Dieter was done for. He had scarcely thrust before his climax ripped through him like a summer storm, crackled down his spine as his balls tightened up and every muscle went rigid like he’d been electrocuted. He erupted deep inside your ardent walls while lightning sparked behind his eyelids, better than any high, all the drugs, every single fix.
He vibrated as he came down, mouth tingling like he’d sucked on a battery, the soft spread of his belly jiggling with every heaving gasp. Dieter shuddered as his soft cock slipped spent from your clutch, your mingled come running out and down over him in thin shimmery streams, precious opal veins.
He mattered. He was worthy. He was good. He was loved. You made sure he heard it, demanded he repeat it. And when you folded over his salt-sticky chest and wrapped around him like a favorite blanket, all woven through with the sweetest dreams, he really, really believed it.

Gehanna
Satan
This man is an cookies and cream bastard. He crushes Oreos and puts them into his ice cream the more the merrier. He'll still eat his ice cream even though it's just a pile of cookies and little bits of ice cream. Genuinely gets mad that there's not enough cookies in his ice cream.
Sitri
I think he would like a more uncommon flavor like pistachio or matcha. He understands not many people like his flavor but it's his.
Juno/Ppyong
Chocolate ice cream with chocolate chip. Drizzled with chocolate... He just really likes chocolate.
Leraye
He likes those character popsicles with the eyeball gum. he always takes out the eyeballs first and then eats their heads.
Belial
He likes sherbert with gummy bears. I can see him really liking fruity flavors. Occasionally he does also have sprinkles.
Paimon
Bubble gum flavor is a masterpiece and if you disagree you're wrong.
Astaroth
Rocky road. He likes the richness of chocolate paired with the nuttiness of the almonds and the softness of marshmallows delicious!
Zagan
Chocolate chip! He's a simple man.
Tartaros
Mammon
Anything with caramel has his heart, it's sweet and delicious and he likes watching it roll down. So butterscotch caramel. Don't forget the gold shavings
Bimet
He'll have whatever Mammon is having having. extra gold shavings please... (a scoop of pineapple with coconut shavings)
Eligos
Strawberry with sprinkles! He is a strawberry die hard. Constantly getting into fights with chocolate and vanilla fans.
Valfor
Butter pecan with caramel as well. He'll also politely ask what ice cream flavor are you having and then politely asked for some of yours in exchange for some of his.
Hades
Leviathan
Neapolitan ice cream because it has three flavors and that's better than one. but then would rudely steal a spoonful of yours and wants to try everyone else's because he's jealous of what you're having because it looks good.
Foras
He also likes Neapolitan not because he wants to copy Levi He just genuinely likes the flavors.
Glasyalabolas
He can't decide between Cherry or raspberry. He just really likes strong fruity flavors. He doesn't mind a little chocolate drizzle either.
Barbatos
Of course he would like red velvet And he likes mixing bits of brownies.
Orias
Cotton candy with sprinkles. Anything sweet enough to give you diabetes
Abyssos
Beelzebub
His favorite changes every other day once you ask him It will take in about 10 minutes to think of an answer just to change it three times.
(funny headcanon one time visiting Leviathan He got into his ice cream stash to separate the three flavors and reorganize them as a prank. That's how he got banned from Hades for 100 years.)
Bael
Likes root beer float, He likes it because he can mix it in and then drink it while he's working.
Amon
My brain is telling me that he likes cookie dough. I don't know why I feel strongly about this.
Naberius
Peanut butter. He's such a sucker for peanut butter ice cream. He'll be eating it with his tail wagging happily.
Stolas
Strawberry cheesecake ice cream! And don't you dare tell him it's girly or be mean because he will cry!
Paradise Lost
Lucifer
Moose tracks is the most old man dad flavor I can think of.
Gamigin
He's more of a snow cone guy. But he likes Sorbet anything with citrus and he'll be there.
Marbas
He's a plain guy He just likes vanilla. If he feels like something different than he'll add to it it's perfect.
Beur
He likes vanilla but he's more of a French vanilla person. He thinks of himself as the better vanilla fan. He's kind of prideful about it.
Morax
Not much of an ice cream fan but he'll have whatever you're having
Niflheim
Belphegor
Mint chocolate chip. We don't know much about him it's just a vibe.

700+ words of flirty fluff, bad jokes and a musical number. Fem!reader but feel free to switch around the pronouns ☺️
Author's note: Hi friends! I seriously cannot thank you all enough for the love on this series of blurbs. It makes me so happy. I'm going through some stuff in my personal life right now and writing about a lovesick loser (affectionate) is keeping me sane.
Friendly reminder: This blog is 18+ only and minors/blank blogs will be blocked.

If you'd like to listen to the song mentioned, here's a link to it on Spotify
Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3
Tumblr media
"Hey Chef?"
"Yes, my dear?"
"What is 'Eddie' short for?"
"Edward. Why?"
"Is-" you try to stifle your laughter "-is 'Chef' short for Chefward?"
He gives you an annoyed look before shaking his head and laughing. It's an awful joke but he loves it nonetheless.
He opens his mouth to say something but stops himself. He was going to ask, "Yeah, you wanna be Mrs. Chefward Munson?" But he figures you're not quite there yet.
Tumblr media
It's 3pm on a Tuesday, the diner is pretty much dead save for two older women who have been gossiping in their booth since they came in at 1. You're busying yourself with cleaning the countertops, Eddie has his elbows resting on the window counter and his head resting in his, looking bored while he watches you. The radio in the diner is set to Soul and R&B, it usually is. One song ends and then "Baby You Got It" by Brenton Wood starts to play. You nod your head to the song and jump once you hear Eddie begin to sing along. It's absolutely not his usual style but he's learned it from how many times it is played on this station. You walk up to him with eyes wide, the two women seem to be so wrapped up in their stories that they don't pay attention to him.
"Eddie" you whisper trying to get him to stop.
He smiles at you and leaves the kitchen. You watch him as he comes out into the dining area, still singing. He walks up to you,
"Foxy clothes" he tugs at your apron string.
"Cutest nose" he boops your nose.
You're mortified yet endeared, a combination you so often feel around him.
The women are staring now with their mouths open as he serenades you. You're holding your face in your hands.
"People can be cruel, they say I've lost my cool" he makes eye contact with the women and looks back at you.
"But baby it's hard to keep my cool when I'm around you" He has most certainly lost his cool.
He holds your face in his hands, "Cause baby, you got it" your heart is beating a mile a minute as you look into his eyes. He looks down at your lips for just a second, then you both jump at the sound of clapping and whistling from the two ladies. You give them a sheepish wave and lightly elbow Eddie. "Back to work, Romeo."
Tumblr media
For lunch you order a plate of pancakes for yourself. He places the plate on the counter for you and gives you a smile. You go to grab the plate and say, "Thank you, Chef. Do we have any peanut butter?"
He raises an eyebrow.
"Yeah, I think so. Why? Someone want a PB&J?"
You shake your head. "S'for the pancakes."
He gasps and covers his mouth.
"What kind of person would do that to my pancakes?!"
You shrug at his dramatics and say, "I would, they're for me." and pulls away your plate, horrified that he could have feelings for such a monster.
"Sweetheart, why are you tainting my delicious food? You a dog or something? Gotta put peanut butter on food to eat it?"
You swat at him "Don't call me a dog! That's rude."
"Well, you're being rude by messing with perfection."
You huff at him and sneak back to the kitchen, grabbing the peanut butter. You spread a thin layer over each pancake as Eddie watches you in horror. You pour over the maple syrup and cut yourself a piece.
"You're just doing this to mess with me, aren't you?"
You look up at him before taking a bite. It's delicious, nutty, creamy and syrupy, all the good things.
He shakes his head, "You're committed to the bit, I'll give you that."
You roll your eyes. "It isn't a bit! Here, just try it."
He sighs and decides to try it. Not because he thinks he will like it, but because it would mean he gets to eat off of your fork (which is basically like kissing, right?)
You hold the fork up to his lips and he takes a tentative bite.
"I mean... I'm not going to die or anything. But I'm still not happy with you, missy."
In reality, the pancakes are fine, but the way you're sharing them together has him thinking this may be his favorite meal ever.
Thank you for reading! Take care 🥞💖

FIFI I still don't understand how Sokabine is still a rarepair, like....why, it's so good??? Do we need to have an event or something? I need to write something too🥺🥺🥺. I've been slacking on Sokabine 😭.
Oh my lovely. What a mysterfying question you ask!
I can only say I struggle to answer it, as I, being a Sokabine addict, fail to fully understand why other people don't appreciate such a delicious ship.
The only way I can attempt to understand is by likening Sokabine to Nutella ice cream. Just as how lots of people like shipping, lots of people like ice cream. And there are so many flavours of ice cream! Nutella ice cream is that decedent blend of chocolate and nutty hazelnut (I'll let you decide on who is the chocolate and who is the nuts). Being ice cream, it's a perfect summer treat, however it has a heaviness of flavour that makes it soul-warming enough to eat it even in the winter months.
But some people don't want to try Nutella ice cream. Maybe trying Nutella ice cream gets in the way of them enjoying their personal OTP flavours of boysenberry and lemon gelato, or their peppermint and strawberry combo? Those flavours may be the only comfort they get in this chaotic world, and they don't want to risk not having their comfort food to try something new. Valid! Maybe they see Nutella ice cream as guilty treat. Maybe they've been taught to be ashamed of Nutella ice cream for some reason, and so they only eat it when no one else is looking? Valid! Or maybe they've only ever known vanilla ice cream, and are too scared to try something different, or a pressured by comp-vanilla-het society to not dare deviate? Valid! Maybe they've only bought ice cream from a stall that doesn't offer Nutella ice cream, and thus didn't realise such a flavour exists? You guessed it. Also valid!
So yeah, so many reasons that I can't answer for because that's not my experience. I will eat my coffee ice cream, my peanut butter brownie ice cream, my strawberry ice cream, my roasted almond ice cream, my mango ice cream. But my Nutella ice cream will always be my number one go-to.
We don't have a Sokabine blog, or a Sokabine server. I've found a little safe space on a Bo-Katan server which is my happy place where I can get comfy with other Sokabine lovers (all 12 of us). Maybe I could start a blog? I don't think I have the emotional space or time/energy to run a server, even though the numbers would be so few right now. A Sokabine event would be amazing, but without a Sokabine blog or server to back/promote it, it might not get much traction. I've found a lot of my work was merely tolerated during past Ahsoka Series-related events because the ship does seem to get under some people's skin. That's okay, I don't need an event to write my stuff for, and I'm finding my safe people slowly.
An answer I can offer you, however, is reasons to like Sokabine as a ship. Why the Sokabine ship deserves to be upgraded from tugboat to cruiseliner. But I might save that for another post, as it's dissertation-worthy, and I'll add graphics for some weight to my brain rot. The simplest answer for that though I'll let you see for yourself in the utter beauty of these two characters below (and extra kudos for Ahsoka blatantly checking out Sabine's arse here). In the meantime...
Thanks for the ask!

Have a snippet from several chapters into the future and meet Kit and Jacob's future adopted kiddos!! (first time writing kids and my fingers and toes are crossed their speech comes across naturally, it shouldn't be this hard to write kids when you have one of your own lol)
Carter dragged the kitchen table chair across the wood floor towards the cupboard. Climbing up onto the wobbly piece of furniture, he crawled up onto the counter, lifting one scuffed knee up onto the cold, flat surface at a time. While kneeling, he pulled open the cupboard door and on the bottom shelf, closest to the front, sat the half empty jar of JIF peanut butter – creamy (his sister’s favorite), he preferred crunchy, but they ran out of that days ago along with the milk. Grabbing it with two small, chubby hands, he put it down on the counter and climbed back down.
He was getting so tired of eating this, and he knew if he was then his sister was all the same. He was older, had a bit more patience. She wasn’t even three yet, still practically a baby. Heaving out a sigh, he looked over at the fridge. He’d never learned how to use the microwave and mom wouldn’t let him near the oven, so any leftovers they had in the fridge had been eaten cold if they were able to be eaten at all. They had gotten down to the last bits of food left in stock – white bread and peanut butter – and they were drinking only water now.
There was a sink full of dirty dishes, glasses stained with rings of soured milk, plates streaked with dried food and crumbs of bread, and spilling to the brim with used cutlery. He’d never learned how to use the dishwasher and it was getting to the point that he was thinking about adding them to the bath after Quinn was done with the bubbles.
His sister climbed up into the kitchen chair at the table with labored grunts, and watched him grab several pieces of bread from the bag. Her big brown eyes were like magnifying glasses, she might not have said a lot but it’s like she could see everything, soaking it all up like a sponge, his mom used to say.
As he stood at the counter preparing the sandwiches, Carter turned his body to hide as he tore the moldy corners off the bread so that she’d still eat. “You hungry?” he asked, trying to keep his face hidden. His parents always knew when he was up to something, he worried Quinn would too.
She kicked her little legs, oblivious to what he was up to as she held her Cookie Monster stuffy against her chest, swallowing him in a tight hug. “No.”
“Are you just sayin’ that?”
He was only seven but he’d already perfected that look his mom and dad gave him when they thought he was telling a fib. Their eyebrows raised, eyes staring at him like if they looked hard enough they could see the truth.
“No.”
“Quinn?”
“No,” she said emphatically, shoving Cookie down onto the tabletop in her fist, forcing the doll into a squashed sitting position.
“You sure? Ya gotta eat something before bed.”
“Don’t wanna,” she grumbled while taking part in a staring contest with her doll.
“Quinn!” Carter slammed the butter knife against the counter and bits of the brown nutty spread shot out in all directions.
Her lower lip trembled, and she tried to curl up into a ball as her head pressed to her chest, squeezing her eyes shut as she quickly brought Cookie back into her embrace and held him tightly to her.
He didn’t like yelling at her, he didn’t like seeing the tears well up in her eyes. It made him feel horrible, it made him feel guilty. But his stomach ached so badly, it was a different sort of pain from when he wanted a snack after school, it was deeper and it didn’t go away when ignored, and he was sure if he felt it then she had to as well. He was just trying to be a good big brother. He was just trying to look after her as best he could. The way his mom and dad would have expected him to.
“”M sorry.”
Quinn opened one eye and looked at him while sniffling into the blue fur of her stuffed friend. “‘S okay,” she mumbled.
“You gotta eat.”
She sighed heavily and watched as he started to cut the sandwich. “Triangle.”
“I know.” He gave her a small smile and brought the four pieces of sandwich over to her, placing it on the table top in front of her.
She looked down at the meal and then back up at him, her eyes seeming to beg for anything else to eat instead. “Nutty again?”
He shrugged his shoulders, wishing he could offer her anything else. “It’s all we got.”
She pouted and picked the sandwich up, bringing the torn corner to her mouth and biting down only to quickly drop the sandwich back onto the table, her face pulled into a disgusted grimace. “Yucky.”
He wanted to cry, he wanted to scream. He just wanted to fill her stomach. He didn’t know how to make anything else. He was only seven.
He wanted mommy and daddy back.
“Bread’s getting old, that’s all.” He headed over to the counter once more to make his own sandwich and looked over at her. With her head bent forward, her chin length brown hair covered her face and he could tell she was starting to cry again with the way her shoulders started to shake. “Eat, Quinny,” Carter begged.
Holding out her stuffy, her eyes red and her chubby cheeks stained with streaks from tears, she pleaded with him. “Cookie eat?”
“No! We don’t have enough. He’s just a doll, he doesn’t need food.” Carter was quick to snap out the words, he wanted to stay calm, to be reasonable like his parents would have told him to be, but he just couldn’t. Not anymore.
Quinn pouted again, giant sobbing tears spilled from her eyes and down her cheeks, her chest heaving with every new bout of tears that fell out of her – and Carter felt like a monster for it. She was too little, she didn’t understand. He barely did. She was still in training pants. She couldn’t even brush her own teeth. She was a baby, and he was stuck looking after her while trying to keep them alive.

Nutty Buddy Cereal
Tumblr media
A certain charm comes with every Little Debbie snack -- a delight to savor in each sweet taste.
Little Debbie cereals have mostly replicated this charm. Oatmeal Creme Pie Cereal was on point. Cosmic Brownie Cereal didn't taste much like a brownie, but it was good enough.
Late last year, Kellogg's brought to the shelves Nutty Buddy Cereal, the reimagining of the magical, crispy chocolate peanut butter snack.
Tumblr media
I wanted both the chocolate and peanut butter flavors in due proportion and got it.
The amount of crunch wasn't too great, and I felt grateful because crunch isn't what Nutty Buddy bars are about.
The bliss of the cereal was consistent, whether I ate it in chocolate or white milk.
Tumblr media
Cereals like this make me feel childlike, especially when I feel free enough to eat them with ice cream.
Tumblr media
I greatly anticipate continuing the journey of Little Debbies cereals. When do we get Zebra Cakes Cereals?
How many bowls did it take? 11
How many bowls do I wish? 34

Alright. I am extremely proud of this particular dish.
Yesterday I woke up with the sudden urge to make Étouffée. I say sudden. it was not sudden. I have been neck fuckin' deep in the Hazbin fandom and everyone has decided this is The Dish that Alastor would have enjoyed as a child. That and Gumbo. Soooo here we are.
I have never made Étouffée but that wasn't about to stop me. So about a dozen recipes and at least as many 'family recipe' videos later, I went to the store.
I'm not out here saying this is the most authentic thing in the world. but it really was delicious. And... easy? Also I cook random things quite often and this is just the first of me putting down what i made into a post. Half the share, and half so i can find notes on what I did last time lol.
Ingredients (I'm bad at measurements. the only thing i measured was the butter and flour here) 2lbs shrimp 1/2 cup butter (salted) 1/2 cup flour White wine Seafood Stock (1 pint) 1 green bell pepper 2 med yellow onions 2 celery ribs 1 bunch of green onions enough tomatoes for about 1 cup of chopped tomatoes 1 - 8oz can of tomato paste Creole Seasoning Garlic Powder Cayenne Pepper Worcestershire sauce Cooked Rice (Fluffy/long grain rice) 1 lemon
Pre cut and clean everything. for the love of god, once the roux starts you are on a timer. You'll want to finely dice (and im talking like a quarter of an inch cubes) 1 green bell pepper, two ribs of celery, and 2 med yellow onions (or one large). For the green onion, separate it by whites and greens, because we will use them separately.
Clean/prep your protein. For me this meant de-veining/de-shelling my shrimp. If you wanna be fancy and make your own stock, save the shells for that. Season your meats a bit with some Creole seasoning/salt/pepper/cayenne pepper (is there cayenne pepper in the creole seasoning? Yes. but we want more). Squeeze the juice of one lemon onto the seasoned shrimp, and put that shit in the fridge.
Crush/chop/whatever your garlic. as much as feels right for your soul.
Put all your prepped food in bowls, so you're ready to go. You can mix most the veggies together, but keep the garlic and green onion separate for now. Make sure everything is in reach of the stove outside of the meat, bc its gonna be real difficult to step away from the roux at all.
Make a roux. If you want a more cajun flavor you'll want to make an oil based roux, but for that creole flavor you can go more french with a butter roux. Do not rush this part. It will take at least 40m, but the longer the better. You can google how to make a roux, but I did half a cup of butter, half a cup of flour... and then just whisk that shit until you can't whisk no more... and then go another like 5-10m lol. It should be on a low-med heat. You want to brown the flour/butter but Not Burn it. it should be smooth and smell nice and nutty :D. Do Not Stop Stirring. Ever. (more cajun roux will use oil/lard. if we're leaning creole we can steal from the french and use butter, butter has a lower smokepoint tho, so be careful not to burn the milk fats)
Once the roux is a nice Peanut butter/ carmel color and smells deliciously nutty, it's time to add in the veggies. Slowly pour the chopped veggies into your pot with the roux and mix. You want to coat the veggies in the roux, and then let them cook down a bit before moving on. about 5-10m. (you're gonna keep it on that med-med/low heat until its time to bring it to a boil. Low. Slow. and Developing those Flavors)
Here I would do the first layer of seasoning. We're gonna layer in seasoning as we go, so don't over do it. But once you've cooked down the veg a bit, start layering in creole seasoning, cayenne, white pepper, and your crushed/minced garlic. Stir in.
Add in one 8oz can of Tomato paste and about 1 cup of either fresh chopped or canned tomato chunks. Stir Stir again and let that cook down a bit. (5m)
Time for the liquids. I started with some white wine (whatever floats your boat) about half a cup at a time, to deglaze anything on the bottom of the pan. Once I'd added about 1.5 cups of wine I switched to seafood stock. If you don't have access to seafood stock you can always use a chicken/veggie stock.
Add in the stock slowly, stirring as you go. The sauce will be quite loose, but that is okay. The roux will do it's thing after it reaches a boil.
Season again, add in your bay leaves (2-3 of those babies, you aren't driving) and TASTE IT. Start tasting that broth and season until it feels right.
Now it's time for the Étouffée - we're gonna smother this shit. Bring the pot to a Rolling boil. Like, bubblin' across the whole surface of the pot, not just the edges. Stir consistently to ensure nothing sticks to the bottom.
Once you get it to a boil, turn it back onto simmer, and let it sit! At least 30m, but you can let it cook longer. You want all the flavors to marry and the veggies to break down and the roux to do it's thing. I was in the middle of a gaming event and i let mine simmer for like just over an hour. While it's simmering, check on it often, stir it, taste it. Add seasoning if ya need it!
It's finally time. If you went the shrimp route (or crawfish) now is the time to add that in. Bring the pot back up to a boil, add your seafood, and stir for 4-5 minutes or until the protein is cooked through. (this is also where I added a splash of Worcestershire, the juice of the other half of the lemon, and the whites of the green onions.)
Serve over jasmine rice (or any long grain rice of your choice) and top with some fresh green onions/scallions
That's it. I know its a lot of steps. but like. It's mostly just chopping veggies. stirring. and letting it do it's thing. It's so so good and imma have it for dinner for a 3rd night in a row today! Enjoy :D

41 Vegan Breakfast Meals to Gain Weight
Tumblr media
You need to have a meal plan that contains foods high in protein, healthy fats, and whole carbohydrates if you want to gain weight the proper way.
As a result, I’ve tried to include meals that strike the proper balance between flavor and nutrients in my list of plant-based breakfast ideas to help you gain weight.
Making sure you consume enough calories each day is a part of this. Whether you’ve been eating vegan for a short period or a long time, it’s crucial to make sure your nutritional requirements are covered.
When switching to a plant-based diet, many people lose weight, often accidentally, due to cutting out high-calorie items like meat, dairy, and other animal-based foods.
Track your calorie intake and add 250-500 calories to your current calorie intake.
Include protein at every meal and Choose High-calorie High-protein foods.
Eat more meals and snacks throughout the day. (Try to eat 5-6 meals a day.)
Don’t forget about healthy fats.
Exercise regularly. Exercise helps to stimulate muscle growth and repair.
Don’t forget the snacks
A filling breakfast like stuffed avocado toast, tofu scramble with vegetables and a side of baked potatoes or sweet potatoes, or overnight oatmeal topped with fruit, nuts, nut butter, and seeds like flax or chia are some of my favorite ways to start the day.
I make sure I eat enough food every day, among other things, by putting healthy fats like nut butter, olive oil, avocados, etc. in my diet.
If you enjoy smoothies as much as I do, you may up the calorie count of your favorites by adding some peanut butter, almond spread, hemp seeds, or vegan protein powder.
Lunchtime favorites include sandwiches and wraps with a cup of soup or a side salad.
Chickpea salad on a sandwich or wrap is a fantastic option and also happens to be one of my kids’ favorite meals for school.
I enjoy having a substantial serving of whole grains for dinner, such as brown rice or quinoa, along with tofu or tempeh, beans, or hummus, as well as a lot of vegetables, and I like to finish it off with roasted pumpkin or seeds of sunflower or toasted seeds of sesame. Also legume-based pasta like chickpea or lentil may make a filling meal.
If you’re following a vegan diet and hoping to gain weight or, like me, you exercise and want to build muscle or keep it off, there are many delicious and fulfilling methods to up your daily calorie intake.
This collection offers some excellent high-calorie vegan morning food suggestions to get you going.
Tofu: One of the best options is black pea or chickpea tofu to get your daily protein. Which you can add to breakfast sandwiches and salads
Homemade vegan cheese: You can make vegan cheeses at home using cashews, sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds. Spread it on breakfast and serve it with walnuts, tomatoes and cucumbers.
Tempeh: Tempeh is a mildly nutty food made from slightly fermented soybeans.
Chickpeas: You may roast them, make hummus out of them, or create pancakes and waffles using chickpea flour.
Hemp seeds: Hemp seeds are simple to incorporate into smoothies or to sprinkle over toast.
You can use soy milk in coffee, oatmeal, cereal, and smoothies.
Oats: A great approach to increase your diet’s protein intake is by eating oatmeal. Oatmeal can also be supplemented with additional ingredients like soymilk, seeds, almonds, or almond butter.
Nut Butter: You can put nut butter on toast, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, and smoothies.
Chia Seeds: Use these to make a delicious chia pudding, as well as smoothies, baked goods, and porridge.
Seitan: Seitan is a high-protein, wheat-based meat substitute. You can slice and grill seitan and add it to breakfast wraps or salads. Lentils: Lentils are rich in protein and fiber. You can add cooked lentils to oatmeal or use them to make pancakes and cakes. Also, Iranian breakfast lentil soup is great for breakfast.
Beans: One of the best sources of protein for vegetarians is beans. You can add baked beans to burritos, bowls, or breakfast salads.
Nuts : Nuts are an excellent source of protein, fiber and healthy fats. You can add them to oatmeal, salads and smoothies. To increase your daily weight, include 5 almonds or walnuts in your breakfast.
The traditional rolled oats are no-cooked overnight and are served cold. To keep this dish vegan, prepare it with water or plant-based milk; omit the honey or replace it with agave nectar instead.
Combine your preferred ingredients with your overnight oats. You can substitute any of your preferred high-protein toppings, such as chopped almonds and banana slices, for the fresh strawberries and sliced almonds that are called for in this particular recipe.
