I told my family that I joined a gym, which I have been nervous to tell them as they can be kinda dismissive and mocking, but everyone was nice and supportive, Kayden seemed particularly interested. It's just hard to keep it contained when I'm feeling so proud of myself and what I'm accomplishing, although I am still to test my commitment and losing weight, for now even going there twice is just a huge victory for me

Although I was technically kinder on my body today than the previous one, doing 30 minutes on a treadmill instead of 5 on the cross trainer has been much easier thus less intensive, doing that then spending all day engaging and walking with family, I feel quite tired haha

Oh also I saw two guys who were shirtless, one hairy one smooth, but they both had the fucking peckiest tits ever, just these huge muscle tits, and really nice abs, they looked like celebrities almost, insanely attractive and way too nice bodies. Motivation and eye candy!
