“In your anger do not sin” : Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry I used to be so angry 😡 my family used to make fun of me because I was always angry..... I thought that was my normal state of mind. Until ... I discovered that Anger is a normal human emotion, but when it gets out of control it can become destructive, leading to serious problems at work and in personal relationships. ... Anger is not just a state of mind. It triggers an increase in heart rate, blood pressure, and adrenaline levels which can lead to serious health issues. 👎🏼 When I saw that my children were picking up on those attitudes I decided that it was time to CHANGE 🙏🏻 Here are some of the tips that worked for me : 1. Suppress rarely. 2. Don't vent. Communication is good but venting just increases anger. Distract yourself, workout / run / walk this really help 3. Reappraisal is usually the best option. Think to yourself, “It's not about me. 4. Reconnect to Spirit, pray and meditate for a solution. 5. Don't Go to Sleep Angry. 6. Switch the Focus from Blaming Others to Understanding Yourself. 7. Take Responsibility for Your Part. What can you do to avoid or better this situation? 8. Let Go of Resentments. Don’t drink that venom over and over let God and let Go✨✨ Did these tips help you?
