#blog post#personal testimony: i was so used to eating warm derbypie i would heat it up in the oven every time then i just ate it cold straight from#fridge. extremely different experience. no change in ingredients but the temperature changed the taste and my level of enjoyment eating the#food#another personal testimony: warm blueberries. usually theyre served cold from the fridge but i wanted to taste blueberries pancakes without#the pancake since my fav part was always the warm blueberries taste#a warm blueberry compote by the spoonful is so delicious and by compote i mean throw all the blueberries in a stovepan and heat#cold pizza and cold pasta are honorable mentions#if something is served cold try eating it hot just to try#and vice versa#room temp things are fun to experiment with as well in either direction
