You know what... here you go.

Eternal Flame - Deleted Scene 4 - Just this once

This was not a smart idea and you wanted to curse Enrique for putting your and Jenna's secret relationship at risk of being revealed. You shouldn't be here with Jenna! Yet he insisted!

Jenna agreed, which made convincing you easier than blinking, but that was besides the point.

You did look really good though, Enrique outdid himself this time, and you wondered what he came up with for Jenna. So, you looked at you watch, they both told you that you weren't allowed in Jenna's changing room until she was ready and that Enrique would call you when Jenna was ready.

Very suspicious.

The last time Enrique insisted on that was MET, and you nearly fainted.

You phone buzzed in your pocket and you were gifted with the right to access Jenna's changing room. As you approached the room you could swear you heard Barbara's voice in your head saying 'whipped' but you must have imagined it.

"Close your eyes! Let me guide you!" Enrique yelled the moment you opened the doors and sure, you did as you were told. He sounded giddy, actually. He was probably very satisfied with his work. "And behold!" Enrique exclaimed and you just...

Error 404... response not found...

System reboot failed...

Warning! System forced to shut down!

"Y/N!" you may have faintly heard Jenna laughing while calling your name and waving her hand in front of your eyes. "Baby, come on," she patted your cheek.

It didn't work.

She tried to lift your jaw up.

It didn't work.

"Say something," that shy look in her eyes managed to make you pull together some kind of response.

"Incr... gorg... Jenna, we're," you pointed at the floor. "Staying," you never promised it would be a proper response. You were just happy you didn't blurt out 'marry me', because that was at the very tip of your tongue and you should win an award for not saying it.

Jenna laughed and your heart probably stopped, because somehow she now looked even more beautiful. "I get it, I'd like to stay," she brushed her palms along your sleeve. "Believe me, I would," she'd much rather spend the night with you, enjoying the peace and quiet, and maybe a good movie, but this was a part of the job as well.

"I know," you had to resist kissing her, which was an almost unbearable torture, but you couldn't afford to smudge her lipstick now.

But damn did Enrique make it hard to resist Jenna tonight.

He was the best.

Reuniting with Mikey was more than welcome and after hugs and well-deserved congratulations the three of you sat down.

"So, the two of you," Mikey eventually teased you with that cheeky grin on her face. "Don't even try to deny it," she quickly said before Jenna could deny it, all the while pointing at the love-struck look on your face.

Almost four years of working really hard to keep the relationship a secret and here you were, unable to look at Jenna without admiring her. You cleared your throat and looked away. "Sorry we haven't told you," maybe you would have if you ever had a proper opportunity. Sure, you bumped into Mikey a few times, but you never had the chance to properly sit down. Either way, the number of people you willingly told was incredibly low. Aside from Jenna's family, Hugh, Barbara and Enrique you could count the other people who didn't find out by accident on one hand.

Mikey stared at you blankly. "You know I always knew, right?" she did hear you spending nights together while you were still friends and filming Scream. Mikey never had doubts what that friendship would turn into, granted, she didn't know about the things that happened after you finished filming Scream.

"Right, you did," you were trying, you really were trying to focus on the conversation. "But Jenna!" you couldn't help it, you enthusiastically motioned toward your girlfriend in her spectacular, beautiful, out of this world dress that you'd be thanking Enrique for for all of eternity.

Mikey laughed as Jenna buried her face in her hands for the hundredth time tonight to cover the blush. "How did you two even manage to hide your relationship for years?" Mikey shook her head in disbelief.

"Sometimes I wonder," Jenna gave you a side-eye filled with disbelief. "I can't even deny it tonight," and she would have. The official story was that the two of you showed up strictly as friends who bumped into each other and figured why not just appear together. How much longer was that story going to work? Every event you used it for made it less and less plausible, hence you carefully picked what to attend together.

"Oh, don't blame it all on Y/N, you had your moments too," Mikey teased prompting Jenna to smile despite her attempts to lovingly scold you.

You, on the other hand, were left contemplating if you could just sneak out with Jenna without anyone noticing. The answer was clear, you couldn't. Between all the paparazzi waiting outside, and the need to socialize tonight you really couldn't justify even considering it.

Before the three of you could properly even begin to catch up Mikey's costars called her and she had to join them. This was their night, after all.

"You really look incredible," you leaned in, sneaking a quick and soft kiss on Jenna's bare shoulder, the one she so often loved to look over for photos.

Jenna smiled as you moved away, looking at her like she was the only person in the world that mattered. Sometimes she was the only person in the world that mattered. "You look incredible too," she didn't hide it even one bit as she looked you over. "Dance with me?" she asked.

"How do we explain it?" you asked as she got up and offered you her hand. And you, as in love as you were, didn't even wait for the answer, you took her hand and let her guide you.

"Maybe we don't. Just this once," she muttered, hugging you close as you swayed to the music. And if a lipstick stain appeared on your collar, signifying the restrained desires, you'd have no comments. And if Jenna's flawless look got slightly updated with your vest to keep her warm as you left the party, there would once again be no comments from either of you.

All that mattered was the two of you, in this very moment. And there was nothing tomorrow could bring that would ever shake the foundations of the relationship the two of you built.

"Just this once, look at me the way you do when we're not hiding from the world," Jenna whispered, boldly giving you a quick kiss on the lips. So quick if anyone caught it they wouldn't even register it in the dimmed room, but it meant everything to you.

"Yes ma'am," so you no longer bothered hiding it, you looked at her without any restraints, admiring the girl that meant the world to you. And in return, you saw that same look reflected back at you in Jenna's beautiful eyes.

All the bells went off in my head when I heard the line “at every table I’ll save you a seat” cause in my head, since reader and Jenna had breakfast together while filming scream, whoever got there first would totally save the seat next to them for the other one

That line definitely fits them the best, probably followed by 'have I known you 20 seconds or 20 years' or if I were to go down the jealous route 'and I'm highly suspicious that everyone who sees you wants you' because look, we are all here because of Jenna, so, breaking the fourth wall with that one? 🤣🤣🤣

Okay, yeah, jokes aside, while I didn't write the scene, I reckon that would have happened, at least until the rest of the cast figured one of the seats next to either of them is reserved for the other.

Mason had gotten used to plenty of things on the set of Scream. From him and Jack being the ones responsible for the movie projector they borrowed from the hotel, not because no one else could do it, but because the hotel staff preferred to lend it to the same people. To you sometimes cooking better than the chefs in the hotel kitchen. To Jenna almost constantly wearing earbuds and sometimes sharing one with whoever was sitting next to her, so, mostly you or occasionally Melissa. To David giving art lessons.

He got used to it all.

He did not get used to Jenna looking grumpy at the breakfast table.

Melissa was sitting next to her, but there was an open seat to her right, and from the looks of it, nothing Melissa was saying worked to cheer her up. She just absent-mindedly messed with whatever was in front of her.

He would not let her start her morning like this! He would be a good co-star! A good friend! And cheer her up!

The gasps around him when he grabbed the chair next to Jenna meant nothing, he would not be deterred!

"Hey, Jenna, what's up?" he sat down next to her and Jenna immediately whipped around and stared at him, more specifically at the seat he had just taken. And even Melissa's jaw dropped.

"Hi," she greeted him slowly and Melissa just quickly mouthed your name and pointed at the chair he was currently occupying.

"Y/N?" he repeated your name, not yet understanding what the issue was, and then it hit him. This was your place, and you weren't there. "Right," he moved to the empty seat next to your own and then once again turned to Jenna. "What's up?"

Jenna smiled a bit. "Don't worry about it, I'm okay," she shrugged and then, before he could tell her he was there for her as her friend and assure her she could turn to him if needed, the doors opened and you walked in. Yawning and dressed in your usual post-work-out clothes.

"Morning," you raised your hand and greeted everyone, grabbed some toast and something to spread on it and dropped down on the chair next to Jenna's. "Hey, Jen, sorry I'm late," was it just him or did you greet Jenna in an entirely different way than the rest of them? And most importantly Jenna was no longer grumpy, so Mason kinda just got up to pour himself another cup of coffee because he must have been seeing things.

Jasmin, who was getting her own coffee, patted him on the back. "There, there, I'll explain later," she assured him, yet Mason still remained confused.

Well, at least Jenna was in a good mood once again.

Wait, did Jenna just lean closer to you so your arms were touching? "Am I missing something?" he whispered to Jasmin.

Jasmin just sighed. "Nothing at all," she paused, turned around to leave then whipped around and pointed at Jenna and you. "Just the birth of this generation's acting power couple!" she whisper shouted and Mason just looked at you and Jenna again and pointed subtly toward you.

"Jenna and Y/N?" he asked and Jasmin groaned. Right, that was a stupid question.

"As long as they get out of the will they won't they phase," Jasmin sighed.

Hmm, while I do love the idea this feels more like a deleted scene than a full side story, so, that's what I'll do!

Eternal Flame - Deleted scene 3 - Fig

"I'd like another dog," Jenna's words caught you by surprise. It probably shouldn't have, she's been really attached to Raiju and her chinchillas and with Season 2 of Wednesday done it was only a matter of time before she'd have to say bye to Raiju for an extended period of time.

"Okay," you agreed right away, having no issue with getting another dog, or two, or as many as Jenna wanted.

Jenna smiled at that, appreciating the easy agreement. She closed her laptop and joined you on the sofa, where you were keeping yourself busy by petting Raiju and otherwise staying perfectly still. The German Shephard was still convinced he was a lap dog, thus there you were, with half of Raiju's body draped on your lap as he wagged his tail. "You think he'll be jealous?" she asked as she sat down on the sofa arm rest and gently scratched underneath Raiju's chin.

"Well, he managed to survive chinchillas," that was dramatic. "Surely another dog won't be worse than that," you were naive, you were hopeful, you were in denial.

"Exactly! What could possibly go wrong?" and Jenna was just as delusional as you were.

"Raiju, buddy, come on, he's cute!" you pleaded for what felt like the hundredth time since Jenna and you came back with Fig, the dog Jenna picked.

Raiju's reaction?

Dramatic didn't even begin to describe it. And you found yourself standing in your backyard with Jenna next to you, scratching the back of your head and looking at your 'guard dog', unable to figure out what to do. "Treats didn't work, neither did pets. I don't know Jen. He caught whiff of Fig and bolted outside like you brought a hound from hell, and not, well, Fig," despite the situation Jenna laughed at your choice of words.

It was like your first child was throwing a temper tantrum over getting a new sibling. There Raiju was, hoarding all of his toys and refusing to even look at you. He wasn't just jealous, he was immune to any efforts on your part to get him to at least look at the puppy Jenna brought.

"Okay, that does it," Jenna stormed into the house and one minute later she came out with Fig in her arms. She had that determined look on her face as she went straight toward Raiju.

"Jen? Please be gentle with Raiju," you reminded her as she put Fig down at a comfortable distance from Raiju.

Fig was curious, which really helped the situation. Not that it lowered your blood pressure, as you watched Raiju give Fig what looked suspiciously a lot like a side eye. Fig slowly got closer to Raiju, with you and Jenna right there to prevent a potential negative reaction from either dog. Raiju didn't growl, which was a good sign, but he turned to look at you, and you crouched down, petting him. "Fig won't take your place, I promise. Just another addition to our little family, okay?" you whispered, looking your dog in the eyes.

"Yeah, you'll always be our first dog," Jenna added, and though Raiju didn't immediately stop being jealous, at least he was now looking at Fig.

"You know we'll have another problem if they get too attached to one another, right?" you asked her as you watched Raiju tentatively sniff Fig.

Jenna paused at that, and her smile fell. "Fuck," she cursed under her breath.

Well, problem for another day.

That was such an amazing chapter the angst was beautiful. I’d love to see Hugh’s reaction to reader getting punched like that, I think it’d be cute if he had a similar fatherly reaction but I’m sure whatever you have planned will be just as amazing , can’t wait for the rest take your time with the next ones including the requests and make sure to give yourself breaks if you need them.

Eternal Flame - Deleted Scene 2

Well, this was awkward. While you did expect Jenna's parents to come by to your apartment today, since Jenna did basically spend the last few weeks living here as well, things were, 100% still awkward.

Especially since Hugh was also at your place when they arrived.

Jenna hugged her parents, glad to see them again and you reluctantly went over to greet them, which did not escape Hugh's notice.

"Y/N," Natalie seemed unsure about how to approach seeing you again after the last time you met each other, but eventually you offered your hand to her.

"Welcome," you said, mostly for the sake of courtesy and you just nodded toward Edward. While Natalie played her own part in the entire distance between you and Jenna, he was the main culprit. And you both touched a nerve that day.

He nodded back and seemed to, more than anything, want to ignore you, and frankly, you were fine with that. You and Jenna led them to the living room and Hugh greeted them, aware of the tension, but not quite the extent of it. He didn't comment on it, but half an hour into Jenna's father not saying a single word to you, you saw he didn't agree with that behavior. "I get that you came to visit your daughter, but aren't you pretending Y/N doesn't exist a bit too hard?" he asked, voicing his annoyance.

"Hugh, it's fine," you weren't really keen on defending them, you just didn't want him to find out about what happened.

"Things didn't turn out that well when her and I last spoke," Edward replied, and for what it was worth he did seem to regret punching you two times.

Hugh turned to you. "What happened?" it was clear to you that he wasn't about to let this go.

"Y/N didn't tell you?" Jenna sounded genuinely surprised and you just shrugged.

"Tell me what? Y/N?" he wasn't going to drop this so you motioned toward Edward.

"I struck a nerve and he punched me in return," you explained and the rage on Hugh's face made him look a lot like Logan.

"You did what to my daughter?!" he demanded, for the first time voicing the fact that he saw you as his own child. He then turned to you and pointed at Jenna. "You are not seeing her again."

And all the warmth in your heart just vanished in an instant. "No! None of that! We went through six chapters of angst! We are not doing this again!"

"Did someone just break the fourth wall?" a sudden appearance broke into the scene.

"You're too early Ryan! We're still far from Deadpool & Wolverine!" Hugh yelled.

"Okay, bye! Take your time, it's only been months since the rewrite started and you're still not even halfway through it. At least they're banging sooner!" someone shut him up.

I just finished reading Eternal Flame and Woe Out the Storm and damm, what an incredible way to tell stories, they really aptured me in an exceptional way. I really like how you write, how you tell stories an how they just come to life. Truly divine. Looking forward for season two.

Tara fell back onto her pillow right next to you and you were suddenly completely aware of how close the two of you were.

"Have you ever been in love?" she asked you all of a sudden and you abruptly turned to look at her.

"Huh?" you uttered intelligently.

"Cause I am. One hundred percent. Like, the words, the beauty, the work we do," you just watched her as she got this ridiculously dreamy look. "It's the best part of my week, I feel like I'm discovering a whole new world every time, and I want to make an effort and get better!"

Damn, she really sounded in love.

"I think that's what I want to do for the rest of my life," well, not the most innocent way to word it, but you figured you should just focus on nursing your heartbreak, instead of thinking about language choice.

"I'll write so much and learn about different styles and I dunno, think of a way to make a living out of it," okay, now you were confused.

You sat up and looked at Tara. "Who are we talking about again?"

"Huh? What do you mean who? I'm talking about my English class, come on, we take it together, Y/N!" she told you, puzzled by your question.

You could only blink at Tara. "English... class? You're in love with English class?" you asked, completely flabbergasted.

"Yes!" she exclaimed, daring to act exasperated. "It's just fun, and it's completely different than it was in high school!"

You stared at her before just burying your face in her pillow and screaming.

"I'm also in love with someone," she said casually and leaned down to kiss you on the cheek. "With you," she whispered in your ear, and that was it, that was the limit of your brain and you just froze, unable to process everything Tara just told you.

"Love you too," you managed to speak up before just closing your eyes and falling asleep to Tara's laughter filling the room.

EF headcannons plssss im starved

I can help with that 🤣😁

-While filming Wednesday there were plans for Reader to have a fencing scene. It turned out Reader sucks at it. Jenna teases Reader about it.

-While filming episodes 3 and 4 Jenna was exhausted so Reader went and made sure her lessons were postponed so she can rest. Jenna spent the day cuddling with Reader and Raiju.

-Reader managed to hide being in Deadpool and Wolverine from everyone, Jenna and Barbara included. She wasn't even in the trailer, so she went to the premiere as Hugh's plus one and got tickets for Jenna and Barbara. Jenna's jaw dropped when Laura shows up.

-Reader wasn't supposed to be in Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, but the actor meant to play Astrid's boyfriend/husband got another role and Reader jumped in to help.

-Somehow, despite plenty of movies Jenna and Reader shared people still like making edits of their characters from projects they don't share.

-Even though she hates watching herself Jenna saw a couple of edits of Mabel and Reader's character from The Daughter.

I guess this'll do for now.

-Somehow, while the cast does get suspicious, they never get a proof, kinda.

-Raiju listening to Jenna could have been a proof, if the puppy wasn't so friendly.

-Reader's reaction to Jenna getting sick still all the proof some of the cast need. (This will be a side story)

-There are exactly three times when they nearly get caught.

1. Emma once called Jenna, Reader did not know and Emma heard Reader talking. Jenna swore Reader was there just to go over the scene they had that day.

2. Hunter nearly caught them, he would have, if Reader didn't jump out the window. Reader was not supposed to be on set that day.

3. Gwen wasn't suspicious at first, but then she noticed Jenna, as tired and exhausted as she was, staying behind whenever she could, so her and Reader could leave together. And Reader staying behind in return also made her question their relationship.

-Victor does catch them, but he keeps it a secret, even from the rest of the cast.

-After they filmed the argument scene Reader ran back to Jenna, apologizing and hugging her.

-They actually kiss in the final episode, but, as luck would have it, the kiss once again ends in deleted scenes 🤣

I guess that'll do for now.

they would be calling jenna and asking her if R did something to her all the while R is just in the background dancing to stupid songs and cooking for jenna.

Damn, I can see totally see that. That would be hilarious. Jenna just staring at Reader dancing and cooking and she goes: "Mhm, plenty of things. Made me actually get eight hours of sleep. Hits me with 5-star meals every day," and if she is especially sick of her family's concern because four people called her just this morning she may also include. "May have knocked me up, we're not sure yet."

my theory is that after wednesday comes out there will be a lot of speculation about their relationship and we all know how big jenna got after wednesday idk maybe r will get that famous as well and all the pressure will put a strain in their relationship

Not direct spoilers, but my reasoning and response to this theory, which could be taken as spoilers for the story, keep reading with caution.

I mean, pretty much. If you look at the timeline there's a gap between filming Scream and Wednesday, and then they would film everything else before Wednesday comes out, so Scream 5.5, Scream 6, Miller's girl all before Wednesday comes out, and there's a chance that original movie I have planned for them would be set before Wednesday comes out as well. So, with basically only Scream 5 out they would be able to pretty much be together in public without someone immediately recognizing them.

And then Wednesday would come out and all of that abruptly vanishes. Add to that the things Jenna said about that period, how she felt disconnected from reality, and all the ways that sudden burst of popularity impacted her. Jenna's popularity alone would make it damn near impossible to go out and then there would also be Reader.

Wednesday would definitely impact her own popularity, but then you'd add Logan to it and Scream, as well as the two movies that would come out before Wednesday. There's that film she'll be doing in Italy which really won't matter much, it'll get her a bit more recognition in Europe, but it would mostly fly under the radar for the U.S. but the movie with Hugh, which I imagine would come out around the time they finish filming Wednesday would kind of be Reader's equivalent to The Fallout. So, while I wouldn't go as far as giving Reader the popularity boost Jenna got, I would comfortably say she would get a big popularity boost as well.

And there's also my habit of making bad things worse for my characters (especially Reader) and yeah, there are two big angst parts in Eternal Flame, and that is the second one.
