Legends prison break would be fantastic! I need it. I still wish they will continue it in comics, the legend comic book with the retired legends was great and had the spirit of the show.

yes! you could do All the tropes. like the legends coming into the prison and theyre asking for all their weapons and its spooner and sara removing increasingly silly weapons from their person. then a scene in an interrogation room where we get a recap of the previous season from each of the character's perspectives in a quick cut. the prison door clanging shut on all of them

it would have been so fun to see that on screen on in a comic yknow?

also rewatching legends from the beginning is fun because you get to do all sorts of fun things like imagine if s3 ava had met s1 sara

like avalance in s3 is so much fun bcos it's not really enemies to lovers, more like... workplace rivals to lovers, and sara's had a lot of growth about being okay being alive, but s1 sara is still wracked with grief for her own death and convinced she could never love again, and then you have ava, who doesn't let herself be open to things like that... and what if she knew she was a clone? she's wrestling with what it means to be human just like sara is... they'd hate eachother, and they would understand eachother

Personally I chose Sharpe-Lance because it sounds like sharp is describing a lance. Like you have a dull lance? Get out of here with that nonsense, come back when you’re serious about your lance upkeep.

lmao this is sara in the waiting room of the office to name their baby and they're both running on like two hours sleep and ava's like. that makes sense. our child might be bullied if other children don't know they're serious about Lance Upkeep

Legends fic ideas I had

The one where Ray dies at the Oculus and hangs arounf the Legends as a time ghost

The Highschool AU where all the Legends are in Detention

The one where they get yeeten into another universe at the end of Season 2

The Legends accidentally create an Interdimensional Coffeeshop and decide to just go with it and run the most crypid=like coffeeshop (Never in the same place twice, you can't find it by looking, if you don't leave from the same door you entered from you end up in a completely random place)

Please tell me if you want to know more about one of them, it might give me writing motivation

i guess most of y'all don't know that when i joined the legends fandom i'd come out of a pretty deep mental health crisis, and i'd started watching this dumb time travel show, and i had a fic out, and it got So many nice comments that i'd stay up til midnight to publish updates and i'd wake up in the morning to the comments and it just ... it made that horrible time when i didn't know if i could continue with uni or not just so much better. it's been 4 years and a wild ride later and i'm still so grateful for the show and the fandom and all the fun i've had here

the paralells in this episode between rip and gideon just about blew my mind, the idea the rip we saw wasn't just hardened by the death of his wife and son, but the years of flying through the timestream, just him and a computer, and he brought the legends on and made it so gideon would learn from the legends, be more human - and gideon recognised that. in the end. makes me cry okay

i'd love if sara and ava left the waverider but didn't leave the show,, the a plots are like,, spooner and astra have to bargain with a galactic warlord not to destroy earth and the b plot is ava and sara try to buy car insurance

what the legends do for valentines day

going by the couples they have on the show atm for this one!! feel free to add on what u think non-canon couples do :)

ava: finally takes sara to the beach, where they surf and sunbathe for a week, and gets sara two dozen roses for the hotel room and runs a bubble bath with like. the Most bubbles

sara: keeps it simple: red lingere and a bottle of nice whiskey

astra: goes on a pottery class date with behrad, which she finds oddly calming, and finds it very sweet how earnestly behrad constructs his project, which becomes an avant-garde vase. astra makes a dinner plate.

behrad: makes a veritable Mountain of chocolate covered strawberries, and buys astra some ornate throwing knives

z2: her first valentines day without john, so she paints her nails red, goes to the mansion, and listens to the kind of music they used to listen to together

nate: very simple. buys zari a pack of 12 donuts that are heart shaped / have pink icing. also has novelty heart patterned underwear

z1: not a fan of all the valentines fluff, so she sets up a pillow fort in the totem and snuggles up with nate as they watch a horror film

gary: goes all out. like 110%. i'm taking the biggest box of chocolates ever, and making like. an eight course meal. which gideon loves as she hasn't tried a lot of food yet. they also drink pink cocktails with small umbrellas until ava finds them giggling under the kitchen table

gideon: hasn't had a valentines day before so doesn't fully get it. she buys gary a huge banana leaf plant which gary Loves, even though it takes up half his bunk

spooner: goes to the store at 11pm the night before to load up on the cut price chocolate and teddy bears to use as target practise
