How Ph probe is helpful to warn about water pollution
A major concern for our environment is water pollution. So, it is critical that we have an ideal way to monitor the water sources so that we can ensure that the water is safe for human consumption and for aquatic life. One of the tools that we can depend on to monitor the quality of water is a Ph probe of reputed make. This is a scientific tool that helps to measure the acidity or alkalinity or in other words the pH of a solution.
Interrelation between pH level and water pollution
The pH level of water can provide us with valuable information regarding water pollution. The value will let us know about the quality of the water. For example, if we notice that the value of pH of a water source is too low, it can indicate that the water is acidic and there can be acid rain which is harmful to all including plants, animals, and humans. If the pH level is too high, then it can specify that there are chemicals or pollutants in the water, and it is harmful for use.

How Ph probe helps to detect water pollution
This tool making possible to measure the pH of a water source and is advantageous in the detection of water pollution as the instrument is sensitive and accurate. Even if there is a slight change in the pH level of a water source, a Ph probe of a reputed make can detect it. This reading of the pH level from the instrument can make scientists aware of potential issues before they become a serious cause of any hazard. Suppose it is noticed that there is a sudden drop in the pH level of water. This nature of reading can indicate that suddenly the amount of chemicals in the water has risen. If there is an industrial plant nearby, that may be the cause of the sudden rise in chemicals and the drop in pH level.
Use to monitor the effectiveness of a water treatment facility
This scientific tool can be also used to monitor the efficiency of a water treatment plant. There is the use of various methods at a water treatment plant to remove pollutants and contaminants. The removal of these pollutants, contaminants and chemicals is done to maintain the pH level of the water. If we use a Ph probe to detect the pH level of water before and after the treatment, we can estimate the efficiency of the water treatment process.
It is possible to monitor the pH level of water in real time using this probe. So, it is possible to receive an instant alarm as the pH level rises and scientists can take adequate steps to control that making the water safe for use.
So, if you desire to have the best quality Ph probe, it is wise to contact Kacise Optronics Co., Ltd. You can contact them at +86 18066719759 to place your order.

Time series data analysis
There are a variety of ways to perform time series analysis in Stata, depending on the specific task you are trying to accomplish. Some common tasks include:
Descriptive statistics: You can use the "tsline" command to plot the time series data and the "tsset" command to specify the time variable and the frequency of the data. You can also use the "tsdescribe" command to display summary statistics for the time series data.
Time series decomposition: You can use the "tssmooth" command to perform additive and multiplicative decomposition of a time series, as well as to fit various types of smoothing models to the data.
Trend analysis: You can use the trend command to fit a linear trend to the time series data, and the "trendparm" command to estimate the trend parameters and to test for a unit root in the data.
Seasonal analysis: You can use the seasonal command to estimate the seasonal component of the time series data and the "seasadj" command to deseasonalize the data.
Forecasting: "tsmatch" command can be used to find the best model for time series forecast, "arima" for building ARIMA model for forecast, "estat" forecast to evaluate the performance of the forecast model.
Testing for unit root: The "urcm" command can be used to test for a unit root in a time series, and the "phtest" command can be used to perform a Phillips-Perron test for a unit root.
These are just a few examples of the many time series commands available in Stata. It is important to consult the Stata documentation for more information and to consult on best practices before running any analyses to make sure your work is meaningful.

24 HR Ph Test & Esophageal Manometry
November 6, 2017
Since my last post, I’ve had the 24 Hour PH test and Esophageal Manometry tests done.
I was really scared to go through with these tests, but my GERD worsened and it got to a point where I was willing to suffer through these tests if I could just get some answers and stop feeling terrible daily.
My heartburn occurs daily... yes, EVERY single day. That’s no way to live.
The 24 Hr PH Test was manageable. I just really disliked the Esophageal Manometry test as the catheter is much thicker and they perform this test first before the 24 Hr PH Test, so by the second test, you’re more prepared.
For the Esophageal Manometry, the nurse numbed my nose with a cotton swab. Then she asked me to swallow water and during those swallows, she inserted the catheter from my nose into my throat to my esophagus. I choked constantly during insertion, to the point where I thought I was going to pass out. She had to stop and asked me to talk to her. I finally mustered up some breath to tell her I was going to faint. I did not faint thankfully and once the lightheaded feeling passed, I told her to proceed.
Once the catheter is inserted, I was asked to swallow water at specified intervals. If I swallow too soon, I had to do the swallow again. My struggle with this test was involuntarily swallowing. My mouth just salivates frequently under distress, so I found that by tucking my chin down and keeping my mouth open, I would be less likely to swallow.
The nurse then squirts water into my mouth, but once she does, I have to close my mouth to keep the water in and once my mouth was closed, I would involuntarily swallow again. What worked for me was to just zone out and stay still. I would keep my mouth open before she squirted water and once she did, try my best to not swallow, while keeping the water in, until she gave me the go ahead to swallow.
The 24 Hour PH Test was much thinner and I found it to be tolerable. They inserted it similar to the esophageal manometry. I would take three sips of water, and she would insert the tube during these slips. The tube is much thinner and plastic. One end is in the esophagus, comes out through the nose and then is taped against my cheek, then continuing onward, is tucked behind my ear, then taped again on my neck. Can you envision that? As it continues downward, the other end of the tube is plugged into a hand held sized medical device that I wore slung over my left shoulder. There are buttons on it I pushed whenever I started/ended a meal, took medicine, laid down for sleep, and felt heartburn or other symptoms. There’s also a slip of paper I would jot down times these events occurred and any notes relating to the event.
It was a bit strange, but tolerable when I was eating and when tugged or shifted, would tickle and generate a weird sensation within my nose. It also tickled my throat and made me cough from time to time. Also, my catheter was inserted into my right nostril and protrudes a bit, blocking the area in front of my mouth. I was actually wishing I was left handed so that eating would be easier, as eating with my right hand would mean I would bring my fork/spoon to the right side of my mouth where the catheter was in the way.
Sleeping was also doable for me because I’m used to sleeping on my back, but I can imagine it being difficult for some who are side sleepers.
The next day, I returned to the hospital and I got the catheter removed. It came out pretty easily and I went along my way. I’ll share an update once I get the results from my tests.
