Sabiá Laranjeira E como prometido, hoje trago uma forma diferente de colocar seu bordado em exposição na sua casa (ou na casa de quem você presenteou). A gente sempre bebo bordado ou direto no gancho na parede, ou com uma argolinha. Mas, que tal essa maneira aí??? Ela se assemelha a febre dos espelhos com alça de couro, também numa pegada do estilo Boho. Só que, nesse caso, essa alça foi feita com feltro!!! Siiim!!! Misturando os dois mundos que amo trabalhar! Para mim, essa maneira dá todo um toque rústico à peça, deixando ainda mais linda... Mas, eu sou suspeita para falar isso né... E essas foram algumas das meadas que utilizei nesse passarinho... Muitos nem imaginam, mas, a pintura de agulha só dá certo se, você conseguir vários tons de uma cor para poder mesclar. E a direção de cada ponto tem uma importância surreal, uma tonalidade deve "entrar" na outra, para que não fique aquela coisa marcada, que você consegue ver uma escada de camadas. E aí, você já se aventurou na pintura de agulha? Já encomendou uma peça com essa técnica??? I thought I would share one of my favourite embroideries that I have stitched,my Turquoise Beetle. I loved stitching him as it's my favourite colour. I used one strand of stranded cotton, a mix of DMC and Anchor. Adding gold thread pips to a luscious silk floss embroidered strawberry. Notice how I am crossing over a stitch so that the gold does not disappear into the stitching, I am also using a large needle to allow the gold to slip through the fabric and embroidery smoothly, without dragging.
