thinking abt mephistopheles being archduke of cania (all ice, even colder than stygia) and apparently the father of raphael (read that on the wiki no idea if it actually comes up in-game) and the guy who did up the contract for the rite of profane ascension and raphael is the guy who tips astarion off to the rite's existence and how he says "i'm motivated to help you" and gives him the biggest discount. don't know where i was going with this but THINKING ABT IT
