Starting my day right with #plexusslim 🌸 or what I'm a calling a #miracle in a #waterbottle 😁 1️⃣ first of all for me to even be up before 9:00 on a Saturday is a miracle in itself. For the past several months or a little longer I have not been sleeping 😴 well during the week which means that I usually needed loads of #caffeine & #carbs to keep me going through the day. I also would end up eating a huge dinner at night, because I wasn't eating properly during the day. I would also sleep 😴 in until 11:00 on Saturday because I wasn't sleeping 😌 well during the week. 2️⃣ On top of all that, i also have multiple digestive issues.
