Ok poll time bc I have Observed a phenomenon and now I’m super curious

We were talking in TML and apparently my fear response to him is not even remotely universal. I like to think I had the same reaction Merlin did and that’s why everyone else is like ?????? at his apparently irrational hatred of the dude

And I always thought this was a conscious framing/acting choice but now I’m wondering how many ppl experienced this the way I did while watching the show?
