             hello friends,  late as heck but park junsu is here,  third year in house baekho, life force absorption,  krn language & literature major,  hot mess !  feel free to like this and i’ll reach out to plot or just hmu in ims to get smth going,  i also have discord :~)

profile / background / power

tw family issues,  alluding to abuse,  death

BACKGROUND

is from a family that specializes in villainy / assassins for hire / corrupt anybodies,  harsh environment to grow up in,  raised junsu with the intention of him following in their footsteps and demanded he grow up quick and fit the mold or die trying  /  founded ages ago on his maternal side with the basis there’s no real good in humanity,  people do more harm,  so no point in trying to maintain peace when u could just profit off destruction 

(half only care about making profits while others are more occupied with the dream of a world with perfect environmental balance) (think dc universe’s the al Ghul’s,  ra’s esp) (not that he understood it really,  just learned to keep shut eventually) (also think hxh killua to a degree haha.)

one of the first things he learns is how to kill efficiently

his father had originally graduated from house baekho and became a public hero that disappeared one day to the public’s knowledge, ppl think he died or fled (power similar to marvel’s colossus) 

but in all actuality, he got recruited by a corrupt family and fell in love w the boss man’s daughter so moved to nyc and and went by a new alias to do evil deeds and whatnot 

said parents left for a job one day and never came back,  presumed dead,  grandparents urged him to use his feelings of loss and frustration and channel it into training

then they died shortly after but made their mark on his thought process,  moved out of nyc to s.k to be taken in by an uncle from maternal family that managed to escape the mold and instead do good for the world,  runs an orphanage for special kids which he stayed at for a bit (and still visits) before enrolling into the academy

ACADEMY LIFE

a lot of issues going in... bitter and kept his distance from the other students at first,  grew up without being touched often since his powers are activated through physical contact and his family hated the idea of being brought face to face with weaknesses,  left a mark on his psyche & was pretty unapproachable at first or rather,  struggled to reach out

basically.  believed he really was meant to be a villain,  thought it’d be easier to just give into and continue what was expected of him as a member of his family.............. until he had a wake up call over the span of a new months and realized .  this isnt him, he doesnt have to be like this anymore,  his family is gone etc etc etc  just took him a while to actually accept that

reformed himself over the first year once he realized change is inevitable and it needs to happen, started making strides to go beyond just being work-oriented since he’d more or less fixated on training above all  --  while it was a simple change in state of mind,  he returns from the first summer changed and lighter

has grown since to present himself as fairly more optimistic at least on the outside because a smile sells ,  active (ish) in the school community and within his studies but still maintains a distance between his peers,  can come off as serious depending on situation / mood

manages to make his way into baekho, which part of him questions if it’s somehow b/c of his father (as an alumni) though self doubts b/c he doesn’t believe in himself / his powers, but has now settled into the role,  part of him still craves power while he attempts to channel it all into training and his end goal of being a proper hero 

while ppl know who his father is,  they dont know what happened to Him nor who his mother(/maternal family) is and junsu likes to keep it that way,  does not answer questions about how he seemingly just appeared one day as the mystery son, wants ppl to associate him more w his uncle (those higher up prob know the truth since there’s always been rumours about what happened to him / ppl that intimately knew his father prob were involved w his fallout towards the darker side)

started wearing gloves at all times to protect others (and himself) (think xmen rogue) around when he first enrolled after an incident 

basically wants 2 be more like his uncle as a champion for the good and here we are (though he’s been told he’d a lot like his father, which is lolz)

POWER

life-force absorption ,  can basically drain a target’s life force / energy either till they tire out or pass out

exhausting on all parties involved

strives to control power, which can only be done through immense training and concentration,  made efforts to be able to touch people without activating his abilities though it’s a wip and he can’t do it for long..... hence the gloves

PLOT IDEAS

friends he’s made since  /  that one (1) that stayed with him through all the shit  /  fwb that use e/o as... outlets HBFJHF  /  u have similar family issues  /  he stays away from you at all costs and now you’ve got him cornered and want to know why  /  exes that have complicated history  /  he touched you once and make all efforts to stay away now  /  he’s touch starved and you’re happy to volunteer  /  knows his family somehow whether its by association, blood, rumours  /  met pre-academy and now here they are again  /  introduced thru his uncle and now both cant stop seeing e/o everywhere since  /  u’ve heard of his father & want to know what happened  /  ppl that think he’s not cut out to be a hero or in baekho  /  sexual tension....... lets go  /  anything please
