To round off, I discuss my views on the upcoming @ufc @ufcfightpass event UFC 194: @thenotoriousmma vs. @josealdojunioroficial : I can’t stand waiting much longer, basically! And I’m sure the fighters find that worse than any of us. One. More. Week.

With reference to the selfie earlier, these are now my legs anyway. They’ve developed a fair bit over 3 months of working out though are still not strong enough to withstand Muay Thai it seems.

I last went training on Wednesday and my thighs and calves absolutely killed until Saturday (yesterday).

I believe the aches and burns are a blessing in disguise. Progress is being made, though I definitely underestimated what it was going to take training again after 6 years away.

This was recorded very early this morning actually. I was trying to keep my voice down so I wouldn’t wake Matt The Cat up who was snoozing next to me on the sofa at the time.

Pretty much gave all the context behind the reason for Episode 6 of ‘PMA Most Days’ in posts before today.

So yeah, I typed too much when the work was meant to be doing the talking. I enjoyed the process of making this video nonetheless.

I’m looking forward to getting back out into the world instead of being a self-imposed arty hermit. I may do a Vlog on that tomorrow. It’s not my happiest place for conserving ideas, I must admit…

Just found out that McDonald’s named the Parrot Lora - not Parrot - and I just can’t believe the world has come to this to be perfectly honest with you.

This was me playing around on Final Cut Pro 7 with my 'PMA Most Days' Vlog video I was originally going to upload on here, though it basically just said the above.

I have no idea what Vlog episode this is up to now either. It’s just a bit of fun and practice really for more important, actual real work.
