PolicyFramework The policy framework which we follow for Spandan includes Integrity Policy, Quality policy, Health & Safety policy. Integrity policy focuses on ethical standards and conduct which leads to running the business with complete integrity with clients. Health & Safety policy focuses on following safety standards and training for teams including different safety norms to be followed by employees. The quality policy is clearly reflected in the way we work we have a 100 step process to ensure it's monitored from its initial stage and update during complete work cycle process. We also follow "Green Building" policy which emphasizes on building environment safe & friendly places.
