The interdisciplinary interaction of art has always impressed me. I always include this interaction with great pleasure on my journey called Avesta.asiwa. I have always believed that there is a special and strong link between painting and jewelry art. In my opinion, there is a link between these two disciplines, similar to the bond between the womb and the baby. Sandro Botticelli and Frederic Mane host one of the strongest examples of this bond in recent times. The young French jewelery artist decided to keep Botticelli's Pomegranate Madonna alive in her ring design. It is truly an extraordinary ring. Thanks to Frederic, we have seen what Renaissance rigor means. This ironic ring of Mane is like the reflection of ruby stone's insatiable appetite on pomegranate. Accompanying the ruby stone, pink sapphire, red garnets, white diamonds and white gold are like colors that create the harmony of a painting. As art historian Kenneth Clark says, "What makes a painting realistic is not actually perspective or depth. The lines can even be superficial, the colors can even be pale! The main criterion that leads the picture to success is the suitability of the tone to the real image. It only becomes realistic thanks to the harmony between the hues.” When we look at this ring, we can see that the harmony captured by rubies and other stones drag us towards the realism of a pomegranate. ( to be continued...!) @frederic_mane_studio ❤️✨❤️#fredericmane #frenchjewelry #jewellery #art #arts #inspiration #renaissance #pomegranate #pomegranatemadonna #ring #beauty #desire #passion #sandrobotticelli #arthistory #jewelryhistory #highjewelry #ruby #redgarnet #pinksapphire #sapphire #amazing https://www.instagram.com/p/CRR-2_xrXNX/?utm_medium=tumblr
