Shipping to the US; maximum I can spend on it is $120ish

Your best bet would be look for a local store and shop from there since you need it urgently and your budget is tight. If you were to order from outside of US, you could get something very nice but the shipping is costly and may not arrive on time. You can check out these boutiques:

786 shop (super affordable but might have to call them for shipping time)

I have never shopped from any of those stores however. I usually order directly from the manufacture website or place custom made order to a family designer and have it shipped over from pakistan but time delays are unpredictable. Good luck!
